Once a character finishes training to obtain Hatsu, you will be required to come to this thread and post their roll for which type of Nen User your character will become. Depending on the result of the roll, you will get one of six types. Each type has two predetermined sub-types. Each of these stats will have to distribute points into. For each point in the Aura Stat, your character will have equal Nen Points. For each point allocated to your Nen types, it goes up one level. They all start at 0 points until they receive Nen Points. You can only learn techniques of equal or lower level to the corresponding type. You Custom Hatsu Ability can dabble in abilities related to your Nen sub-types. Because of this your Nen sub-types cannot rise above half of your main type's level. If you're a Transmuter 20 points in that Nen type, you can have up to 10 points in Conjurer and Enhancer as well. The mods will instruct members on how using sub-types works in your Custom Hatsu Ability app or in Custom Technique apps.
Now, when choosing to go the route of the specialist, you must choose two other Nen Type to go alongside your Specialist ability. These two Nen Types will be the two Nen Types that will help determine your Specialist abilities, which you will have to customize in the application system for Nen Abilities. EVERY ability must apply to BOTH of those other two stats, but may also have other effects, even if they border on other Nen Types. Below is a chart explaining each Nen Type.
Enhancer: If a student increases the quantity of water in the glass during their water divination, they are an Enhancer (強化系, Kyōkakei). Enhancement is the ability to use aura to increase the natural abilities of an object or one's own body. Therefore, Enhancers are able to greatly increase their physical attack and defense and are best suited for close-ranged melee combat. Enhancement is the most balanced category, allowing users to spread themselves evenly between offense and defense and become very strong using only simple abilities. One of the examples of more complex Enhancement abilities include enhancing one's healing factor.
Transmuter: If a student changes the taste of the water in the glass during their water divination, they are a Transmuter (変化系, Henkakei). An affinity for Transmutation means a person can change the properties of their aura to mimic something else. Similar to Emission, things created via Transmutation are pure aura. Transmutation is often mistaken with Conjuration due to their similarities. A simple way of thinking about it would be that Transmutation allows your aura to mimic properties of a substance, whereas Conjuration allows you to change your aura into actual substances. Transmuters can copy the properties of real things. For example, Killua Zoldyck uses his aura to copy the properties of electricity. Transmuters can also give their aura properties that don't necessarily mimic real things; Hisoka's "Bungee Gum" copies and combines the properties of rubber and gum. Transmuted substances are invisible to people unaware of the existence of Nen.
Conjurer: If a student creates an object in the water in the glass during their water divination, they are a Conjurer (具現化系, Gugenkakei). Conjuration is the ability to create a physical, independent, material object out of one's aura. Once a person has mastered the conjuration of a certain object, they can conjure it and dispel it in an instant, whenever they want. Conjuration is the only way in which Nen can create things that ordinary people (unaware of Nen) can see and touch. Furthermore, objects or entities created by this technique have a subtle "independence" to them. This means that they can continue existing even if they were at a considerable distance from the Conjurer, or even if the Conjurer themselves are not aware that they have yet to be de-materialized. However the use of In can hide an object materialized from aura from experienced users of Nen. Conjured objects can have special abilities imbued into them. For example, the Phantom Troupe bandit, Shizuku, is able to conjure a vacuum cleaner that can infinitely suck up objects, but with the condition that it can't suck up living things and things made up of Nen. Similar to Manipulation, Conjuration abilities tend to be very specific, complex, and conditional. Conditions can be imbued into conjured objects to make them stronger. Kortopi, for example, is able to materialize a perfect copy of any non-living object that he touches. However, the copies of all objects generated will automatically disappear after 24 hours.
Emitter: If a student changes the color of the water in the glass during their water divination, they are an Emitter (放出系, Hōshutsukei). An affinity for Emission means that a user is capable of controlling the deployment of their aura while separating it from their body. Aura usually decreases in intensity very quickly when it is separated from the source body, but strong Emitters can separate their aura from their body for long-periods of time and still be able to maintain it. Some Emission abilities (such as Shachmono Tocino's) are commonly mistaken for Conjuration abilities. The two, however, are fundamentally different. Objects created by Emitters are created solely from aura, invisible to those whom haven't learned Nen, and require Manipulation skills to control.
Manipulator: If a student moves the leaf floating on the water in the glass during their water divination, they are a Manipulator (操作系, Sōsakei). Abilities belonging to Manipulators allow the user to control living or non-living things in a certain way, the main advantage being able to 'manipulate' enemies. The degree of control is principally determined by a condition that usually puts the manipulator at risk (attaching objects on the enemy, touching the enemy in a certain way) and of course the larger the risk, the better the degree of control.
Specialist: If a student causes some other effect during their water divination, they are Specialist (特質系, Tokushitsukei). It is possible that the effect that occurs can give some insight into how they should direct their ability. Specialization is anything that doesn't belong into the other five categories. This is the vaguest Hatsu category. For example, Kurapika's Specialist ability allows him to use all Hatsu types at 100% efficiency, but only when his eyes glow red, a trait of the Kurta Clan. Chrollo Lucilfer's Specialist ability allows him to steal any other Nen ability (provided that the right conditions have been fulfilled). Neon Nostrade's specialization ability is unique, as it seems she uses only the abilities of Conjurer and Manipulator out of any of the other five Hatsu types. It is possible to become a Specialist later in life, although it is more likely for Manipulators or Conjurers which is why it is placed at the bottom of the chart.

Split Description: While Xian Tel is generally the most easy going and relaxed individual anyone could know, he has a fiery personality hidden within him. When in the presence of evil, Xian can often snap and become violent and vulgar. It has always been said about him that he would probably split into two people one day. Well that encompasses most of what this is. Xian's main ability relies on his natural ability to manipulate the flow of his Nen. He forces the aura to vibrate at a frequency so bizarre that it splits Xian's body into two forms, one an Enhancer, the other a Transmuter. They are both Nen bodies, but also Xian's original body simultaneous, therefore are still linked. They share the same HP, Stamina, Aura, and all other stats. They are Xian and Tel.
Xian is his typical self. He's relaxed, always having a good time. He speaks well and tried never to say harsh things. He's supportive. He likes basically everyone. He knows who his enemies are, but that doesn't stop him from being chatty. Xian is an Enhancer. His abilities manifest in years of combat training with his uncle and survival all around Orca Jungle. The techniques he's capable of using are all mostly basic, but can become extreme depending on how much of their mutual pool of aura is spent.
Tel is and outspoken, arrogant, vile-tongued individual who couldn't give a damn what he says to anyone. Nobody likes him except for Xian and that's just cuz they're the same person in reality. Xian has a pension for cussing people out and kicking them in the mouth. He doesn't always do it, but it's most common way of attacking someone for whatever reason he's come up with. He's just generally mad at everyone, but when he's locked onto an enemy, he comes into perfect focus. He has a goal and we won't stray at that point. He'll still be his same self, but nothing will get him distracted. Xian is rather skilled at roping in his concentration when Tel isn't thinking straight.
Nen Type: Specialist Nen Sub-Types: Enhancer & Transmuter
Vow: Never stay split for more than two days. Punishment: Stay separated forever and become two, separate beings, losing all of their Nen abilities. [Mod permission to make new RPCs if that happens?]
Passive Abilities:
Monstrous Aura: Xian Tel's base Aura Stat is increased by 200 points. Indomitable Fortitude: Xian Tel's base Stamina Stat is increased by 200 points. Enhanced Regeneration: Xian Tel regenerates HP, Stamina, and Aura and double the rate of normal.
Techniques:
Split Xian concentrates on separating his Nen into two forms and splits his own body into two, identical clone of himself, one an Enhancer named Xian, and the other a Transmuter named Tel. Xian uses raw, traditional power up based techniques and hard hitting strikes. Tel uses fire-based attacks of various forms, but is primarily a close-range fighter like his other half. Xian and Tel share HP, Stamina, and Aura, but do not share any other stats. The both of them also get their own standard actions to perform techniques and attack. And just like anyone else, they get an additional standard action per 100 Speed Stat. At any point, if both Xian and Tel are able to grab hands, they can merge back together at no cost. Point Cost: 1SP / 5 Aura Nen Type: Specialist Requirements: N/A
Raw Power; 25% Xian takes a defensive stance while channeling Aura through his whole body. His muscles begin to pulse with extra energy and allow his strikes to hit harder. This increases the Strength Stat by 25% of the max Aura Stat. This lasts until another technique is used. Point Cost: 10SP / 50 Aura Nen Type: Enhancer Requirements: N/A
Point-Blank Tel uses this technique right before a punch would connect and snaps the punch without making contact. Instead, an explosion of Nen flame erupts from his fist and slams into the target. This deals damage equal to 25% of the max Aura stat. Point Cost: 10SP / 50 Aura Nen Type: Transmuter Requirements: N/A

This is exactly what kinda stuff I wanna see for a Specialist. APPROVED. And yeah. I mean if your character loses all Nen for the punishment, we can transfer over a portion of your SP to a new RPC and start you from Level 1.

Valhöll Description: Even as a child, the concept of power and redemption had always been on the forefront her mind. Her father's position in society granted her an unprecedented look at the operations of those in higher seats of power, and in her youth Veronif had always associated with the children of crime lords and mafia bosses alike. Yet all Veronif ever saw growing up was pure greed and chaos borne from powerful men and women who operated above the law – chaos that her father so fervently defended in the courts. Veronif’s father had always taught her to pick her battles and the importance of winning on pure merit and wits alone. With that in mind, Veronif chose early on to never allow herself to stray down the same path her father did. She would never sell her soul to defend others who didn’t deserve it. Much of her decision to break from her family was a result of this. Upon her departure, Veronif swore to gain power only as a means to help others. She swore to always be judicious about the battles she picks, to never fight solely for money and power.
It turns out that her Hatsu grants Veronif such power through the path of least resistance - following in the footsteps of most enhancers, Veronif's Valhöll functions much like one would expect - through the use of her Hatsu, Veronif can boost her physical attributes (namely defensive and offensive capabilities) to incredible levels beyond that of normal limits. Her status as an enhancer grants her a unique physiology, granting her boost in her natural power, and with specific techniques, Veronif is able to enhance her raw power to superhuman levels, but with one major caveat: the boosts in offense and defense are allocated to one side each: her raw physical offensive power is localized to her left (non-dominant) arm, while her defensive power is localized to her right (dominant) arm - a testament to the more defense-driven nature of her abilities. As an Enhancer, Veronif’s regenerative capabilities are also naturally enhanced, and through certain techniques she can push her regenerative factor to inhuman levels and extend these capabilities temporarily to others.
In Norse mythology, Valhöll (aka Valhalla, the hall of the slain) is an enormous hall in Asgard that is ruled by Odin. Half of the viking warriors slain in battle are taken to Valhalla by the valkyries, and the other half are taken to Fólkvangr. According to legend, the hall is majestic and "gold-bright", with a roof of made of shields and spears for rafters. The vast space is filled with feasting tables, with breast plates for seats. The einherjar spend their days in combat, and their evenings in Valhalla where their wounds are healed as they feast on the meat of Saehrimnir and mead from the goat Heidrun - an endless supply of food and drink.
Nen Type: Enhancer Nen Sub-Types: Transmuter, Emitter
Vow: Valhöll must only be used to serve and protect a cause that Veronif deems worth fighting for. Punishment: If this vow is broken, Veronif’s body will be stricken with rapid peripheral neuromuscular degeneration, resulting in a near total paralytic state for the rest of her life – a fate to her that is worse than death.
Passive Abilities:
Fortitude of the Valkyrie: Befitting of a true angel of death, Veronif's base endurance stat is increased by double its base value. Berserker Rage: The power of the ancients courses through her veins, blessing her with double the value of her base strength. Fólkvangr: When standing within a 15ft radius of Veronif, damage done to others is reflected onto her as well at 10% power. All but fatal attacks are fair game. This is used to passively charge Glasir.
Techniques:
Einherjar In Norse mythology, Einherjar are the spirits of the Viking warriors slain in battle that were selected by Valkyries to live in Valhalla. They spend their days fighting and their nights feasting, all in preparation for Ragnarok. Viking warriors aspired to be einherjar when they died. A general enhancer technique wherein Veronif uses her nen to power every cell in her body, fortifying it to give her enhanced strength and defense. The unique aspect of Einherjar is that unlike traditional enhancer techniques, Einherjar is split between Veronif’s left and right sides, where her left side (she refers to as Gungnir) is focused solely on the offensive aspect while her right side (she refers to as Svalinn) is focused solely on the defensive aspect. Any and all attacks hitting her right side have reduced effectiveness, decreasing the damage she receives to only 75% of its effective power, while the other 25% effective power is absorbed and used to power the technique (no aura cost for that post). Consequently, her left side is much more vulnerable, where she will receive double the damage if an attack lands on her left. The loss of defensive potential is made up for in the immense boost in her offensive power – upon activation of this technique, she receives a 13% boost in melee accuracy for all attacks from her left side. When enhanced with this technique, her strikes, though they pack a punch, seem to also have an added piercing effect. (ie. If she were to punch a wall, the damage would be pointed conical in shape instead of blunt spherical). Upon activation, Veronif’s nen becomes a visible shroud of fiery/wispy ghost-like silver armor. The Norse wrote of a legendary shield and a legendary spear. Svalinn is the name of the shield the Norse gods placed in front of the chariot of the sun, and legend dictated that if the shield ever fell, the land and oceans would burn. Gungnir is the legendary spear of Odin, crafted by the Dwarves, and legend dictated that Gungnir was crafted with such balance that it could strike any target, regardless of the strength or skill of the wielder. Point Cost: 10 SP / 50 Aura to activate, 5 Aura/post to maintain and reactivate Nen Type: Enhancer, Transmuter Requirements: N/A
Glasir In Norse mythology, Glasir is the name for a tree, described as the most beautiful among gods and men that bears golden red leaves, that stands outside the doors of Valhalla. Glasir is powerful enhancer technique wherein Veronif bathes each and every one of her cell with nen to power their processes. A beautiful golden aura is emitted from her body, taking on the appearance of golden roots that wrap around her body and the bodies of anyone within a 5 foot radius of her. Anything the roots touch acquires a temporarily (1 post to describe, just for funsies) enhanced healing factor, giving them a complete return of 25% of their maximum HP. It is believed that this regenerative factor may be powerful enough to bring the freshly dead back to life, but this has yet to be tested (for reference, if those who recently died in battle are revived with Glasir, they are revived with +5% of their HP recovered). Point Cost: 10 SP / 50 Aura Nen Type: Enhancer, Emitter Requirements: Veronif must have accumulated sufficient damage (below 15% max HP) before it can be used; must not be using Einherjar at the time of activating Glasir.
Ragnarök In Norse mythology, Ragnarök (The Doom of the Gods) is regarded as the end of their mythical cycle. It is a destiny that the gods themselves are aware of and are in constant preparation for. At the end, the ravaged land sinks beneath the ocean, only to return for the cycle/creation to begin anew. After the conditions are met for the use of Ragnarök, 90% of all available Aura and Stamina is consumed, and their values are totalled and divided by 10 for the damage multiplier. A wispy black aura then surrounds Veronif (known as Ginnungagp), signifying the successful initiation of the technique. She then has a 5 post window to strike, and multiplier is applied to the damage of her attack. The Norse referred to the void before creation (and after Ragnarok) as Ginnungap, a bottomless abyss. After the use of this technique, the consumption of Aura and Stamina will render Veronif virtually incapacitated, making it a powerful all-or-nothing last ditch attack. Point Cost: 10SP / 90% of current Aura Nen Type: Enhancer, Transmuter Requirements: Can only be used after Einnherjar and Glasir have been used at least once in battle, with 50% or less HP.
Indulgences Description: Praise to the god Bacchus and his many, many an orgy. To those in his court, he allowed them to imbibe the finest of wine and eat delectable meals. They would be met with anything their hearts desired. Now, in modern days indulgences come in wider varieties and most commonly in the form of drugs and alcohol. Yami is quite fond of these indulgences and has, since a young age, participated in such things. He has a heavy dependency on alcohol and chemical substances. From this, Yami gains his abilitiues. He is able to increase his physical abilities based on gaining additional power from how much he has indulged, and summoning items using Aura and the power gained from indulging as the price. He can use his nen to conjurer his indulgences, allowing him to gain points, and other effects based on his indulgences, such as his drug use, drinking, and smoking.
Every time Yami partakes in one of the following, he gains one stack of Indulgences. Uses a cigarette Drinks alcohol Eats level 3 or higher food items Gains a point of intoxication Getting laid wink As more things that can be considered Indulgences appear, this list may grow
Indulgence stacks affect the different techniques of this ability. Enhancement type techniques all scale by 5% per stack of Indulgences. Conjurer abilities consume stacks of Indulgences to be used. All abilities require anywhere up to a total of ten stacks in order to be used, forcing Yami to spend money on items to increase his stacks. Stacks will only decay if Yami has not gained a stack of Indulgences for [3] posts. On the third post, a point will be deducted and each post after as well.
Nen Type: Specialist Nen Sub-Types: Enhancer & Conjurer
Vow: Must never fall to 0 Indulgence and remain for more the three days. Punishment: May never partake in smoking, drinking, drugs, level 3 or higher food, or sex ever again. This renders his Nen ability useless as he cannot gain power.
Passive Abilities:
Well of Aura: Yami's Aura pool is larger than most. The base Aura Stat is doubled. Pool of Life: Yami can take more hits than normal. His base Endurance Stat is doubled. Professional Addict: Yami is used to always feeling inebriated. He is unaffected by the Intoxication system's drawbacks and may gain an unlimited amount of points without fear of death.
Techniques:
Summon Liquor This technique allows Yami to conjure forth a single shot of liquor made of nen. His ability to summon his indulgences allows him to recreate the effects of an alcoholic item. This shot must be taken within ten seconds of being summoned or it will vanish. Taking the shot counts as drinking alcohol and it also gives Yami a point of intoxication. Point Cost: 3SP / 15 Aura Nen Type: Conjurer & Specialist Requirements: Must have at least two stacks of Infulgences
"Speed" Yami focuses for a few seconds and increases his focus, increasing his ability to see incoming attacks. This allows him to gain a 5% increase to the Evasion Stat per stack of Indulgences. This lasts for 5 rounds of combat. Point Cost: 5SP / 25 Aura Nen Type: Enhancer & Specialist Requirements: Must have at least three stacks of Indulgences
Roid Rage Yami's body begins by heating up and then his muscles begin to swell slightly. His raw physical power enhances as well, granting an increase of 5% to the Strength Stat per stack of Indulgences. This lasts for 5 rounds of combat. Point Cost: 5SP /25 Aura Nen Type: Enhancer & Specialist Requirements: Must have at least three stacks of Indulgences

Resubmitting with an update. I was unaware we can double our base stats. I just knew about the 200 stat limit. I gotta go for double.
[Mod permission to make a new RPC if that happens?]
Passive Abilities:
Monstrous Aura: Xian Tel's base Aura Stat is doubled. Indomitable Fortitude: Xian Tel's base Stamina Stat is doubled.
