1. How you want to make the guild a better place for growing artists.
2. What leadership and innitiative we can except from you.
Being part of the crew doesn't mean you have to be a super skilled artist. The responsibilities of the crew and mods are to recruit new members for the guild, to keep threads safe from unrelated spam, to keep members safe from hateful comments, to resolve conflicts, and improve the guild by actively suggesting helpful threads and creating new threads to the benefit of all members.
If you can commit to these crew duties once in a while, but regularly enough, and your vision aligns with the guild's values, I'd love for you to help me make this guild a truly amazing place of learning and friendship.
