The Academy Students and Heroes/Teachers
In the guild the role of the academy is to train up “up and coming” Heroes. That said it is not a requirement to attend the academy. We allow for pro heroes and villains to to be played out separately for those who want to be a hero but not have to start out at the academy.
Students If your character starts out at the academy they start with only one special move and use the time at the academy to build up your arsenal and train with the other students. Check under training for requirements to learn new moves and go to the move application thread to apply for your move to be approved(so that we don’t have God Mode moves all over the place).
Teachers Teachers in the academy will help students learn how to use their quirks better and also act as pro heroes stationed in that area in times of crisis. When no students are attending the academy, teachers go patrol for the organizations they work for.
Students becoming pro Heroes only need to fill out the promotion/ alignment change form and meet the minimum requirements to leave the academy.
