Personality: Chevalier at first views Illguard Hornvauld, the Captain of the Marines and a warrior in her senior, as a rival. Chevalier is bitter and Hornvauld is infuriated over the superiority of Marinesled by Chevalier over his Marines.
Chevalier is noble, proud, and most of all, loyal to the Marines. She is confident in her ability as a soldier and is arrogant because of this. Chevalier has an outstanding ability as a leader, collecting loyalty and admiration from both the public and the soldiers under her. Chevalier is soft-spoken and addresses people with perfect manners, be it to her fellow Marines or to an enemy.
Chevalier shows no mercy for one who poses a threat to the people and acts solely as a soldier, obeying orders without hesitation or showing emotion. Despite her infamously merciless behavior, she has a kind heart and willingness to forgive.
She wants to become a legendary swordsman, and have her skill be known far and wide. She one day wants to hold the title "best swordsman in the seas".
Biography: Chevalier was born 500 years in the past on a horse drawn carriage on the way to a woman on a horse-drawn carriage in the East Blue. Her mother was extremely powerful, and Chevalier was no different. Her mother was her role model, and she was the spitting image of her.
Chevalier grew up in a medieval era where everything was different. She wasn't able to grow up with her father, but she heard many stories about him being a great hero, and how he and his mother and other heroes stopped a powerful being. Her mother also told her that she was special, in a way that no one could harm her heart... She didn't quite understand what that meant at the time, but her powers would soon lead her to that truth.
She was altered by someone with the Tarot Tarot fruit. Their power gave them the ability to reverse someone's Tarot reading. Chevalier's curse was something that was put on her mother, in that her daughter would never get to experience the joy of death. She cannot die, and she doesn't feel any pain. Her curse was to leave her alive so that she could literally live to death.
She has lived, and seen her mother and loved ones die. She now lives in the current society where she has joined the Marines to pass her time of boredom. Using her holy element, she cleanses the land of those evil. Not necessarily pirates, but anyone with negative intent. She has accepted her duty as a knight ,and will live forever to see justice prevail.
