But none of that mattered right now. Right now it was a Saturday afternoon in the middle of summer semester in a city that really needed to be closer to the ocean. However, considering that driving to the ocean involved too much time and that the pool at her apartment was littered in families on allowing their small children to swim out energy, Anne-Marie had decided to make use of the open space of the park nearby.
Flopped down on the grass, wearing nothing more than her royal blue bikini and sunglasses, Anne-Marie had it on good mind that she would spend most of the afternoon there. Headphones in and a book at her side, nothing was going to bother her.
Nothing that was until a small child's birthday party got FAR too close with the water guns and one miss fired.
The blood scream that came from Anne Marie was only the start as she shoot upright, ripped off her sunglasses and glared fire at the child who stood there gazing in aw at the woman. It was a heartbeat or two before the child pulled the trigger again, blasting Anne-Marie in the face.
"Why you little brat!" She called out, pulling out her headphones and not watching where they went as she shot up, bare foot after the child who ran laughing from her before two more joined in, taking aim at the bikini wearing woman.
