Opportunistic. If nothing else, he was always opportunistic. And opportunity knocked at a very strange time in his life.
Lately he'd been quite taken by a sweet little hybrid that just couldn't seem to see the bad in him whatsoever. Despite his continuous ignoring of her, her advances, and even at some point threatening to disembowel her...It had done nothing. It even looked like she'd take it as a challenge. Something that, if he had been younger, would have ended with her dead or at least horrifically mauled.
But no. She persisted. And he had to figure out how best to get rid of her.
And that was when he got the opportunity. Blue was similar to him in many ways, and she was just as opportunistic as he. A short chat, a discussion and an agreement later, Yautja had the stone that Blue had already partially imbued in his claws.
Surely, it would chase her away. Not to mention his offspring...well. It would be interesting, if not entertaining.
