Hi guys

Ill be updating this periodically like a real journal

From time to time i don't just draw i also write and i may be posting some story ideas that i really like and invite people to read them.

Ill be vigilant on my spelling and grammar but i do struggle with it so please be kind.

Some back ground i graduated a prestigious art school it was a magnet ( private/public ) school that you need to apply to get in, it was college level art that i as studying and consider my self very fortunate to have been apart of it.

I want you all to learn a bit of information about me but ill be keeping some things private as well.

I am a teacher, Ill talk more about this latter, right now im just trying to get some key points i want to talk about and latter ill be elaborating.

Art hero's : Where do i start, with out being cliche, i do love Leonardo divinici hes not just a artist hes a scientist and the man is amazing. ill most likely do a master study base off of his work.

Michelangelo, i mean come on??? Ill add Rodin to that list

Monet and Munch , you may not be familiar with Munch he is the guy that painted The scream.

Rembrandt, the master of painting along with Vermeer

( basically all the Italian renaissance artist i mean i love the the Italian renaissance and wanted to travel that and still do)

Stan lee: he is a master of the comic book world and a legend
Alex Ross: considered probably number one of the best illustrators and artist of all time.
James Cameron : allot of people may or may not know this but it was the director of titanic that drew the famous nude picture that is shown in the movie, and its acutely the director drawing the picture in the movie, or his hand any way.

Manny other i love the world of art and i am constantly learning new things along with adding more things to what i want to know.

my own grandmother, that's right it runs in my family, although her style is allot different then mine she is more of a realist painter and she concentrates more on sensory, objects landscapes and animals, she also has a cartoon side as well and like to draw voluptuous burlesques Models.

My art mom ( inside joke) she was my teacher for 3 years, its hard not to build a relationship with a Woman teacher when you know her that long, and she had a tendency to be motherly.

My art dad ( this is not the same) he was art dad because she was art mom, however he was the art chair and i also had allot of respect and admiration for him and only had his class for one year, but he was a great male role model.

Goal: find some contemporary artist ( alive ) that i can look up to and learn from. I would actually like to find maybe fine and more specifically i want to find female artist i can look up to.

I would like to earn a living or at least a part time living with art.

I would like to get some recognition and be apart of a large or important project.

Go back to school for art.
