Physical Description: Quite short at just over five feet tall and skiny, Jynesse doesn't look like she has the build of a smith, but she's certainly strong enough to wield a hammer. She has long, wavy, dark brown hair, and light tanned skin with a reddish hue. Her eyes are a grey-brown shade of hazel, and she has a long nose.
Personality: Jynesse is intelligent and creative. She's the sort of person who loves breaking things down or taking them apart to see how they work, and she is a fast learner. She enjoys her work and likes to make things, practical or not--most of her work involves smithing household objects for people or fixing what they already have, but she also likes to make intricate sculptures, toys, and trinkets when she has the time.
Much as she enjoys her work, however, she can be a bit obsessive about it, neglecting her social life in favor of her interests. She's at her best when she's in her element, but she has a particular way of doing things and hates being corrected. She doesn't respond well to unexpected change in general. She's always been an honest person, but she's blunt and rather awkward socially, not always understanding other people or what they do.

History: Jynesse grew up in a traveling group, trading goods and service as well as entertainment shows for room and board. She enjoyed her time with the group, though there were few other children her age to make friends with. As she got older, she developed a fascination for the smithing forges they encountered in the Holds, and she was eventually sent to the Smithcraft Hall as a full apprentice. Jynesse did well there and eventually walked the tables, becoming a journeyman at the age of twenty. She immediately left the Hall and joined up with a traveling troupe, much like the one she'd grown up with. They were fortunate enough to be sheltered in a Minor Hold in Keroon when the first Threadfalls occurred, but life on the road got a lot harder after that. When Jynesse and one of the other travelers were Searched recently, she was only too happy to go to High Reaches, a permanent home.
