Livia walked along the sidewalk she didn't normally drive to school, she had a lot to do but she had it under control as she normally did. She took her responsibilities seriously. Her earbuds were in her ears and she had a bag in her hand that had her university books in it. She hummed to the song she was listening to and bounced a little on the sidewalk as she moved along to the beat of the song. Her hair fell down to her mid back and was bright orange, it made her stand out which she didn't mind. Livia lived life to it's fullest and she was ready to grab life and make it hers.

She stopped a moment to tie her shoes her bag laying on the sidewalk open revealing she had some snacks inside. Pop rocks, rock candy, jerky, gushers, soda. Liv loved snacking she felt it helped keep her energy up during the day at school and in the afternoon when she went to work. Livia didn't sleep much, she went to nightclubs instead and partied the night away. When she wasn't doing that she was studying. Sleep was for the weak. Livia was many things but weak was not one of them.

Theodore was out in the city after hitching a ride to the Sugar Cube with his favorite lady. The owner had (rudely) ushered him out of the establishment despite his best sad cat eyes and his mistress's pleading.

Luckily, the weather was still good and it wasn't like he'd been tossed out in the snow and there were still several hours until Miss Prissy's shift was done (and he hated that stupid man she called her boyfriend for making his mistress reduce herself to something as unbecoming as manual labor, the audacity!) and that meant he had time to kill.

Which resulted in the dapper cat parading around like he owned every space he walked into.

And when he spotted a bag filled with snacks and his stomach rumbled at that exact moment which meant...he saw them therefore they were his...

If Livia turned around, she'd find a cat rifling through her bag.

Theodore had been caught, which really wasn't surprising given that he'd been snarfing down the snacks contained in the girl's bag. Still, he froze, as if standing completely still, mouth full of chips, would render him invisible.

But hands were searching for something and Theodore didn't care for the way he was being frisked.

Which resulted in growling and batting of his paws to make her stop.

Then his nose wrinkled. Pink eyes widened and he tried to pounce the girl.

"You." He gasped, all pretenses of being a normal cat slipping away. Paws were slapping against her in an excited flurry, tail swishing happily behind him. "Oooh, you're a senshi!!"

He looked around, concentrated slightly, and was delighted to find that there were no energy signatures creeping up on them. This time the stupid mirror senshi wouldn't steal his senshi recruit!

There was a loud ha-rumph that left the cat's maw and he resorted pawing at her legs. "You don't understand," he said with a hint of irritation.

"You're a senshi and you have to come with me right meow," Theodore insisted, moving to be behind Livia's legs so he could headbutt her calves and try to get her walking towards somewhere less open.

Then he could call for a general-sovereign and they could join them and it would be glorious.

"Come on!!!"

Delighted that the girl was willing to follow him, Theodore lead her to an alcove that was just hidden from sight enough that no one would be able to see what they were up to without being interrupted.

After everything that happened with his last two attempted awakenings, Theodore was on high alert to make sure no dark mirror senshi were lurking to come and steal his new senshi recruit.

"You may call me Theodore," he stated, doing a flip to draw his tablet pen out of subspace before opening it and laying it out before them, paws typing as furiously as they could to request a General-Sovereign's immediate assistance.

"But only Theodore." He wouldn't respond to anything else, besides Candy King.

"Name, name, give me your name, the general-sovereign will be here soon!"
