TRAIT Independent Jiashuai isn’t one for traditions or old rules. He thinks for himself and really hates people trying to control him. This mostly is for people who attempting to mold his life into what they are wanting or people who tell him what he is or isn’t allowed to do with his life. He doesn’t enjoy relying on people either, very free spirited
TRAIT Decisive Jiashuai never really has to debat over decisions or things he is going to do. If he has decided that he is doing something then it is going to happen whether the people around him like it or not. This also tends to be a problem because he will answer things with his heart and not his head. Which sometimes leads to trouble.
TRAIT Deceptive While not malicious, Jiashuai enjoys leading people astray and for lack of better words, lying to people. It’s entertaining to him to see what he can get away with. He doesn’t really mean anything bad by it, it’s just something he does to keep himself amused.
TRAIT Soft One of his best traits is his heart, Jiashuai is very soft hearted. It doesn’t take much to convince him to help someone. He’s the kind of person that would just go up to someone that seems upset and try and make them smile. He doesn’t like seeing people in a bad mood and likes helping, well unless helping them negatively affects him. He also tends to cry at sad movies and books quite easily.
TRAIT Self-Indulgent Jiashuai can be pretty selfish at times. Despite his soft heart, he tends to think more of his own well being than of those around him. This stems from the lack of control and selfish thinking he was allowed in his childhood. He feels that he dealt with enough and now it’s his turn to look out for just himself.
TRAIT Resourceful Jiashuai is a pretty quick thinker and clever when it comes to solving problems he has. If he has a problem you can bet it won’t be long before he has found a working solution, even if it isn’t a long term one.

EARLY CHILDHOOD Wen Jiashuai was raised as the Heir to the Wen family, a proud, long standing, very traditional pure blood house. His parents Wen Haoyang and Wen Ying Yue had been arranged to marry since they were children and thus cared very little for the other. They only cared about producing a proper Hier, which was supposed to be Jiashuai, the child who would put his family as a priority or so they believed. They even went as far as beginning his magical studies at home, to further his knowledge before he was to go to school. Growing up Jiashuai was a very mild mannered child, very kind and basically everything that his parents wanted in a child. He was unhappy growing up, he felt trapped in his own home. He was only really able to act like a child when he was around his Paternal Uncle Zhou, his father’s younger brother. He didn’t have many friends growing up other than his betrothed, Wu Yaling, and a few of his cousins, namely Zhang Dewei and Wen Kuai. Sure he enjoyed their company but it was all the same boring things, compliment Yaling and make sure she’s happy, tell his cousins about how he couldn’t play with them, despite wishing he could, because he had studies that he had to attend to. It was painfully boring for the boy.

SCHOOL YEARS Being sorted into into the HuangLong party was a rather large disappointment for Jiashuai’s parents, who had both been in party ChangLong. So they pushed him to further himself, to keep his grades in the top of his class despite not being in ChangLong. For awhile he went along with it, after all if he made them upset with him that would be worse for him in the long run. At the beginning of his second year though he found a deep love for Quidditch, he went to every game just to cheer on his party. This lead to him joining tryouts in his third year (without telling his mother and father)and ended up making the team as a reserve Keeper. He hide all of his Quidditch clothing with his Uncle or his roommate, Liu Yixing, who definitely approved of Jiashuai’s rebellious behavior. Though he didn’t actually get to play until his 4th year, much to his disappointment. The summer of his 4th year though his father found out about his Quidditch habits and gave the boy no other alternatives but to quit the team the upcoming year. Because of this Jiashuai decided to no longer make any attempts during classes or test, and ended up failing most of his L.O.T.U.S exams just out of spite. This lead to some rather tense altercations at during the summer (and quite possibly it would have been bad during the New Year Holiday but Jiashuai had refused to return home, and opted to stay in the dorms for the month break.) During what would have been his 6th year as a student, his Uncle Zhou just happened to let him know about a ‘summer home’ in England that he owned but didn’t really ever use. Jiashuai knew what his Uncle was trying to do but denied his help. Jiashuai knew that if he were to leave, then he wanted to do it on his own. He was tired of relying on people. Besides, he had a plan that he and Yixing had concocted during the previous school year. During the summer of 2042 before the start of his 7th year of schooling, with a tiny bit of a distraction from Yixing and the help of his father’s connections in the Chinese Ministry to steal himself a Portkey, grabbing one that would take him to the Quidditch World Cup for that year. Only taking his broom, a few changes of clothing, and quite a large sum of money that he had stolen from the family vault.
