Some terrible occurrences were happening with in the caverns that Faun had only heard of in stories. The pride was being plagued with ghostly voices and lights as well as the occasional tremor. Outside of the caverns in the sky shown bright lights which for some reason put Faun on edge. He was running back and forth between his scribes and chevaliers to get some answers but it would seem that most hadn't a satisfying answer.
A large portion of the pride had been known as the ghosts in the mists before coming to these lands so it was ironic that actual ghostly activity now followed them here. Faun was not amused in the slightest by the irony. And the powerless feeling he was having about not being able to do much was weighing on his conscious.
The High Lord was starting to distract his mind from their woes by focusing more and more on a beauty by the name of Xiu. No, distraction was not the reason he leaned in on his interest in her, but she helped ease his mind which was what the young ruler had needed most of all. He would not be able to provide the pride with any satisfying answers but he couldn't allow the stress of that to weigh him down and prevent his duties. Xiu was a great help with that as was his brother.
That was part of why today he sought out Ele. The first place the High Lord had decided to look was with in the libraries. There was no beating around the bush about it. He called for his brother.
"Ele?"
