Another cold October night. Can't I just skip to spring? Larissa thought to herself as she slowly made her way through the park. If she could control what she was wearing then the crisp night air wouldn't have been a problem, and while she wouldn't freeze due to the magic that protected her from the cold, she still felt some of it. Enough to wish she had long sleeves or something. I should run or something. Get the blood flowing and... Her thoughts were cut off when she felt a Chaos aura.
She felt another chill go down her spine, though this one wasn't from the cold. She really, really didn't want to have to go after it, but knew that if she didn't, there could be another cold and lifeless body tonight, with their starseed now gone.
I really need to stop thinking about the cold. Wordlessly berating herself, she sighed and then ran towards the direction the aura was coming from. She stopped before she go there, slowing down and trying to see if she could tell who the aura was coming from. It didn't take long though, since the aura in question belonged to a senshi with what Larissa thought was highlighter-green hair.
And they had someone... Larissa didn't know if it was already too late, but she decided to step in anyway. "Hey, you! Get away from the civilian!" She said, pointing to them in a pose that meant "business". At least a battle might mean she would be a bit warmer, though she did hope that it wouldn't come to that.

By the time someone cried out to her, the dirty deed was done.
The man she had against the brick wall began to slump over when Citrine pulled her arm back, the shiny, glistening starseed visible in her hand before her fingers curled around it. His body crumpled to the ground and the corrupt didn't even bat an eye before she stepped over him and turned to face the moonie who thought they could crash her playtime.
"Mmm, sorry babe, you're too late~" She cooed, flashing the starseed at the girl, holding it between her thumb and middle finger with a large, cat-like grin on her face.
"Maybe you should work on your timing."

Larissa's eyes widened, horrified at what she saw. She could barely formulate words to express how disgusted she was by the situation. She wasn't sure she could do anything at this point, but that wouldn't stop her. She would teach this corrupt senshi a lesson if she had it in her power.
When her brain finally did come up with a response, it wasn't witty or anything. "You b****!" A basic insult, but better than frothing at the mouth over it.
She ran towards the other, but stopped and realized that if she went and just punched the other, especially without knowing anything about them, then she could be in real trouble.
Instead she decided to make it a bit harder for the other to move around. "Waterlily ballet!" She said, holding her hands out, summoning the lilies. As of yet she wasn't sure if corrupt senshi could teleport, but she wouldn't put it past being one of their abilities.

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Waterlily ballet! She summons 10 waterlilies (about a foot in length) scattered randomly and closely, surrounding the target, and move around. If the target steps on one of them, they cannot move from it (but can still move their arms and such). Lasts 35 seconds whether or not someone lands on it. If they do, they are stuck for however long the effect has left. The flowers on the pads start to glow, making them more attractive. Can now be cast twice but can effect 3 people.

When the chick called her a b***h, Citrine laughed. It was bright, clearly amused and she shook her head. Tossing hair over her shoulder, she played with her lip ring when she strode forward.
"Is that the best you've got?" She retorted, clearly taking no offense to being called such a thing. "If you think I'm a b***h, why don't I show you exactly how bitchy I can be?"
Her arms extended forward, palms up and she was about to call her magic forward when the white moon senshi beat her too it.
At first, she was unimpressed by the water lilies that sprouted around her and she was prepared to tromp forward (while mindfully avoiding them, of course) except she misstepped and found her foot captured by it. A snarl tore from her lips at the inconvenience and she tried to reach for the girl.

Larrisa hid the smile that was trying to make it's way onto her face. This wasn't over, not by a long shot. She had only kept the corrupt senshi from moving. She wansn't sure what powers the other may have had, so she had to calculate the risks in getting closer to the other.
She decided it was worth it, and leapt over to the other, landing to the other's side. "Not everyone can come up with witty quips on the spot. And I don't need to if I'm going to try to stop you from getting away with what you've done tonight." Though if she were to survive this encounter, Larissa made a mental note to see if she could find someone to help her with dialogue under pressure.
And now came the part that really showed how little training she had. Should she try to hit the other? With a punch or a kick? She wasn't sure, but decided to go with a basic kick to the knee, to see if she could get it to bend the wrong way. Of course it left her open to any attack, but Larissa wasn't too experienced in combat, even if she already had a few battles under her belt.

"Babe, the deed's already been done," Citrine sneered, trying to yank her leg free to no avail. She could still reach out, which she was trying, aiming to grab that pretty hair and yank the girl over if she could, but not being able to move about freely was a pain in the a**.
If she could get ahold of the girl...then she could use her magic and give her a wicked burn against that pretty, prissy face.
"Maybe you shouldn't meddle in s**t you don't understand." She stopped trying to do anything with Larissa and a dark grin flashed on her lips. "This thing you don't want me getting away with?" She pulled the starseed out and flashed it at the senshi.
"Say bye-bye." Without another word she popped it into her mouth.

Larissa saw red as the other senshi ate the starseed. It was both horrifying and disgusting. It was eating someone's soul! And so callously! "I understand perfectly. There isn't much to you guys other than needing energy and if not you take people's souls. There isn't much to "understand"." She hadn't seen anything like this before. Alphubel had warned her but... she still hadn't expected to see it so soon.
But what could Larissa do to stop the senshi? The seed was gone, unless she could somehow make the other regurgitate it somehow. And it might not even work. Who knew if starseeds disintegrated or if they were digested? Something she didn't want to think about.
"You are scum." Larissa said with venom. She knew the other wouldn't care, nothing would phase those who so willingly were evil. Who didn't care about the lives of others. She jumped over to the other, making sure to miss the flowers, and when she landed, sent a punch straight at the corrupt senshi's face.

The great (and bad thing) she had learned about magic was the fact that eventually, it ran out. And once it ran out...
Well miss busy body was in for it considering there was a pleasant, addicting rush fluttering through her being. She could see now why Levi had so easily fallen for it's allure, there wasn't a drug on the market that she'd tried that could replicate the feeling she had right now.
And since it pissed the girl off so badly, she outright laughed in her face, even with the punch flying towards her.
Citrine jerked back, knuckles catching her jaw and knocking her teeth together right as she grit out the name of her attack. Hands lit up green and she went straight for the face.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Lime Squeeze
Verdi's hands glow lime green and she grabs at an opponent. Area of contact begins to feel like mild burning sensation that seeps bone deep, like you got lime juice in an open wound. It aches and stings, giving the sensation that it's traveling through the skin around the area of contact.
Last 20 seconds and must retain contact for effects to be felt.
*It is at player discretion if there are any lasting damage ie rashes, irritated skin, mild acid burns, etc

There was no guessing what other attacks could do, so the fact that Larissa felt like her face was burning made her yell out when it made contact. Her eyes watered, and she just knew that the other was taking pleasure in the pain that they had inflicted. But Larissa had to fight through it.
She jerked herself away from the hands that had grabbed her face, still feeling as though it were on fire. And nothing would help with her face. She knew that it would look terrible, though hopefully it wouldn't be permanent. Right now though, she was unable to say anything, which meant that she couldn't send out her attack again.
The corrupt would be able to escape. And there was nothing she could do about it.
She would still try though. She couldn't run away. She always did that. It was pathetic. The corrupt senshi would most likely be able to do their attack again, and Larissa could only think of lashing out with her leg, trying to hit the knee of the other. If she did anything tonight, it would be getting the corrupt out of the area if possible.

Her magic kept her gloved hands alight even as the moonie's seemed to wane enough that she was freed, the heels of her boots clacking against the pavement when she put space between them.
Laughter spilled from her lips along with the clicking of a tsk tsk.
"Maybe you'll start thinking before you act, miss "I understand everything"," Citrine taunted, tossing her hair over her shoulder when she cast a glance to the crumpled body of her victim. "If you hadn't been a b***h, maybe he woulda lived. Hm, guess that's all on you huh?"
She raised her hand and waggled her fingers at the other woman in a toodaloo fashion. "Bye Felicia~" Citrine purred before she blinked out of existence.

If Larissa could have said something, well, she would have still kept quiet. She was surprised that the corrupt had said what she had as she parted. "If you hadn't... maybe he woulda lived.". It was eerily similar to what Alphubel had warned her about.
He too had a Negaverse agent blame him for what they had done. It had taken a while for him to forgive himself, and his brain had told him that the agent would have done it anyway... it was as though they were trying to make those who were in the Order doubt themselves. As though taking a starseed was a choice on their end, but the fact that a knight or a senshi interrupted them forced them to take a starseed? Of course it didn't sound even remotely logical to the brain, but still, guilt and empathy were things that they had, and of course their brain would also tell them that they could have stopped it when they knew that they couldn't.
She watched the other just... disappear. Teleportation. A nifty power that those in the Order didn't have. It just wasn't fair sometimes. Like those who were good had to go with less powers. Not even the same amount.
She sighed through her nose, her cheeks still burning and not allowing her to open her mouth. She knew where she could go to cover it up since her family would ask questions. And with that, she too left, unable to do anything for the poor civilian who would no longer be reincarnated.
