When Laki opens the sundial, the needle in the compass begins to spin and creates a small storm vortex that is directed towards a single target. If the target is caught in vortex they are overcome with a surge of conflicting emotions that may have them freezing up.

When Laki opens the sundial, the needle in the compass begins to spin and creates two small storm vortex that is directed towards the target(s). If caught in the vortex, they are overcome with a surge of conflicting emotions that may have them freezing up or redirecting the conflict upon another. May affect up to 4 targets (two per vortex).

*Targets can escape the vortex or be removed by other parties assuming all parties are not caught within.
