Quirk: Violent Green Energy
Description: Tosuro’s quirk emits a green energy around his body that can be fired off in many ways, more often then not these are volatile forms. It can be focused and charged before releasing. He can gather his energy at one point in his body for a more powerful attack. He can focus his ability to cause him to be able to fly, although it is less controlled due to the nature of the energy and is more of a burst forward then a steady flight. His energy can be infused into objects that he touches, if it doesn’t have a container then it encircles the object and creates a violent energy caracteristic that can be used as an enhancement of sending his energy out. Due to the violent energy that surrounds his body, he has a natural resistance to things that can burn or corrode the body.
Wᴇᴀᴋɴᴇssᴇs: It is not very good as a defensive quirk, if used in that way it can often cause an explosive effect. Due to the nature of his quirk, he has to consciously keep it turned off when not trying to use it. Otherwise it will encircle his body and effect things he touches. His resistance to corrosive and burning is lmited in that it doesn’t stop anything with a higher force then a natural flame. The higher temperature the flame the more it begans to burn him, though it will still be less effective then compared to a person without this kind of resistance.
Wᴇᴀᴘᴏɴ: Portion Buster Blade: A blade with a path in the middle for energy to travel through. The swords middle path is hidden, he presses a button and the sword widens to reveal the middle path.
Hero Gear:
Eǫᴜɪᴘᴍᴇɴᴛ: Thruster gloves and Boots: these are equipment he uses to better control his energy bursts for use of flight so that he doesn’t simply plow right into something. The Thrusters act kinda like rocket thrusters and the energy looks like flames when they are ejected through the holes of the thrusters.
Fighting Style: when Toshuro fights he utilizes he energy in typically high powered attacks but is also trained in the ability to use an large buster style sword in combat and is fairly proficient in it’s use. He is an attacker and has a hard time using his power for defense.
Super Moves:
-Hyper Stream:
Grenergy gathers energy in the palms of hand exerts in the form of an energy at his opponent. The beam is ruffly five feet in width around. It is extremely strong and blast through walls.
-Buster Slash:
Grenergy uses a slashing move with the Buster Sword he Carries and it creates a potent slash of green energy that hurtles in the direction he swings the sword.
-360 Wave:
He takes the energy from all around his body and sends it out all around him in every direction. The strength of the blast is retained for around 50 feet.
-Giant Sphere:
Grenergy gathers energy in his hands and forms it into a giant ball of lethal energy.
-Green Bullets:
He can shoot energy from his fingers like bullets. If he charges it longer it can be refined and sent out as smaller laser beam that is stronger and can go right through structures and body parts like cutting butter.
-100% Unleashed:
This is a move that causes Grenergy to utilize everything he has. His body becomes enveloped in the green energy so that the only thing on him not green is the whites of his eyes. Any move he makes in this time is much more powerful because he is using all of his power in this move. He can only last 4 posts in this state before he is then drained of all his power until he can rest. If he can’t finish the job in that time then he is unable to keep fighting using his quirk.
-Buster Barrier Defense:
One of the only defense type moves he has, he stabs the ground with his Buster sword and shoots out a powerful blast of energy to block another blast, effective in protecting people behind him in a v shaped direction.
-Explosive up Close
Using the power of his thrusters in his hands he can cause a blast of destructive force, but it is only effective at close range.

Pᴇʀsᴏɴᴀʟɪᴛʏ: Toshuro is considered to be kind of laid back in his attitude and it takes a lot to provoke him. But when he is passionate about something he can become a bit excited. He is generally kind and compassionate. He enjoys helping others rather then worrying about himself.
Bɪᴏɢʀᴀᴘʜʏ: when Toshuro was born his parents had recently moved to America and was born there. His family moved to Justice city when he as ten. At this time his father had been working as a sidekick at one of the hero agencies. He looked up to his dad and wanted to be like him. But one day an extremely dangerous villain began terrorizing the city, the hero’s reacted and his father was one of the men who fought him. It was viewed on national tv. The villain suddenly destroyed half the city and many heroes including his father died in the blast. The villain was captured but a few years later escaped and is at large. Toshuro from that point on bowed to be a hero who could protect everyone, however his quirk is not defensive so had to work hard.
After a few years Toshuro opened a Hero agency of his own and is currently fighting hard in Justice city.
