Name: Jolene Moriarty
Nickname: Jo, sometimes
Age: 17
Birthday: May 22
Sign: Gemini
Gemstone: Agate
Blood Type: A+
Fav. Food: Filet mignon and lobster tail
Hated Food: Sauerkraut
School: Crystal Academy
Hobbies:
Equestrianism || Jolene has been showing horses since she was ten and could enter, but has been riding since she was six and her parents let her start on ponies. She has always been good with animals, and horses particularly, and showing seemed natural, as far as she was concerned.
Cheesy Romance || ......Jolene will never admit to this, but she absolutely loves cheesy romance, from genuinely good romcoms to dorky Hallmark Christmas movies to ridiculous Harlequin paperbacks. Deep down, Jolene is a bit of a romantic, and she loves indulging.
Virtues:
Confident || Jolene is, in her own mind, beautiful, intelligent, quick-witted, and absolutely a delight. How true any of that is may be up for debate, but her self-confidence is not. It’s difficult to shake her, and she’s unlikely to stress just because someone poked at her flaws. No, she isn’t perfect, no one is...but Jolene likes to think she’s making the effort to get there, and that confidence carries her.
Refined || Politeness and sophistication are key to staying ahead in Jolene’s world, and she considers herself a master of both. It’s difficult to catch her outright saying an unkind word about someone, and she works hard to be as cultured and knowledgeable as she can be on subjects like art, music, and anything else that might come up at a party over cocktails (or mocktails, in her case.)
Flaws:
Pretentious || As a member of the upper class, it is of course important that Jolene be as cultured as possible, with an on-tap knowledge of everything from art to wine to politics, and to have an opinion on all of it. In other words, she’s incredibly, annoyingly pretentious, and isn’t afraid to act as if her often-shallow knowledge of a subject is the be-all end-all. Gotta impress people at those fancy parties, after all.
Arrogant || Look. Jolene knows that she’s awesome, and knows that she’s special and privileged and just....a cut above everyone else. And she’s not afraid to act like it. Everyone else is a little bit lesser in her eyes, and it shows in the way she interacts with people. Usually she isn’t so rude as to blatantly put others down, but the stink of condescension definitely lingers.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Eyes: Bright green
Hair: This!
Face: Pale, freckly
Clothes: Crystal academy uniform

Knight Title: Caer Sidi, Page of Cosmos
Challenge: "None return from Caer Sidi!"
Uniform:
See right!
Weapon & Magic
Page Weapon: A small suncatcher on a chain
Squire Weapon: A larger, round suncatcher on a chain xxxxxMagic: Caer Sidi holds up her suncatcher, and a falling star streaks through the sky and lands directly in front of her. For anyone Order, and anyone Chaos who is further than eight feet away from Caer Sidi, the light is distracting but not much more, and there is only a slight change in temperature - a small chill in the air. However, the closer a corrupted individual gets to her, the more the light, and associated cold starlight, affects them - between six and eight feet, the light makes it slightly difficult to see and the air temperature feels about 40 degrees Fahrenheit; three and six feet it is nearly blinding and the air temperature feels about 30 degrees Fahrenheit; less than three feet and the light is totally blinding and the air temperature feels about fifteen degrees Fahrenheit. Caer Sidi can channel for a total of 30 seconds at Squire stage.
Knight Weapon: A round shield made of stained glass xxxxxMagic: Caer Sidi raises her shield dtowards the sky, and a falling star streaks through the sky and lands directly in front of her. For anyone Order, and anyone Chaos who is further than ten feet away from Caer Sidi, the light is distracting but not much more and there is only a slight chill in the air. However, the closer a corrupted individual gets to her, the more the light, and associated cold starlight, affects them - between eight and ten feet, the light makes it slightly difficult to see and the air temperature feels about 30 degrees Fahrenheit; five and eight feet it is nearly blinding and the air temperature feels about 15 degrees Fahrenheit; less than five feet and the light is totally blinding and the air temperature feels about 0 degrees Fahrenheit. Caer Sidi can channel for a total of 40 seconds at Knight stage.
Summons -- Sêr, an owl who seems to be made of the night sky, with deep blue feathers dappled with silver points of stars. Each time she’s summoned, she reflects a different part of the night sky. Magic: Caer Sidi can share Sêr’s awareness, seeing through her eyes and hearing with her ears. However, this has a limited range—at its very maximum, a hundred feet—and Caer Sidi is left unaware of her own physical surroundings while sharing Sêr’s eyes. If Caer is struck or otherwise startled or attacked, she will lose the connection, and will be disoriented for a few seconds after it breaks.

Hi Song! Congrats on your Page! Ende did such a lovely job with her and I love the stained-glass pattern on her uniform and the idea of it tying in with her shield in later stages! The last name Moriarty is available and everything about her civ side checks out, so you're good to go there! Caer Sidi is available as a Wonder, weapon progression works out your summons is good to go too! I've only got some minor feedback in regards to her magic. As you've got it written, it's a lot to read, to the point where it might be a little bit complicated to sift through for your RP partners in order to determine effects. My suggestion would be to updated it to say something along the lines of: Squire - Anyone (or enemies, if you would rather it not be against anyone Caer Sidi considers an ally) within eight feet of Caer Sidi will find it difficult to see as they are distracted by a brightly shining cold light. The closer their proximity to Caer Sidi the colder they will feel, as though the external temperature is dropping down to fifteen degrees Fahrenheit around her. Knight - Anyone (or enemies, if you would rather it not be against anyone Caer Sidi considers an ally) within ten feet of Caer Sidi will find it difficult to see as they are increasingly distracted by a brightly shining cold light. The closer their proximity to Caer Sidi the colder they will feel, as though the external temperature is dropping down to zero degrees Fahrenheit around her. THAT SAID. It's not a necessary change! If you'd like to simplify things before one of the GMs comes by, you can, but I'm still going to drop a trial stamp off for you! Someone will be by to confirm!

heart heart heart Thanks Skye! I love her and I love how pretty Ende made her, she’s just....gorgeous. And I appreciate the suggestion on the magic, but having it more concretely broken down works better for me—and I don’t mind giving people tl;drs if they’re ever confused bc it is a lot~ Thanks so much!

She looks good to me! I have only one minor thing to note and it is just relating to her weapon! As a stained glass shield it is fine, but it should not be broken to obtain sharp/lethal pieces of glass to stab people with! Because this doesn't affect me stamping the profile, I just wanted to let you know in case it ever came up in RP! Other than that though, have fun!
