Telling My Bone that glowing eyes are a clue, any animal with glowing eyes is surely one of Matope's chosen.
As a gift My Bone chose a peculiar rock, one from the river that looked something like a snailshell. And then he set off to find the green stag.
He wasn't even gone a full day when he ran into a legendary. Though, at first he thought she was a child, being a very small kiokote doe. Her glowing eyes being the give away. He thinks anyway, better to ask he thinks. "Excuse me? You are one of the MotherFather's chosen, right?"
Acorn nods and smiles at the buck. She'd had a sort of restlessness, a pull to go somewhere, but now it's gone. This buck must be why. "I am yes. I'm Acorn."
My Bone smiles, and sets the odd rock at her feet. "I'm My Bone, and I've come to ask for a blessing. I brought this rock as offering."
Acorn nods, she should have guessed. The swamp seems content to send her only bucks for blessings, after all. "A very interesting rock, thank you."
"May your children's lives be full of adventure." Acorn says.
My Bone smiles, a good blessing. "Thank you, very much! Have a wonderful day! I've gotta get back, thank you again!" Feeling excited, My Bone turns and heads back home.
