While it took her a while to discover it, Fauna was certain that the Weaver had intended her paws to be for the Theatre. In fact, Fauna was so certain that she had figured out for herself that in a way, all Dark Tribers were meant for the stage and just needed help discovering that within themselves. She was ready to give them that extra boost.

Sure, not every b'alam was meant to stand on stage with with the artificial light of glowing Light Tribe orbs showering down on them, facing down an audience, but there were other positions for the Theatre and every paw helped a production. Even with the new, well, new to Fauna, additions of members who had been there far longer than she had, like the Head Customer and his apprentice, and the former Lead Actress and such, every new b'alam that joined the Theatre was sure to bring even more to their company than before.

Thus, one of Fauna's jobs, which she took very seriously, was recruiting new members.
"Come one, come all! Join the marvelous Theatre! Make new friends and find your courage among your fellow cast members!" She crowed from her spot just outside of the Theatre, casting her blue eyes onto any unsuspecting bystander nearby.

Fear crept out of his small little den. The den that held nothing sharp, squishy... well... anything rather. Everything had the potential to be dangerous! Things in general set his nerves on edge! Even these first few steps into the new day was enough to send the large Tah quaking in his claws. Wide charcoal eyes skimmed his immediate surrounding and he whimpered. There was so many things that could go wrong in this moment. So many things...

Swallowing hard and audibly whispering a count to ten under his breath, he finally emerged. Were it not for the constant nagging of his stomach, he'd likely would have kept himself tucked away in his den forever! Still. All B'alam had to eat! And his stomach never failed to remind him of that.

Tentative and overly-cautious steps pressed him forward. He prayed to the Weaver to drop food right in his paws so that he could hurry back home before anything bad was to happen. But... Something bad always happens. Always...

Fear nibbled carefully at his lip and kept his wings tightly pressed to his sides. The familiar calls of the theater rang into his ears and he turned a weary but brief glance in the Nan's direction. Another faint whimper escaped the Tah and he turned to continue on towards where he had last caught a meal. Well, not so much as caught as he was given one after a failed attempt... Ah! That meal! Why'd he remind himself?!

Eyes quickly shifted to the ground in slight shame of the memory and he attempted to shuffle off and away. With any luck, the Nan wouldn't see him and leave him be! 'Oh Weaver, Please have mercy on me today!?'

Fauna had a few great qualities, but she was also lacking in many ways. One such a way was that she had a difficult time telling intrigue from discomfort. So, when she saw the purple-coated Tah glance her way, her eyes lit up and she cried out.

"You, good Tah, of the most striking indigo hue!" And practically charged him as she stuck out a paw. "Fauna's the name, and I must, must, MUST say, you're the most interesting Tah I've ever seen!" She eyed the curly hair atop his head and grinned, before staring back into his eyes. "You, good Tah, have every look of a wonderful Actor about you, trust me! I can feel it, and my feelings are very rarely wrong! You must come with me into the Theatre at once and take a look around!" She grinned at him, her eyes glimmering. "It will be only a moment of your time, but I am certain you shall love it!" She continued to insist.

It took all he had to not curl up and cry out in surprise as the Nan called him out. Wide grey eyes flashed over.. Fauna, was it? and then he swallowed hard at the faint whisper of a scream that seemed to rise in his throat.

"I-Interesting? Me?" violet ears swiveled back and the curl upon his head sproinged with a tad of nervousness. "Oh. Nonono... I... I'm not interesting. I promise you." He attempted to argue, though even though his words were heartfelt, it was poorly conveyed. "I-I'm quite dull, actually!" he offered the faintest flash of a smile and tried to very carefully maneuver his steps around the Nan to try and continue on his path.

"A-And. I'm dreadfully sorry, but... I'd rather..." Panic started to course through him. This was another one of those things he didn't do so well with. Social interaction. "You see, I'm trying to... that is to say..." He bit his lip with a whimper. He hated rejection just as anyone else did. But to be the one dishing out the rejection? Yeesh! All his nerves where in bundles!

As if on cue, his stomach gave a nearly jarring growl and he flushed brightly in embarrassment from it. Curse his luck! "I... I-I...." Eyes shifted left and right, trying to find the best and quickest way out of this mess.

Fauna flashed the Tah a brilliant white smile when his grey gaze met her blue one. She nodded when he inquired about the interesting vibes she had suspected in him. Why he seemed to want to deny it, she didn't know, but she raised up a paw to bap the tall clump of hair atop his head playfully.

"You must be mistaken, silly Tahtil." She replied with a playful look in her eyes. "Between your colors and your fur, I do say that you at least look interesting, which is part of the project. Why, one could and likely would argue that in front of an audience, you wouldn't need a costume at all!" She told him.

She spread out her wings to either side of her, trying to help orchestrate her point that he was indeed very worth her, and the stage's, time. Yet unknown to her, she effectively blocked any way from getting around her in the process. Her smile remained.

"It won't be a long trip through the theatre, funny Tah." She said. "You can be on your way and telling your friends of your revels soon enough! You just must see it, in order to know that your place is with us!" She said and turned slightly, back towards the door, her wings pushing at his coat gently in a hurrying motion. "What've you got to lose?"
