The Forest was darker than she was used to it being. Something strange was in the air that night, she could sense it. She wandered through the twisty maze trying to find the spring she was so used to visiting, but with it being even darker than her vision could pierce through she got twisted around and was completely lost. "Dammit" she screamed into the dark forest. She heard a few birds flap their wings as the flew off from the surrounding trees. She leaned up against a tree and began to use the trees to guide her back to a familiar spot. For over an hour she wandered around like this until she came to a small clearing. "********" She was exhausted. "This is as good a place as any to relax until daylight I suppose" She threw her back down on the ground and laid down beside it. There was enough moonlight for her to barely make out the surrounding perimeter. She sighed and began to rummage through her bag. She pushed her short dark purple hair back from her piercing Icy blue eyes. She pulled out her hammock and began to string it between two trees. She clipped her back to the bottom of the hammock and climbed in beginning to relax. "So much for night swimming and demon hunting. These conditions not even a demon would be out" She reached her hand back and placed it on the handle of her katana ready for anything to strike out.
