Sailor Sailor Scout Attack: Paintball Blitz - Multicolored paint balls appear in Adelaide's hands, about the size of a tennis ball. She can throw them at her opponent, and they hold their shape long enough to cause an impact without about the force of a beanbag capable of bruising lightly or at the very least, distracting the opponent. Three times per battle.
Super Sailor Attack: Paintball Blitz Redux - Adelaide uses a paint-formed paintbrush to paint a series of blobby shapes in the air that are then thrown at her opponent. These maintain their solidity a little more securely than her Sailor attack, and can leave welts if thrown hard enough (at player discretion). Twice per battle.
Eternal Sailor Scout Attack: Paint by Numbers - Adelaide takes her paint-formed paintbrush to paint obstacles for her opponent (i.e. can be a slippery path of paint, a watery cross of paint to try and block them, etc.) These are not nearly as strong as the actual item is, but they are capable of at least slowing down whoever she's fighting and can cover a decent amount of area. Once per battle and can last up to 35 seconds.
