News Across Treterra:



General:
There is a growing movement that have been tagging government buildings with "Ree will live on" as those people, of all races alike, believe he is delivering justice to the corrupt as Zaku used to do.
His bounty keeps being taken off the Treterra wide bounty list moments after being placed and people placing physical copies have disappeared.



Woodhurst This normally isolated mixed race town has finally broken its silence and is sending an offer for all bounty hunters and the like to rid them of the monsters that have been plaguing them.

While talk of monsters have been scoff at before, oddities have been seen in the areas, from the large to small, beautiful to misshapen. Those that almost look like metas or even humans to those that are animals or have no solid form at all. Curiously a few people have been able to tame and even create viable pet-like races from a few.

Metas are also unheard of by this isolated community and treated with fear or wariness as they are viewed as an advance version of these monsters in the best case despite what the city folk say.

While the monsters have been confirmed, where they come from is still a mystery. Research into their origin requires going deep inside the woods where some monster have the familiar feature of those who have gone missing.

One of the notable monsters int he area is a large glowing starscape pelt dog that will attack any human that comes near it.

It seems to be the leader of a mix group of mutated dog/wolf like monsters that is said to hypnotize any that stare at it to long and those that have tried to hunt the pack have said ice and misfortune follow them until they turned away.

Norcrest:

Norcrest in an attempt to curb the recent outbreaks of violence have increased police in selected areas, as a result there has is been less and less attacks on metas.

Norcrest is also asking anyone with information on the meta mafia or Renegades in Norcrest to report it at # (number) soon as possible.

While all of this is going on, Norcrest has create their own meta ambassador in an attempt to alleviate the violence for metas by giving them a representative but not give in to terrorist demands such of those of Zaku Shiroi and Mise Fortuna.

The Norcrest Counsil has chosen Dahlia Alphonose a up- and coming singer who disappeared from the public sight a few years past only to return with full force. Rumors of poisoning seem to have been unfounded as the sibling trio, her two twin brothers Milo and Ambrose Alphonose, have continued to sell out every performance even as they are in talks with Norcrest.

What few comments Dahlia has done during interviews have people comparing her to Freya Davern, the creator of the Archangel brand of clothing who had a similiar peaceful outlook and wishes before disappearing quietly from the spot light shortly after Parley.

Recently Dahlia has been found brutally beaten after being kidnapped when leaving the port of Pernon to Norcrest. She was taken from her hotel room by Ree Luz only to be found in a hotel room suffering sever blunt force trauma and multiple broken bones. Though advances in healing both magical and technological she was healed at Gaia's Mercy Hospital and left for her opening speech in Norcrest where she spoke of peace between the races through peaceful resolution.

Two days after her speech Ree Luz attempted to kill her and her siblings in the safety of their hotel room. All escaped with minor wounds but one guard, on loan from Morrad, was hit multiple times and put in critical care as the bullets seem to negate healing energy.

All performances to the moment have been put on hold as Norcrest and Morrad attempt to find and stop Ree Luz.

Due to the resilience displayed by Dahlia after her kidnapping, healing then forcing herself to still say her speech, many metas, humans and true races have been viewing her favorably instead of another stunt by Norcrest. Other are still reluctant after being overly saturated by similiar theatrics from Renegades and more recently Meta mafia while many others view her hostility after the loss of Criel.

She will have a hard climb toward the top.

Morrad:

The deaths of metas has completely stopped just as they had begun.

The city of apathy, or less commonly known as the city of hybrids, seems to have taken a step back as Norcrest seemingly becomes the new city of humanity. They continue to support Norcrest attempts to rebuild some of Criel but not as much compared to the other cities.

Compared to the wave of attacks on metas in groups of more than four, rumors hav eit that morrad might be thinking of offering citizenship to metas who have lived in the city for a long time. Rumored only since Griselda's dislike of meta is well known.

Dictator's Griselda's heir Eteri Fox has recently been seen in Port Pernon hand in hand with Teresina Roswell, Ceo of Rosewell Inc. Seems Ree Luz has left the dating couple to focus on the new meta ambassador. Ree Luz's father has been seen in Morrad's employment and sporting morrad colors and recently guarding Dahlia Alphnose.



Khares:

Due to the continuing pressure put on by Morrad,mostly Eteri Fox, Khares has hesitantly open its gates to the refugees from Criel after gaining written support from Norcrest, Morrad, Midena and others for financial and social support for the refugees.

Belrad:
Belrad has pulled back its attacks on metas and keeps it all within its borders for now. It is also the only true race city to be hostile to metas.

Midena:

The elven counsel has been rumored to be considering pulling Teresina Roswell into their ranks. Though confirmation has been iffy many in a few privileged circles seem to act as it is almost a given, paired with dating Eteri Fox, Tersina seemed to have been given a favorable hand after re-entering political life .

Belosh:

Belosh has cleared the roads of rouge mercenaries and troublemakers, making it safe for people to travel to the city in safety again.

SS Banor:

Confirmation that the Renegades lead by Andy Eternal and multiple masked metas, have taken over the former city of thieves worrying many human and true race cities. No one has decided on a plan of attack, after Criel many assume SS Banor is another trap to get rid of their troops. The cities have continue to deliberate and watch the situation as they close roads heading to SS Banor.

Black Market Rumors:

- While no one has been able to find Mise Fortuna or his co-conspirators rumors have spouted up that metas, humans and true races of similiar mind have banded together to create an city on an island supposedly under his direction. Police from different cities are looking into it but have found nothing yet.

-Rumors have popped up about an old hacker group resurfacing after multiple years. Deep Space was a neutral group attacking meta hunters and those who supported Haven groups through what hurt most..their wallet, with some possible assassinations on the side thought never confirmed. Rumor is they are searching for information of the currently deceased Zaku Shiroi and Ree Luz.

- Oddly an archeologist group by the name of PastSight has been inquiring into large amounts of material. To who that may interest, perhaps a shell company for the Meta Mafia?

-Aster, advisor of Morrad's dictator might soon be searching for guards for Eteri Fox, a change of tradition that usually has the one being protected look for his own people.

-A true race feral child, Isabel, has gone missing in Morrad, family, neighbors and police are on the lookout. Think that recent spree of missing children of all races are related.

Andy found someone resistant to her attraction and who loves her for herself. They happily plan and carry out the destruction of what is left of Haven.

New Across Treterra:



-SS Banor and Morrad after months of uncertainty both cities have called off their searches for the kidnapped people. Eteri has not be found an both places are being tight lip about the kidnappings, as listing for information on Rayce from SS Banor and Milrid from Morrad have been deleted by their respective city. No word on who the kidnappers were or why their listings have been taken off. At the same time someone fitting the description of Rayce was seen leaving SS Banor Renegade base.


-There has been an increase attack on vampires all around Treterra for the past two months with multiple vampire deaths. The attackers have been identified as coming from the Lyfiane and Florus covenants and some have been captured but the police is not releasing any more details. Informants in the vampire court have indicated an internal power struggle between the Prince and Nobles but been tight lip on anything more. There have been no response from the Prince's court but the violence have lessen slowly in the past few days.

Law enforcement is warning all none vampires to keep away from any fighting and to call them immediately.



-Zaku Shiori and Mara Gold have announced they will be combining forces to better deal with rouge meta threats. A suprising turn of development as Mara Gold use to head SIU, an organization focused on eradicating Zaku, the Renegades, and similiar threats. Mara nor Zaku could be reached for more information.

However, some days after their alliance was formed the known renegades bases in SS Banor and Norcrest were violently attacked any unknown assailants. Building were gone, there was blood on the ground but no bodies could be found, no one has been able to reach Zaku Shiori or any of their people.

-Morrad, Norcrest, Midena and Belosh are currently in talks on what will happen to the treaty if Zaku is truly dead, since him staying alive was one of the links that kept it in place. The military of each city had been seen mobilizing. (This does not apply to Belosh and Sanctuary. Belosh is a neutral party advising the others)


Norcrest:

-The crown of Criel, saved from the destroyed city has been found to be a fake. The nine gems that made up the crown were nothing but forgaries. At the moment there is no clue if the crown was stolen before or after the explosion much less where the original is. Norcrest has put up a reward for information.

-The crown of Criel was created during the great war when the Muses were force to pay dearly for their trickery and tactics.


-A politician was caught abusing metas he hired and using them to intimidate those who were against him. Police has not released more as the investigation continues but he has been taken off the council.

-Ambrose Alphnose brother of Dahlia Alphnose the Speaker of Metas for Norcrest has gone missing after rumors arose that he has been using her position to undermine the treaty by passing confidential information to undesirable parties.



Vidale:
-There was a large amount of hush work happening on the isle of vampires, but some werewolves reported that a large intimidation aura blanketed the island and there was some kind of confrontation on the east side of the island, with a large hole leading deep into the ground, but no more information is publically known and the vampires are being tight lipped.

-Fighting has also been noted around the island, vampire against vampire.


SS Banor:

-Plants that have been seeded across SS Banor seemingly planted by Haven as the plants react violently to any meta that passes through. Many believe they are the reason for the disappearance of multiple metas. There is an effort to eradicate them but it is going slowly.

Morrad:

-A year after the treaty was sign and Eteri went missing, Morrad seems ready to announce his death as funeral preparations were underway. They have set up a televised announcement within a few days.


-Violence in Morrad has slowly been escalating in the past few years. Many believe it is due to the former heir, Delcard Fox, and his tight connection to the criminal element, enough that plots to get rid of his mother had been unearthed after his death. With Eteri Fox's death,also assumed at their hands, and the kidnapping of Mildrid it will be the first time in decades where a search will have to look past the main familial line.

In the meantime other factions blame it on the metas(for Morrad taking their shrines and forcing them to give cubes items to their children) and meta haters, any of which could be responsible. The death of innocents have been on the rise as well, all starting with the death of a mythical race Slaugh.

Belosh:

-Four suspicious people had been caught on camera fleeing the area of a burning Tea Shop, the shop were Cri and Cry members were arrested. They were later seen breaking into a house and stealing from the owner after locking her in the basement. Finally they attacked police and were seen fleeing with Blaise Eternal!

An adult angel(Sun Pic ) a child fairy(Solfir Pic), a child feral wolf or werewolf (Temi Pic), and an unknown meta or magi lioness(::video pic smile . There is a reward for any information leading to their capture.

-PastSight archology was recently attacked, police are trying to find the reasons.


Sanctuary:

-There have been an influx of new students that Sanctuary decided to hire teleporters from the people currently living within Sanctuary itself. These teleporters will pick up and return students at the start and end of the day. A few may be asked to pick up potential parents for the current orphans or any metas unable to travel but wish to come.

-Rhun the headmaster has been reinstated after rumors of him being the dangerous bounty Raziel The Killer were proven false.

-Nova has hired a new teen assistant named Estrella to help her and Rhun deal with things in Sanctuary and try to be a friendly face for newcomers.

-For some reason the school was gifted multiple online codes and physical disks of Daliah, Ambrose, and Milo Alpanose songs. The singer now turned speaker of metas in Nocrest, who still performs when ever possible, even if she has been absent recently.

A piece from a vampiric newspaper online, only viewable by vampires who had been invited to the server.

So as you all may know the prince has recently decided to turn a meta child. It is completely against the first rule of our laws but no one complained, it was just an orphaned meta after all and she is the prince!

The child’s physical appearance hinted that he seem to be related to the rouge meta, Ree Luz, who as far as anyone knows died violently at Zaku Shiori and Kylar Gatt’s hands...limbs....branches? Though if experience showed us anything it is that humans will lie cheat and steal, even when it comes to a simple death.

Perhaps our Prince was looking ahead and making plans if Ree returned.

Either way, that herald the start of our troubles. The child grew even if he had been turned young, yes metas are interesting la de da. Some of the nobles believes that metas should stay second class citizens..or even further below as they are obviously much to young a species to even know what they are doing especially with those powers!

The Prince thought for a time but the trouble did not start until she was kidnapped right outside Elysium! Her and her pet meta. However, being the strongest of us, she obviously escaped and return alone with news that the meta vampires were revolting and wanted rights equal to those of their betters. Like a child asking to give an opinion at a war table! I blame Zaku Shiori in all this and the events that happened in Criel.

Our Prince was obviously moved by their blight and instead of turning against her captor, instead tried to change the mind of the nobility. Which as you can guess dear reader, none were amused.

To our shame I must also announce that Trisuri Luz is now our new Seneschal. What rumor you may have heard of an attack ... as far fetched as they seem were not grandiose but reality.

Unfortunately, the meta vampires decided to take things one step further and attacked, attempting to capture Trisuri but also murder all incapacitated vampires they could find.

In a response I cannot hope to understand, our Prince in a misguided attempt at ....something passed on her princeship to Ashral Muramasa. Yes the same Ashral who a few articles ago I called the mewling babe who starved herself and cause trouble for our great prince.

Ashral was the one who brought the attention of the human media on us when she attacked a handful of mercenaries attempting to capture Ree Luz, blighted name. For they will never ignore a rouge vampire attack, they must always be reminding themselves of their victory in the Great War.

With all the loyal vampires to choose from, our Prince choose her who has no experiences or alliances. So it was no surprise when Ariala called a challenge and Ashral Muramasa became our first and only Prince to hold the name for a grand total of five minutes, followed by Ariala.

Of course our original prince was forced to reclaim her title and throne which revealed that one of the nobility was actually a spy. A Haven research spy! Marques! The one most against metas was a meta himself and he did not even know!

However, he was not the real danger, that fell cleaning at the feet of a regular vampire with a noble sister, a sister she killed for power. Suana fanned the fire of dissent! She called on her allies both within the vampire world and Haven itself and force cooperation or death of the nobles and their covenant.

I will not remind you of the horrors or the people we lost, our Prince’s covenant was the one most heavily hit as well as the noble heads of many well known covenant. Suana and her group eventually fell but at such a high cost to us. The meta vampires were never truly against us, all just carefully placed pieces to make us work with Haven...the real master mind of this debacle.

Sanctuary:
The Halloween ball done every year in the meta sanctuary ended up in minor chaos as a few meta children were kidnapped from one of the events. They were found again two hours later, witnesses mentioning they were cover in blood, but details on the incident are being kept silent.

Criel:

Miles away from the former city of criel a team of archeologist have recently found the tomb of the demon divine. Frederick Itec. He was known before and during the great war with the ability to return the once dead to a semblance of life and control them with one of five books. The tomb has been raided long before the discovery and none of the fable books remained.

General World:

-Meta Dragons have been spotted all over Treterra at different age ranges.

-Eteri Fox, the Morrad politician who help broker the treaty and Griselda’s Fox son, has been found alive a year after he went missing. No further news has been released, despite some months ago a third party took hostages from both Morrad and SSBanor top officials trying to find him.

Cursed Pretzel Festival: (Banor)

Despite the name, the curse pretzel the festival is to commemorate the Gili Telir , an elven hero who during the war used a color changing potion and bad ingredients to create food that was eaten by the approaching hours before the attack on Banor itself. Gili Telir worked as a spy within the human military ranks, passing and sabotaging what was possible.

In honor of his bravery, the festival is held frying pretzels and other bits and pieces of dough all containing a color changing ingredients. Be GREEN with envy or lavender too?

News Across Treterra

Port Arlye:
Home owner, near Port Arlye, reported she believed she had her home broken into while she was working. She believes the thief only stole a small amount of coins nothing of value, no sign of forced entry through. Reward for information.

Belosh:
Andy broken was spotted riding a giant white wolf through the side streets of Belosh. Report was made that the wolf took a child, authorities are warning everyone to stay in doors as they handle the matter.

Two children, one being an adoptee of the librarian, escaped police custody when called in for an unattended child. Officer Milano ended up slamming and breaking into one of the door in an attempt to chase after them.

Belrad:
Ree was sighted flying over Belosh, why he was there and what he was doing is still unknown. He escape custody but was last seen flying in the direction of the town of Erst.

Off Coast:
Large waves and tremors centered at Verem island tore the island into a concave circle. The town was miraculously saved but hints of some kind of underground operation that worked in the island have disappeared. Norcrest and Midena government have launch and investigation if this was natural or meta power induced.
