A few years ago, Ella was running a few errands for her mother before going to stay at Conrads for the weekend. She came across a very shady young man who tried to make an advancement on her, only just managing to get out of his grasp, she ran as fast as she could, only to stumble down a hill and right into a river, where she would surely drown.
This is when she discovered her semblance, the water calmed around her as she floated under the waves slowly, she was able to manipulate the water around her in order to pull herself to safety and get to Conrads safely. Ella is very cautious around men, she never had her father around and has only ever had Conrad as a friend, for others always thought she was a strange girl, always reading books and testing her brain.
Eleanor has become a very able young woman, who in combat relies on her semblance and brain more than physical fighting. She got into Beacon with no issues, and wants to one day confront her father, and show him the two children in his life (that she knows of) that he's missed out on.

When Ella has her energy and aura she is able to activate her semblance which creates blades of complete water coming out of either side to make a weapon that she is able to manipulate with her semblance. Within the hilt are two hidden daggers, which she only uses in a total emergency if she is unable to use her semblance anymore, she is able to pull it apart from the middle and use these to defend herself. If she does not need these daggers, within the hilt is also the ranged form of her weapon, which when she pulls this apart turns into two slightly amusing water guns. When full of water, Ella can manipulate the water that shoots from them, making them shaped or just as hard as a bullet. This semblance is draining, Ella puts so much focus on to this in a fight however that she is a bit more able to maintain it than some others might be. Ella is able to switch this semblance off when it is not needed, making it not a permanent state from when she decided to activate it. █LEVEL 0 ▬ At level 0 this is in it's most basic form. Ella is able to control any water around her, however only focusing on one thing at a time - for example she can not have some water protecting her AND move the water from her melee form weapon, this would require too much at such a low level. Ella is able to manipulate the shape, pressure and movements of water at a 30 metre radius around her. Ella can maintain her weapon form for 10 posts at this level. The cooldown for this is 7 posts, although if she has no water she can no longer reactivate, unless using water around her. █LEVEL 1▬ In this form the amount of water she can control has improved, she can now control water with both of her hands, if focused enough. She will stick by her friends and is a loyal and very handy teammate to have around with her quick thinking and intelligence. █Negative Traits ▬ Ella becomes quite stressed when it comes to large groups or events, she likes to keep her surrounding friends small so that she is able to keep any eye on everyone and gets headaches when there are too many people as she wants to focus on them all.

█BACKGROUND ▬ Eleanor was born into a wealthy, stable family setting, or at least she thought she was. Her father is very well known and is extremely renowned in the military, however not for all the right reasons. Eleanor's father enjoyed spending time with multiple woman at once, and she is very close to her mother for these reasons. Ella knows who her father is, however does't really know him on much of a personal level.
Eleanor was introduced to her half brother Conrad when she was only tiny, and instantly took a liking to him. He has been the male role model in her life growing up, and has taken care of her whenever she needs it. She is close with her mother, however much she disapproves of her relationship with her brother Ella will remain close with them both.
Ella relies on Conrad for many things, a friend, a shoulder to cry on and a source of comfort for her. She can become stressed in crowds and hates being wrong or getting confused about something, for she is constantly trying to push herself past her limits a lot of the time.
A few years ago, Ella was running a few errands for her mother before going to stay at Conrads for the weekend. She came across a very shady young man who tried to make an advancement on her, only just managing to get out of his grasp, she ran as fast as she could, only to stumble down a hill and right into a river, where she would surely drown.
This is when she discovered her semblance, the water calmed around her as she floated under the waves slowly, she was able to manipulate the water around her in order to pull herself to safety and get to Conrads safely. Ella is very cautious around men, she never had her father around and has only ever had Conrad as a friend, for others always thought she was a strange girl, always reading books and testing her brain.
Eleanor has become a very able young woman, who in combat relies on her semblance and brain more than physical fighting. She got into Beacon with no issues, and wants to one day confront her father, and show him the two children in his life (that she knows of) that he's missed out on.
█ █ ╫ I N V E N T O R Y ╫
█PRIMARY WEAPON █ ▬ Aqua flare █ ▬ Aqua flare is a combination of three weapon forms, the first is a simple hilt with a hole at either end. When Ella has her energy and aura she is able to activate her semblance which creates blades of complete water coming out of either side to make a weapon that she is able to manipulate with her semblance. Within the hilt are two hidden daggers, which she only uses in a total emergency if she is unable to use her semblance anymore, she is able to pull it apart from the middle and use these to defend herself. If she does not need these daggers, within the hilt is also the ranged form of her weapon, which when she pulls this apart turns into two slightly amusing water guns. When full of water, Ella can manipulate the water that shoots from them, making them shaped or just as hard as a bullet. █Melee Form ▬ Melee weapon (Without the large part at the end) █Ranged Form ▬ Water guns █Other Form(s) ▬ █Ammo Type ▬ Since her ranged weapons are two water guns, Ella doesn't use ammo. Ella's semblance is able to control the water that fires from these guns, shaping and making them extremely hard just like bullets. █ ▬ If Ella's energy becomes low, her aura has gone or her semblance is used up, she is unable to manipulate the water flowing from her weapons forms and has to rely on sheer combat - something she is not the best at.

█NAME ▬ Hydrokinises █AURA COLOR ▬ Blue █DESCRIPTION █ ▬ Eleanor is able to manipulate any liquid water that is within 30 metres radius of her position, outwith the human body. Ella can change the shape, the current and the pressure of the water, making this a highly variable semblance that requires a lot of concentration and work for. This semblance is draining, Ella puts so much focus on to this in a fight however that she is a bit more able to maintain it than some others might be. Ella is able to switch this semblance off when it is not needed, making it not a permanent state from when she decided to activate it. █LEVEL 0 ▬ At level 0 this is in it's most basic form. Ella is able to control any water around her, however only focusing on one thing at a time - for example she can not have some water protecting her AND move the water from her melee form weapon, this would require too much at such a low level. Ella is able to manipulate the shape, pressure and movements of water at a 30 metre radius around her. Ella can maintain her weapon form for 10 posts at this level. █LEVEL 1▬ In this form the amount of water she can control has improved, she can now control water with both of her hands, if focused enough. Ella can maintain her weapon form for 12 posts at this level. (Through OOC chat and if approved, Ella can successfully encase others in water, attempting to drown them - she will still try this and perform this on npcs) █LEVEL 2▬ Eleanor is now able to manipulate water to a stronger level, and can make the density of the water thicker and more heavy for her opponents. Ella can maintain her weapon form for 14 posts at this level. █LEVEL 3 ▬ Ella is at her strongest at this point, the water she controls is stronger and at its most flexible. She can maintain this form for 15 posts. █DRAWBACKS ▬ Ella gets quite stressed in large groups and small areas, and gets quite bad headaches when this gets to her too much and Conrad isn't close. This in turn has a huge drawback on her ability to fight, as she needs to remain focused in order to control the water. If there is no water around her and she has ran out of her supply, Ella is rendered pretty useless, and becomes an easy target for anyone around her.

~Need clarification how many liters are in a medium size water bottle and how much ammo it would give for water guns. Can 1 bottle allow for any melee weapon be made on the semblance?
~For weapon itself, I suggest more use water dust so don't have be overly reliant on the semblance.
~How far is the effective range of the water bullets and what is the largest melee weapon you can create in size.

~Need examples of semblance use. Also need a max for the creations made with the water/ dimensions.
~durations need be reduced . for manipulation the sweet spot usually around 5-6 posts for pure manipulation of eleement.
