Quote: You're walking home in the dark and soon hear the sound of footsteps following behind you. Every time you turn around, nothing is there. If you try to quicken your pace, the footsteps start running right along with you. No matter how you try to see behind you--if you use your phone camera or if you look in window reflections, you can't see anything...but you know it's getting closer. If you don't run fast enough, you can almost feel a hand on your arm, a breath on your neck... You need to get home, fast. If you can. The October winds were chilly enough that Cybele started to shiver under her unfortunately wispy skirts. They were not quite chilly enough for her to break out anything thicker, though. She wasn't one for sweatshirts over her fuku unless it got desperate. Instead, she took a brisker pace than normal to try to keep her warmth up. It more or less worked, although the forecast had said it would dip almost down to freezing late at night. This hunt would have to be a quick one, then. There didn't seem to be any youma in the immediate area, or officers, for that matter, which was probably good for the surrounding area, but not for a quick patrol. She did feel a senshi, though. She liked that. Tonight could be about connections. She kept up her quick walk down the sidewalk until she saw the other girl around the corner. This one had a very cute green dress with hints of purple, she noticed. That wasn't something she saw much at all in outfits besides her own. "Hello!" She said with a wave. "I like your outfit. I appreciate the color scheme."

It was that time of year again, when it was starting to get cold and the greenery was disappearing. Fall still looked nice, but it always reminded Larissa that winter came after it, which was something she wasn't looking forward to. It just got too cold! And while she could get some nice winter pics, it was so much harder considering she had to bundle up just to get outside. But here she was, since she had heard from Alphubel that chaos seemed stronger during October so there might be strange things going on or youma were more likely to come out, so she had been on patrol when she noticed another Order aura nearby. It wasn't until the other revealed themselves that she was able to take a look at them and realize that she hadn't seen the other senshi before. She smiled and waved back to the other. "Thank you! I like yours too! I think we got lucky in that department!" She did realize that others weren't as lucky as they were. Though she couldn't exactly tell what the other was senshi of. But introductions were being made now anyway, right? "I'm Larissa! Super Senshi of Water Lillies!" A plant that definitely wasn't a winter one, which made it all the more miserable to power up during that time.

Cybele smiled. “I think the planets or whatever it is that gives the knights their outfits does a decent job of picking out colors. I know a few people with very lovely red and orange outfits that I could never pull off, but it looks great on them.” She crossed the distance between them, her silver heels clicking on the pavement. “But it’s always nice to meet people with things in common to you. I’m Cybele, senshi of the hunt.” She have a quick little curtsy the way she’d used to when she thought all this was fun and games. Meeting nice senshi usually managed to put her in a good mood, and Larissa was a Syper, so she must have been holding her own in this war. “Nice to meet you,” she said, and it was true. Suddenly, she felt something behind her. It wasn’t an aura, just the slight tingle of eyes on her back, or something like that, but it was still enough to send a tingle down her spine. She turned quickly, but the street seemed fairly empty. Strange. She didn’t trust it. “Would you like to walk together?” She asked, her voice ever so slightly shorter than before.

"They do come up with some great colors." Larissa said, though she wanted to add that sometimes the outfits were a bit... strange. But that's just how they were supposed to be she supposed. "Senshi of the hunt? Sounds interesting!" It at least fit the theme of Cybele's outfit, though Larissa was surprised that it didn't have more... furs on it or something. Perhaps it was the more friendly kind of hunting that she had seen? Like when one has animal companions or uses it to help them somehow. Either way, she wasn't going to say anything. Larissa watched as the other senshi turned around, and Larissa looked behind her wondering if the other had seen something, but there was nothing. Hopefully it wasn't something dangerous. She nodded in the affirmative to the other. It was always nice to talk with fellow senshi! "That sounds great! I haven't been on patrol with someone else in a while, so it will be good to have someone to walk and talk with." She said, giving Cybele a signal that she could choose where they went.

"My sphere does sound a bit more intimidating than some of the others," Cybele admitted. Cybele, Senshi of the Hunt sounded beautiful and fierce and she tried very hard to live up to it. "The magic isn't bad, either. I can give you a boost if you need it, to help you focus." She started up walking again, more or less on the route she'd been on before, and still at a quicker pace. For some reason, she just couldn't shake the feeling that there was something watching her, although she didn't know why. At least she was with someone else if it did end up being dangerous, but either way, she, as always, didn't like the feeling of being the hunted one. "What about you? I've been thinking, lately, that it's good to know each other's magic. Sometimes, you can make plans." Water lillies sounded sort of gentle, but even though Cybele hadn't really been focused on learning magics until recently, she knew that senshi with plants and animals as spheres could do all sorts of things.

"It does sound like it could be useful. At least the boost. My sphere, water lilies, so far I've been able to trap people using the flowers. I guess that comes from possibly being able to be tangled up in water lilies when you're swimming but I'm not sure." Larissa replied as she shrugged her shoulders. She could have sworn that she heard footsteps that didn't belong to them. And that there was something... there. She just didn't know what it was. But if it was something that was chaos-filled, wouldn't they be able to detect it? Larissa was starting to get less comfortable and she rubbed her arms, suddenly feeling a bit colder. "I think it would be a good idea to know who has what. Maybe we can add more information into the database? Though if it were to ever be hacked, tons of information would be out... I'm not sure what kind of security they have to keep the Negaverse away, but hopefully it's good." Honestly she had never accessed the database, and as of yet hadn't seen anything in it because of it. "Luckily the lily pads only effect the current target, so if I'm not targeting a partner or team member, then you can move about them freely." It was nice to have something that could trap the enemy though. Quote: I am so sorry I have taken so long to get back to this! I didn't think it had been that long!
