  Ember, a young dragon, was in her family's cave playing around with an ash bit that was flowing in the light breeze that was coming in, laughing as she did. She was living with her big brother and her father. Her mother passed away sadly while hunting for food. She was attacked by a knight who had set a trap and killed her. Though Ember was too young to understand what was fully going on, she still had her father and big brother. Ember was a toddler in age, but was a baby when her mother died. Once the ash bit disappeared, she went over to her big brother and jumped onto his tail, saying "Onii-chan nuggle?" as she looked up at him sweetly wanting affection from him more than anything else at the moment.

Draycon just got back from a small hunting trip around the cave and was enjoying his meal if you could call a small deer a meal but hey, atleast it was tastey. He was almost done when his little sister jumpped on his tail. He softly rolled his eyes then wrapped her tail gently around her body and pulled her close to him. Ember looked just like their mother did when she was alive and it kind of made his heart hurt. Giving a cough Draycon smiled down at her. "You know, you're to cute for your own good." He said then looked out of the cave opening. "I wonder when dad will be back."

Ember giggled as Draycon picked her up with his tail, and pulled her close. She giggled as this happened since she adored her big brother very much. She nuzzled Draycon, before seeing him look over at the cave opening and said "What matter?" as she looked up at him snuggled up to her big brother happily.

Tempest The Dusk Lycanroc (Sorry for the wait)  The sound if the wind caught in large wings filled the air and soon the large dragon that was their father returned. Drago hefted the elk he brought and set it down, meat for Ember to eat for dinner as he noticed Draycon had caught a deer, "You made sure to hunt clear of the human settlements correct?" He questioned softly, since having lost his mate, their mother, he worried for his children.

Draycon was about to say something that to his sister when their father came into the cave with an elf for Ember to eat. When his father asked him if he stayed away from the humans Draycon nodded his large head. "Of course I did dad, I made sure to keep away from the humans but also close enough to the cave to keep Ember safe." He ate the rest of his meal then he unwrapped Ember from his tail so she could go and eat. "So what did you see out their dad? Any change in the humans that we should worry about?" He asked.

"Daddy back!" She said once she saw Drago in the cave. Once Draycon let her go, she went over to Drago and nuzzled him saying "Me missed daddy!" as she looked at him happily. She wagged her tail like she usually did when she was happy, as she smiled up at her daddy. She was her daddy's little princess, and everyone who saw her knew she was a daddy's girl. Then she saw the elk, went over to it, and started to eat it happily.

Tempest The Dusk Lycanroc (Sorry for the wait) Drago looked down at Ember and lowered his head gently nuzzling the baby dragon that was his daughter, "I love you too Ember." He said happily as he watched her go eat. When Draycon asked what he had, Drago looked at him, "The humans arent moving towards our home so they know not of our location but still, i worry about if they do. I found a suitable cave up in the mountains that would be a good place to escape to, hard for the humans to follow." He explained to his son.

Draycon looked over at his father. "If they don't know that we're here then why leave? I mean Ember and I grow up here and I kinda of don't want to leave it." He said with a sigh. "But are you sure this new cave is safe?" He asked. He looked over at Ember while she ate. He was a little worried that if this new cave was really far away that Ember would't make it because she is a toddler after all and still have her baby wings.

Ember ate her fill of the elk before she went over to the stream and washed the blood off her face as she was taught to do. Once she was done with that, she went over to Draycon and started to play with his tail again, giggling as she did so. Even though she looked just like her mama, she was a little bit shyer than their mother was. Their mother loved socializing with other dragons that were friendly. Ember on the other hand, was a little too shy around new dragons. While she did have friends in the area, and she did like her friends, Ember didn't know how to make new ones yet.

Tempest The Dusk Lycanroc (Once again... Sorry for the wait) Drago looked at his children but let out a heated sighed, "The new cave is safe, humans cant travel up the terran but their will be less food and more traveling. For now we are still savfe here because their are other dragons. Humans would either be monsters or insane to try attacking our home but they are crafty creatures... I do not wish to test them." He stated to his son as he watched Ember.
