Camelot was glad to see things had evened out a little. At least for now. No crazy new thing to worry about, at least, and no monstrous big bad to face down. Even his regular enemies had quieted, for better or worse, and he was left to do rather normal patrols.
Nothing to complain about, certainly. He rather liked the peaceful nature of things at the moment. Even if it meant something big might be lurking just around the corner, and he had no power to see it or stop it coming.
But hopefully he was just being paranoid...
As it stood, though, he was sitting outside the library, looking up at the sky and smiling at the clear, starry night above him. He was taking a break, having already completed two circles in either direction of the library, patrolling around the blocks there like an angled ven diagram, with the library at its center.
Peace and quiet, so far.
Merlinite was out and about, testing his strength despite Camelot wanting to be more cautious and stay with him, and Hadaya was with Navi and Chaonis. It meant Camelot was patrolling alone tonight, which was a little... lonely.
He was getting far too used to having company, but he couldn't help it. He was a family man now, and definitely had strong, protective, paternal instincts toward a lot of the Knights and Senshi that came to visit him. He was sort of hoping one of them would show up, so at least he would have someone to talk to.
Or he could just suck it up and get patrolling.

Ever since she had made the decision (perhaps the mistake) to pick up the terrarium that she had seen sitting nearby, life had certainly gotten ... interesting. If that was the word for it. She at least knew what she was; prior experiences had confirmed for her that she had become a knight. Like Camelot, the man she had run into who had fallen off a building and definitely looked more knightly than she did. He seemed like he had been at this for a while, or at least, definitely longer than her, and there had been a few times were she pondered going to the library to see if he was "patrolling" there, as he had said when they met. Perhaps it would be worth her effort. Maybe he would be a little less vague if he knew for sure that she was ... one of them. If anything, it may be good knowledge to have for how to comfort her clients. Shikora made her way over to the library after her workday ended at her practice one day, deciding that perhaps today she would see him there and gain the bravery to announce herself. It didn't take long for her to find Camelot. In her day-to-day form, she couldn't exactly sense Camelot, but the armored man was a bit ... hard to miss. She chuckled quietly. Admittedly, at least her outfit was a little less obvious. Not that her outfit looked any more like what someone may wear from day to day. Deciding not to take her knight form for the moment, Shikora took in a deep breath, smoothed out her hair, pulled at her dress, and started walking in the direction of the knight. "Camelot?" called Shikora, voice cautious as always. "Is that you?"

Camelot glanced over when he heard a voice calling to him. He had not sensed an aura approaching him, and usually when someone knew his name they were powered. He remembered the encounter, though, when he saw Shikora and smiled at her, standing.
"Good evening! What brings you here so late? Are you in trouble?"
He did offer to help her if she needed it, and that was always his first instinct. The place was dangerous, after all, and maybe a Nega or a youma had been menacing her. She seemed calm at the moment, but that did not mean there was not some bigger problem that occurred elsewhere. Like something stalking her neighborhood, or her having witnessed something.
Before his brain got too ahead of him, though, he opted to wait for her answer. He was too quick to want to save someone, to help them, and sometimes let that take the lead when really he just needed to listen.
At least he wasn't summoning his weapon and looking for a bad guy right off the bat, right? Of course, he could sense there weren't any around at the moment.
"Are you okay?" `

"Ah, no, not in trouble exactly," responded Shikora, with a quiet chuckle, as she finished the rest of her walk over. As she came up to him, she had the thought that Camelot's armor might honestly be intimidating if it didn't seem so ... anachronistic. Though, she did realize the man behind all that armor was a friendly one. It probably predisposed her to not being particularly intimidated by it. Others may be. Perhaps the ones in those dark military outfits were, considering it seemed they left the library alone for the most part. She added, her tone a little quieter now that she was closer, "But okay? That may be another conversation." Shikora was okay enough, she supposed, all things considered. She was alive, for one. She told herself that every day since the day that she had woken up in the hospital bed, surrounded by her stunned-to-see-her-alive family. She wasn't entirely sure what she was supposed to make of her new status, though. "Can I show you something? Maybe where we're not so, ah," Shikora glanced around to imply in the open. Hopefully Camelot didn't think she was planning an ambush or something...

Camelot watched her curiously, tilting his head slightly in (almost feigned) wonder. He had gotten a feeling from her, the last time they met, and he was wondering now if that had been a legitimate sign or if he had just been particularly tired that night.
He glanced around, then nodded.
"Would you like a short trip up to the roof?"
He probably should have waited for her to agree, but he nodded at her and moved to lift her up carefully. He was very respectful, at least, letting her hold on to his shoulders rather than hoisting her up and carrying her like a rag doll. He made short work of the climb up to the roof top, despite it being three stories, by using the fire escape and a familiar path he hopped up almost every night.
It was all part of the routine, for him.
He placed her down on the rooftop, looking around at the barriers and thinking it was very well shielded up here. One of the many reasons he liked it, and not just because he was bias by running the library inside. He also made sure to scan the area for other auras, not sensing anything close by.
"Is this good?"

"The roof?" asked Shikora, admittedly a little bewildered, before she was carefully lifted up by the knight-in-shining-armor. Oh. This guy was ... surprisingly strong. She did at least somewhat expect him to be strong considering he was a knight wearing a lot of armor, but she also wasn't exactly a light person by any means. She was a bit more on the plus size side, she knew that, and she was also six foot three. Quite a bit of her weight was just skeletal mass and organ mass and muscle mass and-- And he was just ... taking her up the fire escape, just like that. Honestly, when Camelot set her down, Shikora seemed more surprised than anything. It took her a few seconds before she suddenly shook her head, face flushing, as she murmured, "Ah, right, what I wanted to tell you..." Clearly, the location that Camelot had chosen had been alright. She didn't think anyone could see them up here, not easily anyway, and it was likely not easy for anyone to just ... get up here. She fumbled and took a moment, still admittedly not used to tapping into herself to pull out Richtersveld, but in short order, Shikora was replaced with a knight. ... One considerably weaker than the man in front of her, granted... Awkwardly, she fidgeted with the edge of her skirt. "I guess I'm one of you now? Something told me I was Richtersveld. Of Pluto, I think."

Camelot was very careful about how he carried her and how he put her down, making sure he was as polite as possible. He stepped back and let her gather herself, imagining she probably had some processing to do after something like that.
Of course, it was then HIS turn to be very surprised, and he blinked at her as she powered up. The familiar feeling of a Page greeted him, and he grinned ear to ear. So that feeling her got about her had been right, and her potential was ready to awaken.
"Well, look at that," he said, with a chuckle. He bowed his head graciously, greeting the other knight as any knight should. "It is an honor to meet you, Richtersveld. Funny how things work out, huh? At least now you understand why I was a little... uh. Awkward. Before. So! How long have you been powered up? Do you have any questions for me? I can do my best to answer them for you."
That was one of the things he was good at, after all. Providing information and aid to younger knights, new knights, or any knight that needed him. He extended these services to the other White Moon factions, of course, as his own son and future daughter in law were Senshi, and had a Guardian Cat.
"I know it can be a little overwhelming, awakening. I hope it wasn't too stressful."

When he bowed her head, she did so in turn. It was like they were meeting again. Just under different circumstances. Especially since he just said it was an honor to meet her. She felt her face flush just a tad at that, and she murmured a, "Please," quietly under her breath, attempting to shoo the greeting-compliment under the rug. She moved on quickly to the other things he was saying. "I suppose I do," offered Richtersveld, with a laugh. "I didn't expect to end up becoming like you within a short time after I met you, though." At least it resolved her uncertain thoughts about the permanence of this knight form. "Is this knight thing contagious?" Her tone was lightly teasing when she asked that question. It clearly wasn't a serious one. It was nice that Camelot was willing to answer her questions. Any answers she could glean, any information she could gather, any of it would be helpful. Whether it was for her own knowledge, or perhaps preferably, something she could relay to some of her patients. Part of her wondered if any of her patients were actually this far into this world, but she couldn't ask... "It wasn't," she licked her lip in thought, " too overwhelming, but surprising. I found a little terrarium?" Summoning her weapon, she lifted it up to show Camelot. "This little guy. I picked it up and, just like that. Couldn't figure out how to stop being this at first. Until I started to panic I wouldn't be able to take care of any patients." At the thought of her reaction at that time, she giggled. "But, anyway. How long have you been at this? You feel a lot more powerful than I do." Richtersveld would gather as much information from Camelot as she could before she needed to leave that night, feeling much more comfortable with the realities of the new knighthood she had been thrown into.
