Ninja Art: Celestial RainRank: B Range: 0 ft. The user grapples the opponent. By activating the whip form of the blade; the user utilizes their chakra to break the whip into flying pieces. Using the empty hilt as command stick; the flying chakra filled blades loop around the enemy. Cutting and stabbing into them once for every 8pieces of blade. Fire Style: Burning CoilRank: C Range: 10ft or more Description: By covering the blade Fire chakra; the lashed blade whip releases a wave of fire towards the enemy(ies). Can be charged for a 8% increase in damage and range. Can be used with consecutive lashes at cost of more chakra. Requirements: Whip form activated Permission: Makoto(anyone he teaches)

Lord’s PunishmentRank: S Range: 0ft Description: By knocking/hurling the enemy upward; the user releases the blade into its flying pieces; controlled by chakra. The eight blade pieces aggressively maul the opponent that’s airborne. Only to wrap around the enemy. Controlled through a chakra stream through the hilt of the blade. Once the pulled enemy is within range; the user finishes the technique with a punch/kick to the enemies head. Slamming their head into the ground. Requirements: Shroud of Eternal Beginnings activated Permission: Makoto, Fumihiko clan(anyone taught this skill)

Break ApartRank: B Range: 15ft Description: By filling the blade whip with their own chakra; the user can break his/her sword into 8 deadly pieces. Each piece is laced with chakra as is the hilt of the blade. With hilt in hand as a command stick; the user can control the 8pieces to fly around and attack their enemy(ies). Rank: C Range: 0-1mile Description: Anyone marked with a specific matching seal(based on the users choice) as the jutsu user; are granted 15% healing from the caster. The 15% healing effects minor cuts, wounds and bruises. If the wearer of the seal goes even the slightest bit past the 0- 1mile rang; the seal will immediately fade away and the wearer will lose all healing benefits. Requirements: Must know the Mystic palm technique prior to this skill Permission: Makoto, of anyone he teaches

Rank: C Range: 0 Description: The user coats their hands/feet in focused wind chakra. Causing spheres of wind to encase their hands/feet. If placed on the users feet, the user gains a 25% boost to their speed. if struck the target is also cut up and sliced by the fast wrapping of wind around the users hands/feet. The user can disperse the wind into strong targeted blasts of wind chakra that can push threats away. Once the chakra has been focused in a singular blast; it deactivates the technique and must be reactivated. Requirements: Wind chakra nature. Must be taught Permission: Hisagi

Rank: B Range: 0- 2miles Description: The sister jutsu of Makoto’s Maiden’s Reach jutsu. Through the same concept; The caster places a kanji of their choice on the body of their ally. When the user focuses their chakra, in this jutsu; the jutsu heals the kanji wearer by 45% while giving them a 15% boost their chakra regeneration. As long as the placed kanji is not removed the wearer will always reap the benefits of this casters jutsu. If the kanji wearer steps outside of the 2mile radius of this jutsu, the kanji will fade away. The kanji is susceptible of being removed from water. Requirements: Mystic Palm Technique and Maidens Reach but be learned first Permission: Makoto(anyone he reaches)

Rank: C Range: 0 Description: Focusing their chakra throughout their body, the user coats their skin in a layer of chakra. This thin layer of chakra enhances the users defensive capabilities by 45%. Allowing them to endure more damage. Taijutsu from D is nullified. Taijutsu from C Rank is lessened by 50%. Taijutsu from B Rank is lessened by 25%. Taijutsu from A-S Rank are not effected by this jutsu and will have full effect. Requirements: Must have the Healer/Doctor job Permission: Makoto(anyone he teaches)
