A 5"8', Has the appearance of a muscular young man with spiky greenish colored hair. For attire he dons a high collared black cloak and has a necklace of claws around his neck. A sash around his waist. Mitsuomi wears a gold ring on his left arm and baggy pants that are decorated the same as the former article of clothing.

Mitsuomi refuses to speak to others, which means he views them as nothing more than insects. Men don't engage vermin in conversation this is no different, and men certainly don't battle pests the same as actual threats. While other pirates appear somewhat cooperative, harmonious, and amicable to other people. Mitsuomi is extremely inimical, dangerous, malevolent, and temperamental towards them, so he respectively scrutinizes them as infinitesimal. Mitsuomi is a ruthless, aggressive, bloodthirsty, detrimental and treacherous pirate who kills as if it was nothing.

Outgoing and friendly, Mitsuomi grew up with his parents in an urban home in East Blue. Until he was thirteen, at which point his mother began to hustle due to work. MItsuomi's father stayed with him, and worked in East Blue. So as to not move the young Mitsuomi during a crucial developmental period - but mostly, because Mitsuomi's father could now more easily cheat with other women. Oblivious to her husband's faults, Mitsuomi's mother continued to be the sole financial support for the family until a disagreement with his father sent. Mitsuomi to the streets. His father was of the opinion that his son shouldn't be wasting his life around East Blue. Mitsuomi was of the opinion that his father's opinions were nothing but pig s**t. Though generally considered a friend, the young Mitsuomi was also something of a mischievous juvenile delinquent, bordering on petty criminal. No one's perfect, right?
Homeless, Mitsuomi wandered the streets and met a great deal of interesting people. The most prominent among them being Drake, who would become his best friend after getting a kick to the dome. Mitsuomi and Drake did a lot of things together, including forming an unnamed fighting competitive team, and dominating other people outside of the East Blue at "fighting". At one faithful fighting competition. Mitsuomi met a East Blue local named Tetsuya- and ended up taking his left eye. Suddenly, other local showed up ending the fight abruptly. Barely hanging on to the seat of his pants, an altercation between two individuals, and him turned into a miracle as their mirroring attacks caused them to ram into each other and fade into unconsciousness. Not one to look a gift horse in the mouth, Mitsuomi handcuffed them wrist-to-ankle and stole their weaponry, taking off into the night.
One morning, Mitsuomi 'met' Mustang - if by met you could qualify being caught sleeping in Mustang yard in a fully zipped sleeping bag. Calling Mitsuomi names like bagworm the two engaged in friendly local spar match. While speeding down the streets of the East Blue, the local showed up to taser, and arrested Mitsuomi, putting him in jail. When he awoke across a jail cell from one handcuffed Matsumoto, another local undercover as a mystery variable. Which Mitsuomi had no clue about at the time. Mitsuomi was quick to come up with an escape plan, though, causing injury to Matsumoto by striking her in the neck in order to get the attention of the guards. Once the guards showed up, Mitsuomi quickly disposed of them and stole their keys, unlocking the handcuffs - and barely escaping with his head as Matsumoto attacked. Mitsuomi managed to get away from the woman, but was soon caught up with. Matsumoto arrested Mitsuomi and took him into custody, handcuffing him to a chair and interrogating the young man about the stolen local good. After questioning, Matsumoto left Mitsuomi for a few moments ... and everything went dark. Mitsuomi seemed to vanish into thin air, his handcuffs swinging silently, accusingly, from the armrest of the now empty chair ...
While Mitsuomi went missing, things happened to him. He ate a devil fruit named the Dice Dice Fruit. Ever since he's been labeled by the name The Blade King
Waking in the dark of underground East Blue with his past unknown, Mitsuomi held only the hazy memory of a woman shrouded in shadows whose words were imprinted in his mind and soul. With fists granted to him by the heavens and eyes bestowed upon him by his mother, Mitsuomi is determined to sit at the top of this world as its king. Leaving bodies in his wake, Mitsuomi is quick to throw the first punch for no reason other than he can. Mitsuomi takes what he wants and does as he pleases, doing what needs to be done with no regrets or remorse, much like an untamed beast or savage. There is no escaping Mitsuomi once his sights are set on your demise.
