Personality: Hailee is a sweet, energetic shinobi girl who is also indecisive and tries to be kind to her peers. She can also be quite proud of herself, thinking of her fighting skills as some of the best, even if it really isn't anywhere close. She is a happy-go-lucky type, very bubbly, and lost in her own mind at times. That being said, she is not the smartest, and may take some time to think; as she's not the quickest thinker or plan seeker. But she's very caring, to the point she will sacrifice herself for her friends during any attacks. But she can also be loud, and crazy hyper at times, playing around even when work needs to get done. She loves to make games out of work, to make it a bit more enjoyable for her. Hailee sort of gets distracted easily, and wanders a bit, though it's kind of a habit she's trying to outgrow, the more she gets older and more mature. The girl is prone to falling on her face quite a bit, but that comes mostly from her clumsy side, she can be very ditzy. She figures she's not the greatest ninja, but she won't admit it, if she can be of any use at all, she's happy. Hailee hates nothing more than to be considered useless among her peers.
She is also a carefree individual who takes care of her friends and enjoys playing around, wishing to see others happy in turn. She does however love to fight, which one might not expect from first glance as she can appear fairly girly. Hailee has a love for nature and animals, and would risk her life just to save an animal from certain doom, the same could be said about any person falling to as such. She hates to fight verbally, and will usually walk away in order to avoid the conversation further. Because of her empathetic, gentle heart, she never hesitates to help those in need of it despite their personality, problems, race, tribe, or appearance, treating all with warmth and respect. Hailee never resorts to killing opponents right away, she will try her best to find anything good hearted about them. However, if they had done so many terrible deeds or she can't find any good qualities, she will resort to killing them to protect her friends and village. On the last note, she will sometimes refer to herself in the third person, as "The fabulous ninja Hailee!".

The excessively high speed of the rotation strips the user of their field of vision, but marking the enemy beforehand makes it possible to tail them with the sense of smell. In the anime, if the user is skilled enough though this is unnecessary. The power is great enough to dent a Rashōmon gate. Such power is not without its drawbacks however, as it can quickly tire the user out.

Hailee grew up in a small family, and a poor neighborhood. Being born beside pets; the family was a lot closer than most around the village they lived in. There pets were there pride and joy, there happiness. Her mother had a husky Laika, her dad had a german shepphard named Atticus, and her older brother had a tiger named Spike. Her own pet, was a young fox named Amorette. The family was as tight as ever, training together and bettering themselves everyday. Her father would always tell her to always be cautious, and trust no one; not even a super friendly person. He told her if things ever changed or differed in some way; he just wanted her to live; prosper, get stronger, and always be happy. Sometimes; her fox wouldn't listen and that was because she was still under training.
Eventually, a long and destructive war started one day, raging in the very village she grew up in and called a forever home. Her parents were called into battle, but while they were out defending everything; some soldiers marched into the home and demanded Hailee come with them quietly. They wanted any and all valuables, and to steal a scroll. In these times, they fought an eye for an eye. To get all they wanted, in return for the daughter. Hailee couldn't help but back away scared, tears welding in her eyes terrified. When the man reached out to grab her hand, Amorette came out bolting; biting onto his arm and not letting go. As the man was about to punch the fox, her brothers tiger came out running, both of them attacking the bad men. Hailee and Amorette hid from sight, watching the fight cause much bloodshed. In a wide turn of events, her brother and tiger were killed; the bad men barely alive. She couldn't stop her crying; however the fox held her tail to her mouth to keep her in silence, so that her brothers sacrifice would not be in vain.
Once the men couldn't find her; they left. But not only that, her parents never did return after the war; it was questionable what really happened. After these events, Hailee sadly attended the academy; hoping to train and thrive, like her father always wished for her. Through her loss and sadness; she smiled on the outside, but on the inside, she was clearly heartbroken. All she could do was smile away the tears, better her skills, and hope to one day be something great, so one one had to face death ever again; not when they weren't ready.
