This is the most populated area of Stoicheía, this is where you're most likely to find a mix of everyone that lives within the Hollow Sector. The reason it's called the "City of Twilight" is due to how most of the lighting in lampposts and such seem to be powered by the element of twilight, giving off a sort of "dusk" feeling whenever night falls, so that it never seems to be night at all.
