            xxxxxRiga can be best described as a self-disciplined Mechanoid. He shows great talent in being able to keep his emotions under control. While he admits it to be difficult, Riga is capable of pursuing what he thinks is right despite any form of temptation to abandon it. He rarely raises his voice and normally speaks using a soft tone, indicating his politeness towards almost everyone that he interacts with. He's generally more reasonable than most; Riga normally attempts to reason with authority figures instead of charge in and ask questions later. Another thing to note that Riga tends to downplay his actual power; even after gaining most control over his curse, he prefers to act modest and humble, instead using his powers to assist his friends. A believer in free will, he believes that it is fine when a man decides what to make of his life as long as he doesn't live to regret it, never choosing to judge how a person lives. However, he does judge a person on the content of their character, easily distinguishing between people with evil intentions and those who are sincere and honest with him. A distinguishing feature of Riga is his high moral standards; Riga’s code of honor is heavily connected to his status as a Galactic Patrolman, and, like any good cop, forbids himself from ever raising his hands against his subordinates or those he must protect, viewing them as members of his family, even going so far as to protect them using his own body as a shield.

            However, behind the silk of Riga's personality hides a cold steel. Riga has developed a tough side that reveals itself regularly when those he cares about are in danger or if he is angered by something, and he's completely unafraid of standing up for what he believes in; even if it is the "unpopular opinion" or the odds are heavily stacked against him. Again, after being praised as a Super Cop and raised up to be such a thing, he refuses to let his talent to get to his head and believe that he was somehow superior over others, instead he is very aware that there is always someone stronger and thus strives to be humble. Riga also has no tolerance for people who attempt to deny who they are, believing that doing so will only end up with them dead as their full potential would not be realized. Riga also has the crippling flaw of not wanting to talk about his own problems; instead, he has locked away his own troubles at the back of his mind to prevent them from hampering his own abilities or progress as a Patrolman; he's clearly reluctant to talk about his past; and for very good reasons; making him somewhat of a hypocrite when he pries into the pasts of others to dig up more info on them in order to try and help them better.

            Despite his past Riga is a noble and kind man with a soft spot for children and animals. He is often wandering impoverished neighborhoods, helping those less fortunate with their troubles even if it sucks up all of his time, though he sees this as a prime opportunity to learn more about the people he wishes to protect; he would do anything to help this world as well. Always in control of his emotions, Riga prides himself in following monk-like philosophies of peace. Despite his rough background, he has a deep sense of responsibility to those he protects whenever he does manage to become involved; in fact, he would throw his life on the line for anyone in trouble.

            xxxxxJ-Impactor: A basic use of his Ki that involves Riga charging specific aspects of his body with ki, bolstering the sheer impact it has when he touches something. In most instances, it is used to as a method of attack that has his limbs as the basis of the move, charging up his legs and arms to smash against his target, pilling on the pressure to the point of overwhelming them. Providing the baseline for his moves, the force he produces is enough to destroy solid metal, while punching through stone and concrete in one fell swoop, severely injuring people he strikes to a significant margin. By increasing the output even further than its initial use, Riga's attacks are strengthened to the point of physically bending and deforming the objects he strikes, as if they had gone through a high-end collision, inducing drastic changes and warping the harder he hits them, breaking his way past any obstacles in his way.

            xxxxxJ-Impactor Chase: A sliding kick resembling a somersault that transitions into a flipping kick which utilizes J-Impactor and Speed Chase, and thus, it serves the purpose of simultaneously closing distance between Riga and his target whilst also attacking them. When performing J-Impactor Wheel, Riga focuses a minute amount of Ki into his calf verniers, before speeding and skating against the solid surface that he is standing upon in the blink of an eye in a similar manner to a rocket powered race car; from here, he blasts off like a bullet, moving at such a velocity that everything around his becomes naught but a blur. Travelling towards his opponent, Riga quickly enters a sliding position by spinning around to turn his entire body around once before dropping to the ground with a flipping motion, sliding along the surface with his feet closed in the front; the sheer speed that Riga slides along the ground at is enough to grant his momentum such power to break anything in his path; also, since Riga's feet carry the entire power of his movement, they possess a transcendent priority which grants them the ability to break through defensive spells such as Ki Barriers; additionally, while sliding, Riga can squeeze through narrow entrances or doors that are coming in at high speed, as well as underneath hazards, into small openings in walls, and climb steep hills. While sliding, Riga can utilize the J-Impactor Chase in order to lure airborne opponents in whom have taken evasive action. However, the real power of the attack comes into play once Riga has reached his target, sliding into them, he performs a spinning flip kick that knocks them straight into the air, leaving them vulnerable to his next attack.

            xxxxxBoost Cuffs: Built into hidden in a compartment under each of his forearms are single, vernier equipped, cuffs. Unlike traditional cuffs, each cuff inside Riga's forearm does not have another cuff on the end, rather they are singular cuffs connected to durable steel cable that is attached to Riga's body. Tr he cuffs hold several unique functions, such as growing larger in order to handcuff larger enemies or detaching the cuffs from their cables that bind them to Riga's body, thus making them rocket the target into the distance until the cuffs run out of fuel and even then they become heavy weights to hinder the target, since the cuffs are also made from organic liquid metal much like Riga, the Mechanoid is capable of enlarging them, allowing him to cuff larger enemies or even cuff more than just the target's wrist, and should he detach the cuffs with the cables from his arm, Riga can meld the ends of both cables together and shorten their length to become actual handcuffs. The tensile strength of the cables manifested are known to be three hundred and sixty pounds per square millimeter. The cuffs are capable of feats such as cuffing then pulling things or bringing them closer, binding Riga’s opponents, scaring/lashing opponents, binding then snatching others weapons, swinging from high altitudes and slicing the flesh of his enemies when striking at great speed- all of this without hurting himself. A straight-forward attack Riga typically uses is where one or both cuffs increase in size to cuff the enemy’s arms and torso; he then retracts the cable(s) to pull the target towards himself or otherwise drag it into a position of his own choice. Once constricted, Riga can swing enemies around, and even into solid objects such as buildings and the earth itself. The cablesl are well-known for their durability as well as defensive nature; and it is shown to be extremely rare for them to be broken, arguably making them tougher than the standard cable. Thanks to the thrusters that come equipped, the cuffs are able to travel at astounding speeds and because the vernier are on a ball-like joint, Riga can curve their trajectory mid flight, allowing him to catch targets even if they jump out of the way. On a more physical level, they function as personal weapons Riga uses alongside hand-to-hand combat, gripping them along his hand while punching by using the cuffs’ curved edge in a similar fashion to brass knuckles.

            xxxxxKi Magnum: A special gun that gathers and stores ki from the user, using special pad on the handgrip to absorb it. Essentially, the rifle uses charged concentrations of Ki from the user as ammunition; it is capable of piercing through metal and most ki based defenses by spinning the beam released by the rifle like a powerful drill. As the Ki melts through matter when used for offense, the Ki Magnum can penetrate thick armour and destroy most defenses with a single shot; in addition to serving as a powerful ranged weapon. In its weakest form it is capable of puncturing steel and destroying boulders. The charged version can blow a five foot diameter hole in a wall of solid iron. The Ki Magnum is capable of switching between two fire modes; high-penetration mode, and high-damage mode. The high-penetration mode emits a higher-velocity beam with enough momentum to breach defenses. However, the damage dealt to the target without penetrating an defense is significantly reduced due to its lower energy transfer. The second mode is like a classic beam attack: the ki has less velocity and, while less penetrating, quickly transfer their energy to the target upon impact, blowing them away with amazing force. Before the gun fires, the muzzle opens up to reveal a complicated mechanism inside, part of which is used to read the enemy's power levels. The Ki Magnum is incredibly powerful and can deal amazing damage, but without a connection to Ki, it is unable to function and is completely useless. The limited capacity of the cap of the handgun proves to be a significant shortcoming; as the user can only fire sixteen shots from the Ki Magnum before exhausting the cap. In addition, when switching to an alternate mode, the gun needs a few seconds to complete its transformation sequence—and as anyone who has had to fight for their life can explain, a split second can literally mean the difference between surviving or dying.

            xxxxxKi Magnum II: An upgrade of the standard Ki Magnum, its child model was made to surpass the parent firearm in order to contest with stronger beings the standard Ki Magnum couldn’t phase. Like the original Ki Magnum, the gun utilizes the shooter’s ki as ammunition for its shots, allowing for said shots to be far more effective than the standard ray gun’s. However, unlike its predecessor, the pistol is able to be loaded with an energy cartridge, allowing it to fire off the same shots usually released by ray guns. In addition to what it shares with its predecessor, the Ki Magnum has more than one shot setting, piercing, explosive, and now the new homing and stun shot. The high-penetration mode emits a higher-velocity beam with enough momentum to breach defenses. However, the damage dealt to the target without penetrating an defense is significantly reduced due to its lower energy transfer. The second mode is like a classic beam attack: the ki has less velocity and, while less penetrating, quickly transfer their energy to the target upon impact, blowing them away with amazing force. The third mode locks onto the target’s ki, no matter how little, and upon firing the shot, the beam wave will follow the locked on ki source, altering its trajectory in order to make contact with the target. The beam of the homing shot is piercing in nature, but holds less penetration power than the piercing shot, focusing on seeking the ki source it was set to lock onto; additionally, the homing shot is not perfect in its tracking abilities, not being able to follow complicated trajectories or sudden turns, only being able to curve. The final setting is meant for taking down a target with nonlethal force, firing a concussive beam which will not only act as a impacting shot, but will momentarily stun the target as well, the wave carrying electrical properties that will jolt the target’s nervous system to keep them from moving.

            xxxxx Siren Heart: A built in weapon that involves Riga quickly gathering and releasing Ki from his chest or shoulders in the form of a phenomenally powerful concentrated blast of extreme heat. When performing Siren Heart, Riga surges his ki to the maximum, gathering and converging his very ki at a single point- his upper body area. Once this has been done, Riga harnesses the properties of the heat sinks hidden under the triangular bit of his chest or the hidden blasters attached to the shoulders -specifically the emerald glass-like spheres embedded within them which releases the super heated ki in the form of an extremely large and destructive sparking blast composed of highly concentrated heat, producing an absolutely high quantity of heat that's more than capable of travelling for great distances, wreaking havoc wherever it passes as the extreme heat bears down on anything it comes into contact, oftentimes melting objects it grazes. Burning mostly everything that it comes into contact with, save for strong defenses and most ki barriers, as it traverses the area into naught but ash; it is capable of crossing the entire distance of a forest, generating a large explosion upon impact with Riga's intended opponent, completely melting through almost everything and bringing about terrible destruction.

            xxxxxSiren Freeze: Utilizing the sirens built into the sides of his head and the blaring sounds and flashing lights, Riga can immobilize a target completely or partially, causing them to be left without movement and sensation, Making motor functions and muscle movement unavailable as the target freezes on the spot. The technique works by sending off soundwaves and light at certain frequencies that causes the body to freeze up, somewhat fooling the target’s brain into believing they cannot move based on what they are seeing and hearing.This causes the target to be incapacitated, causing a short-term state of powerlessness or weakness which renders them unable to do anything including fight or defend themselves. The siren is loud enough to echo quite a distance, causing discomfort in the ears, and the lights are bright enough to illuminate dark spaces to the point of being almost blinding. The exact length of the effect depends on both Riga’s power and skill and the targets current state. The paralyzing effects can only affect up to 4 people at a time, perhaps 7 depending on the brightness and volume of the sirens. Siren Freeze's biggest weakness is that it requires the target to be able to focus on the lights and sound; although he does not necessarily need to worry about the lights, the technique's major factor is the blaring sound, so much so that if anything is louder than the siren the target will only suffer minor nausea from the lights, rendering the sound portion ineffective. It goes without saying that this technique is stronger in dark and echoey locations. The moment Riga stops the sirens for whatever reason the target is freed from their paralyzing spell, though suffer a bit of body lag and stiffness for a small moment; also for any one use, Riga can only keep up Siren Freeze up for two posts before the target grows used to the affects of the sounds and lights for that one particular use, the next time he uses it their resistance will reset, allowing him to paralyze them for two posts once again.

            xxxxxHigh Speed Chase: Built in all the way back during Riga’s street racing days, hidden within Riga’s heels, underfoot, and calves are a set of wheels, treads, and verniers that allow Riga to move across any surface without having to move his legs as though he were a fast moving vehicle. Once these wheel, treads, and verniers on each leg are revealed, Riga feeds enormous amounts of ki to the thrusters, using the energy in order to power the thrusters, resulting in them discharging impossibly fast moving jets that generate thrust by jet propulsion, granting super speed, which. When in motion, his movements can be simply described as skating along the ground, the heel wheels and underfoot treads kicking up whatever substance they’re rolling on thanks to the sheer amount of speed they are producing.

            xxxxxSiren Cryo Bust: Quite some time ago, the Galactic Patrol had traveled to earth while chasing a intergalactic terrorist and when they finally caught up with the criminal, they had found him in combat with a native of the planet who used a technique to trap him inside a pot. Because of the arresting they could do with this technique, the Galactic Patrol employed the human to teach them this technique and teach him they did, but had instead taught them a non-permanent version, a incomplete version to be precise in the event they used it for wrong doings. Ever since Riga learned it himself, he had worked on improving it to match the standards of the original technique. Riga'a version involves him utilizing Siren Freeze to completely stop his target's movements before utilizing a faux Mafuba wave to further stop the target's movements before smashing his open palms into the target, causing the faux Mafuba to envelop the target and freeze them for a set amount of time. Riga first begins the technique by initiating Siren Freeze, stopping the target in their tracks as he releases large amounts of ki which he then forms into a green tornado which flows around the vicinity in a horizontal manner, becoming more like a constantly rotating tunnel as it envelops both Riga and his target, preventing any onlookers from interfering as it blows them away. With the tornado in place, Riga outstretches his hands forward, his hands in a horizontal open claw position before bringing his palms together as he then activates Speed Chase, speeding forward at his paralyzed target while blaring out his sirens. He quickly closes the gap between them, slamming his palms into the target with extreme force,the momentum he picked up adding onto the blow. With the physical contact made, Riga presses his fingers into the target’s sternum before focusing the ki tornado onto the target, the wispy energy flowing around the target and through Riga’s fingers as the streams of ki begin to wrap the target up, seemingly mummifying them in streams of ki. The moment they are completely wrapped up in ki, no matter the stance or pose they are in, the ki starts to compress them, making them smaller and smaller until they become what appears to be a glossy miniature diorama figurine version of themselves, a tiny plastic figure often placed along with the likes of model kits or crafted towns. The size at which they are compressed into easily allows them to fit into a child’s pocket, making them easy for transport as they can do naught but remain in the pose originally struck prior to being compressed, being unable to even be conscious during their sealed state. Unlike the actual Mafuba, the sealing of this technique is not permanent as within a certain amount of time (15 posts) the target will decompressand go back to their original size, regaining consciousness as time continues once again for them. During their imprisoned state, a target appears to become indestructible, completely unable to take any damage as the ki that was once a massive spiraling tunnel has become a defensive shell for them, disallowing even the strongest of attacks from harming their sealed bodies.

            xxxxx J-Siren Driver: A technique that involves Riga surrounding his entire body with ambient ki and natural energy and then propels himself toward the target, leaving behind a long wake of shockwaves, and hitting them with a devastating spear-like finger jab. Riga starts by arriving Siren Freeze to stop his target in place before reaching one of his hands out and then make a knife-hand gesture while the other hand grabs onto the knife-hand’s forearm before focusing intently, pulsing his ki outwards while taking in natural energy, visually, this appears as if Riga has been set alight, engulfing his entire body in ki and planetary energy. From here, he focuses the majority of his body weight to one of his legs of the briefest of moments, before stomping the foot where most of his weight is focused upon the solid surface of where Riga is standing at a rapid velocity before shifting the weight back to the rest of his frame, generating enough thrust to propel him forward at incredible speeds before utilizing Speed Chase to further increase his speeding, treading across the ground and kicking up a great deal of dust and small amounts of debris as he rapidly moves forward; his body that's shrouded in ki and natural energy, while in motion, constantly emits immense amounts of ki, which is more than enough to release a continuous volley of impact shockwaves that are formed through his movements, trailing behind him as it causes damage to anything he passes. Once he is halfway from his target, Riga focuses and condenses the exploding ki and natural energy into the gesturing knife-hand, making it glow an intense scarlet with a azure outer coating. The ki and natural energy is so condensed that the light it emits is almost blinding, easily brightening the immediate area as Riga’s hand becomes naught but a glow red and blue silhouette. After the final focusing, Riga kicks his calf thrusters into overdrive, forcing them to blast over their maximum, making Riga practically a blur as he delivers a devastatingly explosive five finger jab right into the target’s sternum. Upon contact with the enemy, Riga unleashes the full might of J-Siren Driver, resulting in him dealing a powerful five finger jab that can annihilate almost any defensive measures in his way, dealing a great sum of pinpoint damage to the target’s chest while releasing a massive impactful shockwave, easily blowing away the surrounding area. At the moment of impact, Riga's contact with the adversary results in a powerful release of the ki and natural energies shrouding his knife gesturing hand, causing it to spread out and deal further damage alongside the initial finger jab and first impact by causing the opponent and the surrounding environment to be enveloped into a large explosion comprised of both ki and natural energy. If one could describe this technique, it would be utilizing the Ultimate Spear from the Spear and Shield Paradox to deal out justice. It goes without saying that Riga can do this even from the air, either flying at or dive booming his target with the technique.

            xxxxxOn the planet of M-1, the Mechanoid Mutants are often assigned to an occupation since birth; Mechanoid Mutants born with wheels are typically couriers while faster ones with wheels are put into racing, Mechanoids born with resounding strength are put into construction, Mechanoids born with high combat ability are put into military, etcetera etcetera. Among the aforementioned courier Mechanoids was Enzjin, a young Mechanoid who could deploy wheels from his heels which allows him to move fairly fast, his lighter frame helping a good deal. Enzjin was fairly fast even for someone labeled as a courier bot and he hated the fact his speed was being wasted on something as pathetic as delivery, perhaps he would feel slightly better about if it was planetary deliver, but it wasn’t even that, he was given a city to deliver things around in. It wasn’t long after his first few deliveries that he gave up on his occupation and paid for several modifications to his body that included hidden underfoot treads, hidden calf thrusters, chrome red paint, flame decals, and a retractable visor. With these modifications, Enzjin participated in various illegal street races all throughout his home city. Such races typically had the races drive through buildings, shopping centers, and even the occasional factory and each time Enzjin had won, but of course he had to deal with the unfortunate handful of sore losers, beating them down with a few scrapes and cuts. These street races had given Riga a sense of freedom unlike anything he experienced, he had become addicted to the feelings and got into more races, each faster and more dangerous than the last. However during one particular race, Enzjin had nearly injured a civilian, a female Mechanoid with a light pink chassis which would lead to a encounter that would forever change Enzjin’s life. During a race among the city rooftops, Enzjin and the street racers had been stopped and beaten down by a fairly large Mechanoid with a large hammer for a right hand; he was a Mechanoid that had become a well established Galactic Patrolman who was widely known as Riga. The fembot Enzjin had nearly injured during his last race happened to be Riga’s daughter; the Patrolman Mechanoid had been given a few months off, giving him the opportunity to visit his family again. It was during his stay that the local law enforcement begged him to help them stop the raving street races, but he had just ignored it, wishing to allow young Mechanoids to live out their youth, but it was when his daughter was put in danger that he finally decided to put a stop to it. Enzjin, not wishing to give up his beloved racing and freedom had stood and fought the superior opponent while the other racers simply stayed down and unsurprisingly Enzjin had stood no chance. That night Enzjin and his racer rivals were hauled off to the local precinct where they would be charged for multiple accounts property damage, endangering civilian lives, and attempted function change without a permit.

            Should a Mechanoid change their function, or to be more precise: occupation, without a proper permit the penalty was jailing for several months followed by temporary unemployment, which also has a part of the law breaker removed that would have been used in the new occupation they illegally took part in, luckily for Riga he would get his legs back once his days of unemployment were up. The five months were rough for Riga, who had gotten into plenty of fights while jailed and then was stuck in his own home thanks to the fact he could not use his legs. Luckily he did not worry about his lonesomeness as he indeed have visitors to keep him company during his legless days, they being the very two people that got him arrested: Riga and his daughter, Eizi. Riga had decided upon himself that he would help make Enzjin into a better bot. Of course Riga resisted their help specifically because they were the ones behind his racing days of freedom ending, once his probation was up he would be embedded with a monitoring chip which would alert the authorities whenever he failed to carry out his overseer’s orders within a certain amount of time and would put him through the whole process again. However within time Riga slowly started enjoying their company, more so Eizi’s than Riga’s and she his. It was near the end of his probation that Riga had given Enzjin an offer to alleviate his loss of freedom and return to his courier days: join the Galactic Patrol and become his student.When Enzjin thought about it, it was indeed a better alternative than having to fear being jailed up and get his legs taken away again. Luckily the breaking the Function Law did not permanently remove one’s right to change their occupation, but they did have to show that they were indeed doing their job for five M-1 months. Those five months were the hardest Enzjin had ever worked as a courier, utilizing the speed he had prided in during his street races to complete each and every delivery without haste. His performance was enough to impress his Overseer to the point of allowing an early occupation change and thus began Enzjin’s days as a Galactic Patrolman.

            Due to the fact Riga was a unlawful citizen at one point, he had gotten some trouble from the other trainees and cadets, often wondering what good a street racer would do as a Patrolman, he still had the modifications after all but those would be aptly removed as he was forced to get a Galactic Patrol paint job, remove the flame decals, and visor, while getting a few new additions to his overall body, changing his look to better fit a lawman. Enzjin’s training had been put under Riga’s jurisdiction, mostly because of how few Mechanoid Mutants there were in the actual Galactic Patrol, but also because of the fact that Riga had personally recommended Enzjin into the Galactic Patrol. The two Mechanoids went on many patrols and missions together, arresting various galactic criminals, investigating certain occurrences, and defeating varying lawbreakers. Enzjin not only felt freedom in what he was doing, but also began to feel pride for what he was doing, greatly taking joy that he had found his calling. He was able to utilize his speed to help with many cases throughout the time he worked with Riga and for that he was happy. But unfortunately, like most things, Riga would not be by his student’s side forever as he, Enzjin, and a handful of other Galactic Patrolmen were give the task of taking down a widely feared Space Pirate who had collected various strong fighters across the galaxy to be apart of his collection, often degrading them to nothing more than objects he could abuse. This Space Pirate was no weak individual either, he had the strength to deal with any of his collection pieces single handedly, in fact he was often the one who did the capturing. His strength was deeply proven and driven into both Riga and Enzjin, brutally. With their comrades dead and their bodies full of dents, holes, and other damage with Riga taking the most damage. With the last of his strength he had forced Enzjin to perform a Assimilative Change on his teacher, making the Mechanoid strong enough to damage the Space Pirate enough for the fused Mechanoids to escape. By the time they got to a nearby Patrol space station, Riga had died not long after he unfused with Enzjin, but not before wishing for Enzjin to live on and become a even greater patrolman than he ever would be. Riga’s death spurred Enzjin into becoming Eizi’sHusband and to take on Riga’s name when on duty, while only those close to him could know his true name. From that moment on Enzjin had changed completely, doing his best to get rid of his once delinquent and wild behavior.
