Bio: During the War between the Dragon and the Phoenix the Chhatrapati family fought for the Eta Mara'e family, and when they founded the Kingdom of Ethe the Chhatrapati family fought with them. Their biggest opponent was the Manasa family, a family that wanted the throne, the Chhatrapati family would be cursed but ultimately they would defeat them. The curse entrapped the Chhatrapati family, the men of the family would fall into a deep sleep by their twenty fifth birthday if they did not find their true loves, the women of the family would not see their fiftieth year, and as far as the Chhatrapati family knew, their was no way to break the curse.
Two hundred and one years later the curse was not broken but the Chhatrapati family managed to survive. Chusi Chhatrapati was born the only daughter of Katrina Watercrest and Duke Naguun Chhatrapati. Ever since the war the family has kept up their military training, seeing Loyalty to be the one true thing and so Chusi and her brothers where trained militarily ever since they could walk.
When her father fell asleep her mother took over with the help of living Chhatrapati women, Books detailing the Chhatrapati teachings, and the eldest conscious Chhatrapati male. When the volcano erupted the Chhatrapati family managed to survive, their holdings where outside of the blast zone but due to the shaking most of their mines where caved in. Chusi was ordered to stay at the main holdings but she refused, instead going into the suffering land to help. When she returned she was punished, as though her family said what she did was admirable she still went against orders and had to face the consequences, her punishment was to be sent away from Ethe and become a lady in waiting in the capital.
It didn't take long before she found herself back in Ethe, her older brother Chai fell to the family curse and soon after her second brother Argus rose army and sought to carve out a kingdom of his own. Chusi was against this and flew to the capital to tell her distant cousin Youkimi and Dixon Titanus. They were ready to fight against Argus when word came that he had marched on Antigone. They would later find out that Argus had won the battle but something had interfeared and the force that he had brought to Solidon had been frozen solid, her brother would also perish. This left Chusi to become the next head of her family. Just before she became the head of her family the Empire sent a dog to look after the "sick child" that was Ethe, Ursula Drosselmeyer. Chusi pretended to bow her head before going back to Solidon where she became Duchess.
Not to long after Ursula had come to Ethe the Queen of Ethe, Ophelia had passed away and war broke out between Bellris and Lionis. Chusi had intended to stay out of it but when a group of soldiers came to Solidon and began ruining the land and attacking villages she had the soldiers hunted down and killed before she marched on the capital of Lionis and had the bodies launched into the city. She would later then announce she would be fighting on Bellris' side despite Ethe not having chosen to enter the war. Her first order of business was to assassinate Ursula Drosselmeyer, no one knows it was her at this time, but due to her mistake the empire demanded soldiers from Ethe to bolster their ranks as well as the assassins head. To bad the Empire lost and the man lost his head instead of the Assassin. With a new Empress on the throne the search for the Assassin was called off. But a new threat hung on the horizon; or would it be more witty to say "in the air" when the Angels made a comeback to the world and started to make a mess of things. On top of this Chusi received a visit from a strange cold woman that turned the inside of the Castle of Lesser Solidon to ice; the woman did not give her name but cursed Chusi with the words "Clearly your family has learned nothing from these 200 years poisoning themselves, Since it seems that a shorter life is not persuasive enough for you to change let the gods take away your very pride when your magic dwindles, your wings no longer light aflame, and your inner fire choke itself! In three generations time the cold will eclipse your family before the poison in your blood and Chhatrapati will stop reeving this world of the precious!"
Since that day Chusi's blood has no longer eaten away at things, which makes her think the original curse has been broken, but with the new curse upon her head any time she starts to feel to much anger sparks of lightening have started to appear around her eyes and pain her, and though she can still change into a Phoenix with beautiful golden fire on its wings she fears that it might vanish at any moment. For the last five years to keep her mind occupied from this fear she has commissioned a new palace to be built near the Phobosian Boarder between Lakshimi and Maharaj. For the next five years she would over see the construction of this palace.
