"Hey, you heard 'bout the hospital? Dethblade's there!" Spoke a man sitting at a booth of four individuals, three men and one woman. They seemed to be dressed for success, as though they were people of import to the world; suits, ties, vests, a dress.Stylish haircuts and clean shaves. They sat in the cafe sipping away at their coffee and munching on organic sandwiches made fresh next door, brought over on special request.
"It's all over the news. How can you NOT know? Well, unless you live under a rock or something..." The woman jested before chuckling and leaning on the man next to her, obviously someone of special status to her. "Can you turn up the TV?" She asked the bistro behind the counter, who would flash a smile and comply.
"That's right, the notorious Dethblade himself has taken occupancy within the hospital, and Grace of Nocturnal is going to need a miracle to survive! Reports indicate a hostile takeover has taken place, and the man with the biggest bounty ever assigned to a single person now controls the hospital, and we have all the footage! We'll keep you updated as our inside source presents us with more information."
"How can someone take over a hospital?" One of the guys asked.
"Well, according to the news, he took out all of the security personnel and issued the staff an ultimatum. There's even rumor he has his eyes set on the whole city!" The third man responded.
"Hey, did you guys see the broadcast Dethblade put out with that Nimm girl? I'm sure they'll replay it." Informed the girl.
"That really sickly looking chick? What do you think someone like him wants with someone like her?" Asked her beau.
As the four continued to converse, the bistro behind the counter continued watching on TV as they did indeed replay Dethblade's proclamation. He'd sigh and shake his head, then go back to making drinks for customers. The place had been booming ever since the event began; people loved to flock in and converse over current events.

Adelaide strolled into the cafe, sending the message off to Sparrow that she should be expecting a call. It had been a hell of a day, though she wasn't expecting it to turn out quite the way it had. She'd seen some pretty weird things in her line of work, but a man coming back from a bullet to the brain, that was a new one. A new one she hoped wasn't repeated in the future. She gave a frustrated sigh and ran her hand through her tussled curls, ordering her sandwich to go.
She moved to the side of the counter, watching the news feed as it looped through Dokusei's video footage. She watched it flatly, a bit miffed she had actually done it. Actually took down Dethblade, universes most wanted, and had absolutely nothing to show for it. She growled a bit, clenching her teeth as she paid for her meal and left, heading back to her ship at the dock yard.
