Quirk: Magna Hair
Description: Magna Hair is a mutant transformation type quirk which is distinctly manifested by the natural physical discoloration of hair fibers distributed over the scalps (colours which do not fall under the pallet of natural hair colours). Momo Asakura's hair is coloured in the following different hues: blonde, pink, green, blue, silver/gray. The ability to manipulate and alter the length, shape, and density of his hair is combined with the ability to imbue it with various properties not inherent or less inherent to hair. Some/various properties are dependent on the color of the strand (as listed below). Varying combinations of strands yield varying results of the output. The quirk is highly versatile, and its use is virtually only limited by the imagination of its user. The hair is pretty much used here as a bodily appendage at will with gross motor (as much as an arm or a leg); and fine motor (precise movements) control. Furthermore, the hair's own physical properties can be easily altered. As an example, it can be changed from something that easily breaks like a regular strand of hair, to something that is virtually as hard and as sharp as metal. In this way the quirk can either be used offensively, or defensively.
Blonde Malleability - To be shaped intricately and finely. Pink Generation and Conduction of Heat - Production of heat and sustaining it internally. Green Elasticity - Flexibility and capacity to recoil. Blue Rigidity - Compactness and durability. Silver/Gray Luster - Reflection and Refraction of Light.
Wᴇᴀᴋɴᴇssᴇs: The quirk uses hair that is only attached to the scalp, and the quirk may only be active if it is in contact with the skin. Which means, for one, it may never be used as a projectile. This means that it is limited mainly by a few things: (1) Hair must be from the scalp for it to be used as a quirk; (2) Hair may be cut at any point of its attachment from the scalp, or may be completely removed from the scalp, but as long as it stays in contact with the skin of its owner - it will still possess its powers; (3) For hair to be able to lengthen, it must be rooted in the scalp, otherwise, it will maintain the length it has when it becomes cut or unrooted; (4) For hair to be subject to conscious control, it has to be rooted in the scalp, otherwise, it will only possess the distinct properties that it has been given prior to being unrooted or cut. Overuse of the quirk leads to instantaneous alopecia. Exhaustive use will leave the user of the quirk completely bald. The user must wait for a month for natural hair growth before being able to use the quirk to its full capacity once more. The maximum length to which a hair can extend itself using this quirk is around 60 feet. An inch more and instantaneous alopecia occurs. Although the shape and form may be altered in the finest of details - it remains, still, as hair in its essence and is never transformed completely into another object or form of matter.

Fighting Style: Momo is a nimble and defensive fighter; but not a front-line combatant. Close-quarters Combat is not his forte. He only has some ability in fighting which may be considered just beyond the norm or above average at best. He is a mid-range to long-range type of fighter. He is quick and lean. Physically, he is moderately athletic. He is highly agile; quick on his feet and mind and with a good set of reflexes; and has amazing acrobatic ability. Apart from that, he is very proficient with the use of throwing knives, and has a pretty decent aim. Among the martial arts, he practices the traditional Karate, which may only prove useful in certain situations when he is forced to fight hand-to-hand.
Moves:
[Restrain] Ensnaring Thorns Momo extends his locks of his hair around like thorny vines, which cross-over each other in a certain pattern to create a greenish, sturdy, yet flexiblebarbed net. The purpose is to entrap and ensnare victims, reduce mobility and deal damage at the same time. The more that those who are caught in the net struggle, the more damage they receive. The net may not be cut through ordinary means. Intertwining thick locks of hair become as sharp as steel. The net can spread across an area of at least 5 feet radius - to a maximum area of at least 20 feet radius.
[Demolish] Shattering Strike Momo forms a giant fist-like projection from his hair, and slams it into an object. The impact from the mass may dig craters over cemented ground, and dent solid steel. A single hit can cause a powerful impact enough to shatter bones. A lesser variation of this is forming two, up to six smaller projections of an arm or a fist, which may be used in close combat - however, the more appendages are produced, the lesser the striking power becomes.
[Sever] Rosey Lacerator A large, pink, sharp crescent-shaped blade (or smaller multiple crescent blades) is formed from a part of Momo's hair; and is/are superheated. The scythe-like appendage(s) may be used as cutting weapon, and because it is superheated, and it may completely cut through most materials like steel without fail.
[Defend] Grand Blue Bastion Momo uses his hair to form a blue wall-like structure (either a dome, a shield, a wall, an enclosing cube) to protect himself, and others, from harm. The dome made from hair is made from overlapping hair fibers that are rigid enough to withstand devastating attacks.
[Penetrate] Shining Soul Drill Hair is twisted to form a massive drill, and is spun in a rapid rotatory manner to imitate a giant drill. This attack can extend up to as far as 30 feet, and has high penetrating ability, able to buldoze through thick cemented walls with ease.

Flight Hair is molded into two wings which allow a flight for a certain period of time.
Camouflage Silver hair is wrapped around his entire body, and bends the light in a manner that he will remain physically invisible to the naked eye.

Pᴇʀsᴏɴᴀʟɪᴛʏ: Momo is a carefree indidividual, eccentric, and quiet. He is more introverted, but is approachable. He doesn't talk much, and, because he is eccentric, a few peculiar things deeply interest him. As a teacher in the hero academy, he usually treats his students fairly, and actually is a believer of granting merit to those who really deserve it. He is grounded, cool-headed, and yet, quite diligent. But most of the time, his actions are driven by his mood. If he is not in the mood to do something - he will not do it; unless there is a compelling reason to make him act otherwise. He values freedom the most. He is not stern nor strict, and he tends to be the "easiest" teacher to get along with, but he is actually quite sharp and not gullible or naive. In the academy, he is very notorious for giving the students a very difficult time in both written and practical examinations. Often, he says the phrase: "Do what you want." - because to him, that is the most important thing. As a hero, he tends to be quite passive. As a matter of fact, most people do not consider him to be the "heroic" type. He has a strange sense of "justice"; and most times, does not get along with other heroes on the field.
Bɪᴏɢʀᴀᴘʜʏ: Momo Asakura is one of the more peculiar heroes with a mutant-type quirk inherited from the incomplete fusion of quirks from both parents. He is the son of Transformer and Fatale - two heroes who are still in the line of duty. He is also the younger brother of a Grafiti, who was once a hero but has recently become villanous.
At the young age of four, Momo's quirk manifested. At the age of six, he began his primary schooling. He was an average child with average level of skill, but because of his talent and unique ability, he was able to get into the hero academy through official recommendations. At the age of 14, he was able to get into the hero academy and maintained his rank as one of the top students in his batch. Apart from his goal of becoming a professional hero, he also realised that it was his passion to teach. After graduating from the academy, he worked as a lone hero and decided not to apply for an agency, until at the age of 22, he decided to pursue being a teacher in the academy.
