Hobbies: Wikipedia: One of Eric’s favorite pastimes is clicking links on Wikipedia. He enjoys clicking the ‘Random Article’ button and just going from there, clicking whatever links strike his fancy. It’s not a glamourous hobby but he figures that perhaps he knows enough useless information that he might be pretty useful in a late night trivia game at the local bar!
Coffee: Eric is a coffee snob. There is no other term strong enough to fully describe his love...or rather his obsession for coffee. He has his own grinders at home and goes out of his way to only purchase the very best of coffee beans, no matter the price. It has nothing to do with actually coffee itself, but he does have
quite the collection of mugs as well. Just in case someone else comes over to drink coffee with him.
Manga: His guilty secret. Eric has loved reading Manga since he was a young child, and fondly remembers being confused with the first one that he bought and trying to color the pictures with a box of crayons...thankfully though, his collection now is treated with much more love and care. Filling up three bookcases which live in his large walk in closet, hidden away from the world, but always there if he wants to read.
Virtues: Reliable: Just because Eric doesn’t put himself out there often, doesn’t mean that he’s not there if you need him. In fact, it’s really only the times when he has something that’s already planned, or someone needs him that ever gets this potato up off of his couch. But if you call him, no matter the time, he’ll be there. Or if you just need someone to talk to, vent to, complain at...he’ll be there. There’s not much that will cause this guy to break an engagement if he has one planned, so if anything, you’ve got a friend in him!
Unruffled: It takes an absurd amount of work to get Eric upset. He just doesn’t like how it feels to be angry, and as such, works very hard to always keep a calm demeanor, no matter the situation. He’s a good guy to have around in a pinch, and works hard so he remains that way. He can count the number of time’s he’s lost his temper on two hands and...one foot. Which, isn’t that bad, to say the least!
Flaws:Indolent: Eric is not a very go-getter type of person. He honestly...would prefer doing nothing to doing something, and as such, often finds things falling by the wayside in favor of just...relaxing. Modeling isn’t a very taxing career, or at least he had never thought that it was, though he was the most attractive one in his agency back in Vermont so getting gigs was just...second nature. There was no effort needed. His attitude hasn’t really changed since coming to the city though, and nine times out of ten, you’ll find Eric snoozing on his couch, or lazily watching whatever is on the television.
Overzelous: As slow as Eric is to act, he is at least double the amount of the normal recommended dose of clingy. When it comes to meeting people, when it comes to making
connections, there is not really a middle ground for him, he goes from zero to one hundred and fifty, and perhaps sometimes, if he’s not really feeling the connection, he’ll make a pit stop at one hundred, but that happens rarely enough. It’s difficult to have a filter, to stay
calm when connections are at stake. He enjoys people, to the point of being way too overwhelming. But, perhaps he’s just lonely.
