This Calendar is a quick reference to when the Mini-Event Subforum has been blocked out for player run events. If a date is blocked out it means that an event will be run during this time and, to avoid overlap, we will not be approving events to be run at the same time unless both players are in agreement that they are fine with the overlap. This Calendar is for approved Mini-Events only; this means, the calendar will only serve as a record for Events that players have requested the use of the Mini-Event subforum for. It does not take into account player events, group RPs, or ORPs that may have been planned to run outside of the Mini-Event Subforum. Not all plots will require the use of the Mini-Event Calendar and players may still run threads or plots in other subforums even if an Event is going on in the Mini-Event Subforum! If you have questions about a plot you want to run and if it belongs in the Mini-Event thread, or if you need help requesting a time to run an event in the Mini-Event thread, please PM us and we'll be happy to work with you!
Please note that while an event may be set to have an 'end' on a specific day, players are free to continue RPing in their open threads until they reach a close. Threads from old Events will remain in the Mini Event subforum for one month after the Event's official close date and then they will be removed from the thread. All threads will be logged in the Mini-Event Information and Archive at that point in time!
