The ongoing downpour of rain over the area has made things harder for the people of Kahikina. The influx of water has made sure that the underwater currents have sped up in spots and the elders of both areas have been warning the others to be careful when out; you wouldn’t want to get caught up in these dangerous water spirals! But as rotten luck would have it, something of yours has dropped into the current! It could be something precious or useful to you, but you know you should go get it back. What do you do? How do you get the item back? Is it damaged now, or stuck somewhere hard to get? Does it take teamwork, or does your friend just get in the way?

Balhira sat atop the patio of her home, her eyes looking out into the downpour that made the world seem just as murky as the waters of her home. She didn't know how it happened, how it could even happen, but her tool had slipped from her grip as she was packing it away, and fallen into the river-like waters of the area. She felt the currents tug at her ankles, and she tried to see beyond on where it might be. She knew it had drifted in the direction of one of her neighbors, ones who also worked on glass.
Balhira recalled the family, they were a bit shy and quiet and had a little girl who didn't get out much. She thought it was maybe Malea? Either way, they might have snagged it up, so with a reserved huff she jumped into the swelling waters and darted between log and home, keeping well away from the middle of the water where it swirled around like a whirlpool. It wouldn't do to get lost like the item she was looking for.
