Runi's hands would dig into his pockets while he walked down the street while walking forth with a frown. His eyes closed in a lucid walk. His mouth let a long yawn out while he found himself in the city on a shopping spree he didn't ask for. His eyes would close while he stepped off to the side while sighing. ". . ." He'd give an irritated groan while he plopped down backwards. The bench would clear out after while he leaned his head back and his arms lifted to rest on the back. "Who talked me into coming here?" He'd mutter to himself while his silver hair ruffled in the wind while he closed his eyes hard and his mouth formed a frown. Why would he agree to this? He wasn't even one with good money. He would merely let his eyes drift while he tried to get in a nap until people would be done, or atleast food was involved.
Rawber, finally free from his grandpa's training for a day, decided to spend the allowance he had been saving on a burger joint he had heard made the world's largest burger. He wanted to test their one hour challenge. " An hour and a half to eat a 15 lb. burger. Child's play." He walked around town looking for the restaurant to no avail. It was unfortunately Rawber's own ignorance that the article mentioning the burger was over a year old, so the restaurant may no longer be around.
✧The Saiyan was on a mission to find a specific duo that he had witnessed once before and could not let them go without at least learning their names and fighting them. Indeed they were peculiar duo that Pars hadn't seen on this planet, they were something he wasn't expecting when he first encountered them. One was a red headed woman with a undetectable power yet was able to unleash quite a bit of damage despite this, the very fact behind that had peeked the young Saiyan's interests to a great deal; in Pars' opinion, after unleashing such a technique Pars should have been able to detect how deep her power went, yet he could not. He needed an explanation behind such a phenomenon and he would be sure to memorize it. The other person, who he assumed was the woman's companion, was a man that had quite the deep power, while Pars had surpassed what was once similar in power scale he was still elated to know that at the time there was someone who he could have a equal fight with on this planet. What made him even more special was the technique he used, something Pars wanted to witness up close give what it did to the Frost Demon. If he had the opportunity to do so, he would want to fight them both, first one on one fights with both of them, then have them both fight him at the same time. Indeed such a thing would be fun, but with how vast this planet was he doubted he would find them any time soon, a shame but he wouldn't stop looking. Is what would be said if he hadn't just come across one of the two he was looking for, the man with the mysterious technique. Pars had gone from a completely mutual feeling to a more positive one just from seeing who he was looking for, though he appeared to have been trying to sleep, too bad Pars was far too interested to care. With a smirk and a grin, the Saiyan walked towards the man, his posture and walking saying aloud that he was both confident and quite happy. "Oi, you're him aren't you? The man with the mysterious green technique yeah?" He had asked the man while standing behind him, hands on his waist and awaiting an answer. If he truly was the same person, well Pars would have to ask where his companion was wouldn't he?
Observe and report. Those were the only words in Android 11's mission briefing. Multiple powerful individuals were gathered in this city, but no discernable reason could be gathered. They seemed to all be going about their own business. A few were grouped up here and there, but mostly spread out. 11 would continue to observe from high in the sky above, using her augmented vision to keep tabs on the interesting events below. She made sure to keep the sun to her back, so as to be more difficult to spot.

On the corner of a major intersection in town sat a large arcade, filled with various games, ranging from skill to pure time wasters. For once, Celes was in street clothes, jeans, a white shirt, and a black leather jacket. Her tail was still visible, wrapoed around her waist, but at least this way she wasn't painfully obvious as a Saiyan. The young warrior sat at an arcade cabinet playing a vintage game of Pac Man. Her abilities in Martial Arts allowed her an edge when it came to anticipating the ghost's paths. As of this moment, she was in 3rd place, nearing 2nd on the high scores.

Going from store to store, Sev took a gander at all the new machines and technology that was on display. So much time had passed in her sleep and so many advancement in tech had come along in that time. Even when she stopped by the nearby pawn shop, there were some sophisticated gadgets on display as well. But sadly...without any money, the girl had to walk away empty handed. She sighed as she slowly made her way down the street, wondering what to do about her situation. Maybe she could get a job? Though the girl never had a normal job before... There wasn't any rush to work for another lab either. The redhead was making her way to meet back up with Runi, not surprised at all to find him on a bench trying to sleep. Well, at least he was kind enough to come along, even if he didn't want to go into any stores. Honestly, just seeing some of today's greatest inventions was good enough for now. But wait...who was that guy standing behind him? He looked large and imposing, like that wrestler. Oddly, he looked familiar too... Sev hesitated to approach; however, would approach since she didn't want to leave Runi alone. What if he was dangerous? Or maybe it was just a friend? The woman kept her distance but was still close enough to be seen by them both. She would wait and see before acting.
｡｡｡[ENERGY SKILLS] ✧ Voltaic Blitz - A variation of the Power Blitz, Android #7 draws her hand back and charges a swirling red energy sphere with electric ki. She then brings her hand forward and fires the sphere in the form of an energy wave at the opponent, inflicting a great amount of damage.
｡｡｡[MARITAL (PHYSICAL) SKILLS] ✧ Hydraulic Press - With a rising knee kick, Android #7 launches herself into the air. Should this attack connect, the opponent will also be launched into the air; however it is not necessary for the technique. Taking aim, she launches a powerful dive kick at her opponent. When it connects, Android #7 activates the hydraulic pressure device in her leg, creating a second impact. Other races can replicate this technique by releasing a surge of ki in the kick.
✧ Autonomic Assault - Android #7 stands on one leg and side kicks "at the speed of lightning", with her other leg extended out. The kicks come out with incredible speed and power, and can land several hits, doing substantial damage if not blocked. This technique can also be used mid air; each kick that lands propelling and keeping her afloat.
｡｡｡[SPEED & MOVEMENT SKILLS] ✧ Flight - The user manipulates their ki energy so that they can levitate or fly. How this technique is described, one would assume that the flyer is putting their ki underneath them, forcing it down similar to an engine or helicopter pushing air down to rise from the ground.
✧ Afterimage Technique - An ability to move so swiftly that an image of the user is left behind. The image itself cannot perform physical tasks, as it fades through everything. Most often, it is used to dodge an incoming attack and get behind the opponent to perform a counterattack. Its usage is not limited to just counterattacks, though, as it can also be used to confuse enemies: the image is used to distract the enemy, forcing them to think it is the actual fighter and giving the user a chance to perform the actual attack.
｡｡｡[ULTIMATE SKILLS] ✧ Bionic Frenzy - Sev will crouch down before delivering a sliding side kick and then standing on one leg, delivers side kicks "at the speed of lightning". The kicks come out with incredible speed and power, and can land several hits, doing substantial damage if not blocked. She proceeds to deliver a barrage of vertical spinning kicks while rising into the air. At the peak of this barrage, an upside-down double-legged kick upwards will then be followed by an axe kick that knocks the opponent down. Teleporting to land before her opponent, she then follows with a spinning back kick to the exposed back of the falling fighter, finishing by kicking them aside.
✧ Termination Storm - Android #7 creates two large electric energy spheres in each hand, strokes of lightning lashing out sporadically. If the opponent is too close to her when she is charging up the energy spheres, they will be damaged by the aura of energy that surrounds her. She can launch these orbs individual or combine them into a massive lightning bomb. Even after this attack this ends, her body will still be temporarily covered in sparks.

The light breaths were all that followed for a few minutes, blissful sleep, a light dream about being rich and not having to sleep on park benches and having a nap for breakfast. His mouth would let the light breaths become a bit more audible as a bubble would slowly form from his nose, though it would pop after a moment as his eyes fluttered to his sleep deprived half gaze as he let his vision focus infront of him. Who was this? His eyes slowly rose as he stared to the man before him with a slightly stale expression. Someone to cause trouble in his life. He knew it from addressing him by the technique he used. Maybe he could get out of this. Maybe he could say no and just walk away to find a nice fountain to rest on, or maybe a patch of grass without dog feecle. Though as he was going to speak, he'd catch her out of the corner of his eye. Even if this would work on his end. He couldn't communicate to her that they had to disassociate for it to work. He'd let out a slight sigh as he adjusted himself to a laxed seat. "Yeah, that's me. Green swirly guy." He'd retort, adjusting his glasses. "And your the kick a** guy with the big muscles, that didn't try to body slam me. It's a pleasure to formally meet cha."
After an hour of searching high and low, Rawber decided to give up and just find a place to chill and eat. It was then that he stumbled upon an arcade. "Hmm, arcades occasionally sell snacks. Maybe I can find something to fill me here, and chill on a game."
As he walked in, he could smell b.o. and cheesy snacks. He looked around seeing a mixed population of gamers playing a huge variety of games, and a snack vendor. It felt strangely home like. That was when he spotted three of the one game machine that he didn't think existed anymore: Murderous Impulse, his favorite fighting game. "They will be mine. Oh yes, they will be mine!" He bought some snacks and tokens and approached the first machine. He slid the token in and smiled as soon as the heavy metal intro started to play. "Prepare yourself game. I will not falter, I will not not cry, I will not die. Not here. Not to you."
