The unfortunate fight against the group of White Moon Senshi and their knights left Uvarovite with a few questions and a glaring realization about his abilities regarding the Negaverse and his place in it. It wasn't a realization that he liked but it was clear enough and ignoring it was not going to do anything for him but cause problems. One had to be able to acknowledge both strengths and weaknesses. And Uvarovite had one glaring weakness.

He was far too old to keep up with the senshi physically, even with the Chaos enhancements.

It was never good to have to admit that he was old, older, but it was the truth. The senshi would have had been able to physically overpower him easily, were able to overpower the with magic. The magic had been too much despite the training Tourmaline had him keep up with and the others that had been out with them. No matter how much he trained his body he would not be able to keep up with people half his age. It would be a pipe dream to think otherwise.

The only saving grace had been his Pet. The youma was strong, their bond stronger, and the creature had been able to come to his rescue as soon as they needed it. The youma had been able to take the brunt of anything thrown at him. Without the Pet he would be no match for the Senshi or their counterparts. Even with how useful the Pet was here was a limit to its power and that was something that needed to be dealt with. He knew there had to be ways to make them stronger.

He just needed to find the right one.

His work in the lab was helping, understanding how the youma worked and what sorts of energy gave then more power was one step toward his goal. It wasn't enough though. Energy orbs and star seeds only did so much and the power boosts it gave them were only temporary. If he wanted his Pet to be stronger he needed a permanent solution. Something that would physically boost The Pet had to exist. There was only so much in their databases, the information on youma severely lacking for how often they used them.

Merging The Pet with an officer was a potential option but that would require at least a General to get the power boost he needed and Uvarovite knew that was pushing things a bit too far. Axenite was bound to notice if he did that.

The only other option was ...

His weapon. That was something he hadn't thought of before. Their weapons were magical, made of Chaos he assumed, and that would give the youma a power boost that would be permanent, at least he assumed. If a weapon was inside a youma then it would keep the power, right? He knew how willing The Pet was to do as he asked, how easily he had trained the youma to do his wishes. How hard could it be to get the youma to agree to absorbing his weapon?
