There was a dinky Negaverse aura on the edge of Cor Caroli's senses. A teeny little black spot. A fly on the wall. Unlike most flies, however, this spot seemed to be stationary, not intimidated by something bigger approaching. There were two possible conclusions to be drawn here: either the Lieutenant on the other side of the aura was a go-getter and a gambler willing to take the risk of getting clobbered by someone one level above him, or the poor sucker fresh that he had no idea what that weird feeling he got was. Either way, it merited investigation.
Cor Caroli approached the bus overhang where Qusongite sat, hailing the Lieutenant in greeting. "Evening, Lieutenant!" he called out, being a bit too casual, but as far as he was concerned, that opened things up for peaceful dialogues. "Are the buses running on schedule today? I guess none of them have come by, or they'd wonder how you got up there."
