Haruka stood in the woods practicing with her Kunai and Shuriken, she was already a chunin but that didn't mean she could slack off and not train. Her naginata was propped up against a nearby tree along with her katana. She didn't feel like she would be attacked this deep in the village. It wasn't as though she dropped her guard. She had been out there for quite some time, sweat on the back of her neck arms and face. She hadn't even breaked for lunch.
She was a very studious girl who took her training and studies seriously. She was sure her team-mates were slacking off, again like she always found them. It didn't bother her. She didn't care. If they got themselves killed them oh well. That was on them.
She had a tendency to stay away from large crowds. People still tended to look at her differently. Since she had just recently come back to the village no one trusted her. Everyone thought she was a spy. No one cared that she had originally been from the village.

After a long session with the Hokage and the Anbu Black ops over the recently returned Haruka Uchiha,Arashi had been called back to the Village to maybe act as her Guardian seeing as she had no one to look after her.This Annoyed Arashi.
Arashi was ordered to approach the girl and maybe start some dialog with her.Arashi on the other hand had been the loner type for a long time so he new this might be difficult so he decided on a different a approach.the i want to see if this girl is really an uchiha approach.
Arashi had been been tailing her for a bit now and found her in in the forest training.after observing her for a bit he found her form to be some what lacking in his opinion and decided it was now or never.he lept from the tree tossing a variety of kunai and shuriken in an attempt to get her to use her Sharingan.

Haruka reacted in an instant without activating her sharingan throwing the kunai and shuriken that she already had in her hands deflecting his. She took a few steps back looking at him as he jumped out. She glanced at her naginata and sword back up a bit towards them. She didn't even question if he was a hostile or not. He attacked, she would do her best to take him out. Once close enough she reached back grabbing her naginata. "State your name and reason for attacking." She demanded her eyes fixed on him, never wandering.
Now that she held her naginata she returned her katana to her waist waiting to see what he would do. She was cautious.

Arashi was surprised with the level of skill she was showing far different than before."So you're the one they call Haruka...Uchiha.."Arashi put emphasis on the Uchiha clan name.he had run across pretenders before and crushed them all the same.if not for the hokage,he would be attempting the same now.
Arashi unsheathed his katana and raised it towards the girl."i know the Uchiha name is a mighty one but you shouldn't claim to be one...only trouble comes with that name...believe me."Arashi raced towards the girl with incredible speed,giving the impression he was not a normal shinobi.

"...."
Haruka always showed more skill in actual combat situations. But damn was he fast, she just barely managed to deflect it with her naginata. "And if I;m not lying about who I am?" She asked swinging her naginata in a downward arch with as much force as she could muster. "I don't like liars or lying." She said simply her bangs falling into her face. She shifted her weight more putting it into her swing.
"Trust me, if I wanted to pretend to be someone it would not be an uchiha." She took actual fights very serious. She figured he was holding back considering he was probably of a higher rank than her. Her skill though exceeded that of a Chunin. She had more experience and skill than most her age and rank. She also figured her was trying to force her to use her sharingan.

Arashi was too close for a more direct dodge so using a substitution jutsu was his only was out of her attack. Arashi's substitution log was split right down the middle. Arashi was tucking and rolling back into a fighting position to her left.
"She's a chunin?" he thought to himself. Arashi stood up facing her direction. a small smirk on his face."She could be a real Uchiha her battle senses are almost like mine.but i need to push her a little bit more before i give her a pass.."Arashi thought to himself. Arashi began to form hand signs.these were different than traditional hand signs it was something he had created while away from the village.
With the final hand sign made he called out."if you are who you say you are you can dodge this no problem...Crimson Storm Style:Lightning Flare!"A bright flare of almost blinding light appears and at the center a large crimson bolt of lightning shoots out towards Haruka.

As she saw the crimson colored lightning coming her way she activated her sharingan finally and got the hell out of there just barley avoiding it and I mean just barley. She could feel the heat from his jutsu on her face and it singed her hair a bit. Once out of the way she looked at him her red and black eyes trained on him.
She was just slightly irritated, so she may as well show him one of ehr own personal tricks. She turned her naganata and slammed the blade into the ground, soon enough she used her own chirodi the lighting element jutsu engulfing her hand. She slammed it into the ground. "Chidori pulse wave." Just like she said it was like a pulse and came in waves. Fun fact, the pulse of her chidori was in fact her own pulse. Her jutsu had such an impressive degree of destruction and potential to get stronger. The ground around her crackers and quaked a bit. The radius of the pulse was ten maybe twelve feet.

Arashi watched as his attack missed her and hit a nearby tree causing it to explode and burst into flames cause a chain reaction causing other flames to errupt into flame."i dunno how im gonna explain that to the hokage but-"Arashi looked back at Haruka,her Sharingan was active and she looked pissed.
Arashi readied his explosive kunai in his free hand, as she began a newer version of the chidori and shoved it into the ground.the destruction it caused was through the initial impact and the pulse waves that came from it. Arashi knew this fight had just got turned up a few notches. Arashi was forced back by the attack. he took to air.
Arashi new he couldn't close in so but he also knew she was more or less stuck in that position so the effects of her jutsu could be used to the full effect.he called out to the girl with a grin."You really are an Uchiha!" Arashi noticed the justu was pulsing like a heartbeat so he threw several explosive kunai at her in between to forcefully stop her.

"...."
Haruka quickly started to move away seeing the kunai, but as she did her vision got blurry. She was hit by some of the explosion itself and debris. She landed on her feet a few yards away but fell onto her butt tired. Her new jutsu was still a work in progress and it really ate through chakra like no tomorrow. "I told you I wasn't lying!" She said trying to force herself to see straight. She wiped a bit of blood off of a cut on her cheek caused by some flying rock. The instant she had left the ground her jutsu had stopped. She looked at some of the trees around her trying to orient herself again.
"So you came all the way here and attacked me just to find out if I was lying or not? What are you some kind of nut!?" She closed her eyes and when she opened them again they were black. She was still ready to fight if she had to, but no way could she pull off the same jutsu a second time. Not yet at least.

Arashi landed on the ground and replied."Look,i've seen a lot of impostors and the Hokage asked me personally to see if you were a true Uchiha.i've read your folder and to alot of the people here..it's far fetched."Arashi looked at the girl he could see she was spent chakra wise.
he continued."we were-.." Arashi caught himself." The Uchiha clan was killed off by itachi.the "lone" survivor,Sasuke is out of the village on special missions.so that means anyone using the uchiha name is already under suspicion." Arashi felt bad for the girl.he had been in her place once.he knew it all to well.
"regardless,you've shown me your a true uchiha and now i can vouch for you on that.."Arashi looked at the fire spreading behind her nervously.bnut he remained cool while he spoke."Look head home and meet me in the on top of the hokage monument tomorrow."as he sheathed his sword walked next to her and weaved another set of hand signs" Crimson Storm Style:Heavy Gale Palm!".
Arashi struck the air in the direction of the flames and extinguished them with a powerful gust of wind.he looked at her and smiled."oh and if you ever call me a nut i wont hold back the next time im asked to test you!" Arashi said as he vanished into thin air.

Haruka scoffed a bit and got up after all the flames were out resting a bit. She went over to her naginata pulling it out of the ground. She gathered her things and headed home.
Once home she took a bath and relaxed a bit, her idea of relaxing was weapon maintenance. She cleaned her katana and naginata making sure they were nice and sharp. She hummed softly as she put her weapons into a locker she had in her room, she made sure they were locked up safe and tight.
She then went to lay down a kunai under her pillow like usual. She fell asleep and was up early getting ready. She got dressed tying her hair back like she always had it. She headed for the monument as soon as she had eaten. He hadn't given her an actual time to be there so she was there early in the morning.

Arashi had returned to the hokage after that,he was reprimanded by him for the incident with the forest.he was also told he would have to pay for the damages to the forest.after that he revealed that the girl was indeed an uchiha.without another uchiha in the actual village he was to be her guardian in a way.Arashi groaned at the idea.but seeing as this was his punishment for getting into an altercation with her instead of talking with her normally there werent' any other options
Arashi went home showered and rested,that night he would awaken to a dream more or less ghosts from his past.they returned to get vengeance.he awoke in a cold sweat his eyes red his three tomoe spinning into form.he shut his eyes tight and fought to get back to sleep his eyes returning to normal.
he awoke to his alamr cloak going off he had slept in and had forgotten to give her a time.he shook his head got ready but left his anbu katana behind today.this would just be a talk and try to see where this girl was coming from and listen to her story straight from her mouth.
Arashi left and made it to the monument it looked like the girl had been there maybe an hour or so.Arashi approached her."Hey...ugh sorry about not giving you a specific time."Arashi said with a grin and rubbing the back of his head.

Haruka looked at him as he arrived. She had indeed been waiting awhile. "It's fine." She stood straight stretching a bit. She felt stiff after standing idle for so long. "Why did you want to meet here?" Having an hour to herself gave her time to just think and meditate.
She didn't know what to expect of him if anything. She still didn't really trust him either, Who would blame her after how they met?

Arashi looked at her and then back to the village.he realized she didnt trust him and had no reason to.he knew that even if the village wasnt sure about her, not having anyone period would make things worse.
"So your Uchiha yeah? well ms Haruka, i'm Ara-I'm Mibu Izawa, probably the only person in this village that doesnt see you as a threat.not a weapon to use against future enemies either.i know your stay here hasnt been the nicest but i see your making it..your a chunin after all..so on be half of the village.i apologize for that."Arashi bowed his head towards her.
