The setting sun on Destiny city was nothing remarkable, not by any stretch of the imagination. It was mundane, bland, and to make matters worse, it was muggy and hot in the late August summer of hell. 89 today, perhaps mid 90s tomorrow. For Pyrite, that meant slinking about in cooler parts of the city or, taking her victims from places with decent AC. Namely, malls.

But she wasn't at a mall, that place had closed an hour ago. Now she was lingering around the fringes of the city park, near the lake. Far from the black tar roads that sucked in heat, hiding in shadows of trees parying for a cooling wind.

Snarling openly to a gaggle of teenagers, she was irritated. No single people to stalk and hunt, no viable prey. Not until she got the first flickerings of a senshi rounding the path, where Pyrite stepped out from the shadows with a sneer.

"Perhaps, I am lucky today." She mused. "You've come to deliver yourself without a fight, correct?"

Pyrite pouted when the senshi told her they were not here to give their surrender. What was so hard about it? They could just give up, give in, and all this unpleasantness would fade away, no issues to be had. But alas, they were so stubborn, these senshi, thinking they should remain as they were.
“Pity, things would have been much easier if you had just come to give into me willingly. I’d have even been nice, making it painless. Well, mostly painless. I wouldn’t know. They never tell me what it feels like when I’m done with them.”

Twin daggers summoned to her hands, the broze and gold metal was glinting in the light.
“Sadly, since you won’t give up, I’ll have to make you. And I for one, love to play.” A manic grin broke out as she stalked forward, “Don’t you want to play little bird? Come and make me laugh and sing and smile? I promise-“ The golden veins on her skin glowed. “It will be fun. For me that is.”
Throwing a dagger at the senshi, Pyrite had begun her attack.

Pyrite was known for her ongoing madness, the relentlessness in which she would attack unless she found no chance at winning. Insane was close to her state of mind, bloodlust rather dominating her than any other thought of complex idea. She was determined to kill at any cost.

The kick landed, sneding Pyrite down onto her knee with a force that made her howl in pain. Snarling she crawled towards the senshi, dagger slashing as she regained her footing.
"Yes!" She hissed, eyes alight with twisted satisfaction. "Play with me little senshi! Play!"
