Chronos was all to eager to set up the meeting with Fauna after the transaction in the market was completed. Pan, the white bolf, would have ended up with the crystals in any case. Midna seemed eager to get them as well. Whatever happened next was beyond his train of thought. Now he had other ideas. This one he was most eager. He had departed very soon after the transaction was completed, making sure to ask Fauna to give him at least ten minutes (or whatever the Dark tribers use to gauge time).
He waited by the door of the grand theater room for Fauna to arrive. Before he wanted to meet he had to make sure that the theater was completely empty.
It was a matter he wished to keep between them for now. And for now he waited eagerly for her to arrive,

Fauna had been learning ever so much that day, it seemed and all from a trip to the marketplace! She had never thought she would meet so many like-minded b'alam in one place and to see Chronos there had simply been a stroke of good luck! When he mentioned that he wanted to speak with her, she had been ready to drop everything she was doing, but he needed a few moments himself, so she was able to inform the Tah, Gilgamesh, that she was very interested in learning more about his and his mentor's, Jack's, ideas of what to do with the curtains. They knew plenty more about it that she did and she while she was curious to hear their thoughts on the matter, they would have to wait. Chronos, the first b'alam who she'd spoken to about her mission for the Theatre and the first to encourage her upon her project, wanted to speak with her. Nothing would get in the way of that meeting.
Once she had arranged a different time to meet up with Gil and Jack, she had bid them all adieu and hurried towards the Theatre. She found him in front of the door to the threatre room and perked her ears as she approached. She bobbed her head in a greeting and looked up to him with a smile, her gaze burning with her pleased curiosity. She would've never guessed that an outing to search for curtains would lead her to a meeting with Chronos later!
"Tah Chronos," She began. "What was it you'd like to discuss?"WC: 265

"Ah" Chronos breathed as Fauna entered the theater. He than lowered his head briefly. "Greetings Lady Fauna, even after such short a time, I feel I must have a proper greeting."
His signature grin twisted upward on the corner of his mouth. A grin was an expression he was most known for... Usually it didn't mean anything but good fortune. Usually.
"I see you have a fascination with the theater. And your determination, what I saw just moments ago in the market, was quite refreshing!" He hummed.
"Oh, but my manners escape me sometimes when I get an idea. Do forgive me. To brass paws than; before I go any further, why do you wish be be in the theater? What do you wish to accomplish -for yourself- here?"

Fauna smiled a little sheepishly at the title. While she was used to giving others such titles, for politeness sake, she wasn't used to be treated the same. Typically, Fauna was just fine, but hearing Chronos say it made a spark of pride flare in her chest. She lifted her head a little higher and then tilted her head as Chronos posed a question.
"For myself?" She echoed and glanced around the Theatre. Finally, she looked back at him and smiled a little. "Well, when I first woke up, I was pulled to the Theatre. I thought I was meant to watch the shows, but after a while, I realized that what I really wanted to do was help create them. Ideally, once the Theatre has a solid foundation and active members, and once I figure out the new curtains," She added with a small chuckle,"Then I fancy myself on stage, inspiring more b'alam to come to the Theatre, like I did when I was first drawn here." She shrugged. "There's a lot to do before then, though, but I'm willing to put in all the work that's needed to see the Theatre become even better than I remember it." She answered him with a smile and a nod.WC: 210

With each word Fauna spoke Chronos's eyes brightened. He admired those who had a passion, especially for the stage he worked so hard to found and improve.
"Quite a fascinating response." He hummed before turning about and walking toward the stage.
He paused a moment to turn his head and gesture with a nod for her to follow. Each step he took was slowed on purpose.
"One would think -many- would have such a response and be so sincere. I have meet some who say those words, but their own soul is hollow to them. Tragic really." A brief sigh before his grin and cheery tone returned. "A passion for the stage, for acting. Almost sounds like you were woven for it.... hmn, have you performed at all?"

Fauna hoped that that her 'fascinating response' was a good one. She followed alongside him when he had beckoned, careful to keep up, but not to overtake him. Surprisingly enough, she realized, she did not feel small compared to him, though indeed she was not exactly a large Nan. She listened closely to his words. She would not let her statements that she pledged her livelihood by, turn hollow. The Theatre was were she was always meant to be, she just knew it!
At his question, she replied. "One could say that I'm performing when I go out and bring newcomers into the Theatre." Fauna replied, but again looked sheepish and for a moment almost unsure, before she shook it off, determination returning to her gaze. "While I haven't performed in a production, yet, I can't imagine many things better. I'm quick to memorize things, so I don't think learning lines or cues would be much trouble. And I manage to wear this without it falling off," She added, using her minimal magic to levitate her wreath off of her head for a moment, before placing it back on her head. "So if I were costumed, I believe I could do well with it. I'm also seeking an audience with Desdemona, so she might give me some pointers of what to know to be an actress, since she used to be the Lead Actress, as I've been told." She went on.
Her wings fidgeted. She was getting off topic. She repressed a sigh; she hoped she hadn't bothered him. "So, in short, while I haven't properly, performed yet, I certainly would like to." She answered at last.WC: 277

Chronos stopped just short of the Stage than turned around to face Fauna fully. He flicked a wing to the stage and, for a brief moment, shown a smile.
"Ah, Desdemona. A shame really... but one must be dedicated to hold such a role in this tribe. To be placed in charge of so many is indeed a heavy burden, yet, it is the highest honor."
And a shame that so many who had been put in charge have already left their posts to be unattended to. No matter. For now-
"Please, show me your passion for acting. You are familiar with cub nursery rimes, yes? Perform for me, if you please."

Fauna looked up at the stage and then to Chronos as he beckoned her to perform for him. Her expression turned to one of elation at the offer and she nodded her head.
"It would indeed, be my pleasure." She said and leaped onto the stage, paws scrambling only a bit, for she had become more practiced at it since she first entered the Theatre. When he mentioned cub nursery rhymes, she immediately thought of her favorite one "The Big Bad Bolf" which told the tale of a cub who thought it was being chased by a bolf larger than a mountain, when in fact it turned out to be a shadow and the bolf itself was as small as they typically were, wanting only to play.
It would be best done with two actors, she reflected, but she would make do. Weaver knew that she always had a tendency to improvise in a tight spot anyway, surely she could reflect with the words of the nursery rhyme and her acting, what was taking place.
Clearing her throat, she began. "Great Tah Chronos, it is my pleasure to bring to you, the opening and impromptu performance of my rendition of: The Big Bad Bolf." She announced, placing her wreath to the side of her as she took center stage.
So began her scene, where she (as the young cub) was playing through the caves and skipping a loose stone against the wall. She used the clicking off her claws against the stage to mimic the stone. Then, she turned as she spoke the next line of the rhyme to see the "big bad bolf" which she used a substitute of with her tail, waving about ominously. With an alarmed look, there was a comedic chase scene, for naturally, she couldn't get away from it, but when it eventually showed its true nature as a small beast that wanted only to play, she levitated her wreath and had it bob up and down, while she mimicked the "flap, flap, flap of little wings" with short flaps of her own wings. As the "bolf" settled down to play with her, she settled her wreath onto her head and took a bow.
She was a little breathless, but as she straightened, she looked back at Chronos with a grand smile, wild jubilation on her face. "The end!" She crowed happily, wings fluttering on her back in her evident delight to have performed her first scene in front of such an important audience.WC: 419

Chronos watched with great delight as Fauna took the stage without debate. Yes, this was a magnificent quality. Not Spectacular, but so close to it that Chronos was thoroughly impressed. That wasn't as easy to do as it seems most of the time.
When the performance was finished he clapped his paws and gave a whistle. Though the whistle seemed for something else.
"Bravo, quite fascinating indeed! It has been so long since I have seen such improv, and one of my personal favorite rimes" Chronos lept to the stage to stand before Fauna.
"Yes, I feel this is a good choice. Now, it would surely be a shame of disastrous proportions to hide you away and have none witness such talent. And it would be a shame if you would not have anyone to teach. This stage was made for you, for your talent, and those you would guide. Ah, even the Toy Maker's apprentice has been gone and left this stage to only my care. " The grin remained, despite the small twinge of anger in his tone at the last statement. But as smoke in the wind, it was soon gone.
"What I propose to you, if you should like, is to appoint you the lead actress of this theater, of the whole dark tribe. It is my right to appoint such talent when I see it, as I am the only one left to tend to this quiet theater. Do you accept?"
((IF you would like this option, I would like to appoint Fauna the Lead Actress FC of the Dark tribe. smile ))

Suffice to say, Fauna beamed when Chronos applauded and whistled at her performance. It made her warm from the tip of her nose all the way through her tail and wings. She was definitely woven for this, she decided in that moment and to her great delight, Chronos seemed to agree.
She glowed under his praise, but tilted her head to one side when he mentioned that she ought to teach. The idea had never occurred to her, but she was excited at the notion, but where was he going with this...?
Then, he dropped his proposition on her and it felt like the big bad bolf from her performance had come in and dropped itself on her head. She felt stunned and her mouth dropped open. Then, she quickly nodded and then nodded again.
"Yes!" She cried, only to pause, clear her throat and grin up at Chronos. "That is to say, I accept your offer. Thank you so much, Tah Chronos." She said, her excitement clear.WC: 168
