XXXXXRyuzu arsenal in ninjutsu is downright vast. Vast enough for it to be his specialty in terms of abilities. In general, Ryuzu is a very versatile man with high proficiency in countless areas. His nature transformations include Lightning, Wind, Earth, Water along with Yin release. From his various of travels, Ryuzu has learned many forms of ninjutsu, including fūinjutsu, barrier ninjutsu, juinjutsu, space-time ninjutsu where he can utilize snakes to his advantage on both offense and defense and even his clan knowledge in juinjutsu. It's because of his vast knowledge in jutsu that Ryuzu was famed as the Sinister Viper, utilizing methods of jutsu to halt, slow or drain his opponent(s) like poison from his snake sumons, fūinjutsu, juinjutsu, etc...before delivering the final blow with signature techniques; The Cursed Seal and his Chakra Scalpel.
Through his clan's signature techniques; the Cursed Seal, Ryuzu understood the ways of nature energy and using it to amplify his chakra, abilities and techniques. To an extent, he is viewed as a Sageless Sage because of it. Due to his research with medical ninja and studying with them, he discovered his other signature technique; Chakra Scalpel which he uses in combat, tearing people apart from the inside out striking their internal organs. Ryuzu took it a step further by combining his chakra scalpel with his curse mark and senju dna to create either a longer blade or his most powerful variant, his Sickle Scythe jutsu which acts not only a weapon, but also a classified fūinjutsu.

XXXXX Very well balanced out with his Ninjutsu and Genjutsu, his Taijutsu skills are highly notable, in which he mostly uses in order to find out his opponents strengths and weaknesses. Ryuzu in taijutsu alone is able to go up against some of the most difficult fighters. In taijutsu, Ryuzu fights under the principles of Muay Thai and Kickboxing.

XXXXXWhile used less often, he has also shown proficient skill in genjutsu, which he can use as a set-up for stronger attacks. His skill in its usage is able to easily deceive most opponents with well-timed diversions, giving his opponents little chance to counter.

XXXXXAs a shinobi, Ryuzu is an observant and sharp thinker, capable of reading through deception. He can formulate complicated plans well in advance and accurately predict how others will act in a given set of circumstances. Even on the rare occasions where Ryuzu is caught off-guard, he is capable of creating counter-strategies while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor. He is flexible when the situation calls for it, using alternate means to achieve his objective when his original plan fails. His mental endurance is also noteworthy, fighting off against shinobi who uses jutsu on the mind, such, as members of the Yamanaka clan.
Though Ryuzu has large amounts chakra, his stamina and how he controls it in battle and training is what gets him highly recognized. Allowing him to use multiple techniques quickly with the minimum necessary chakra and to their highest level, this is also very much supported due to having Senju DNA within him. Ryuzu's control also allows him to perform various techniques, with few to no hand seals. This is his main training session when he's not on a mission or with anyone else in Amegakure or even traveling. Because of his large chakra reserves, he's able to withstand and perform jutsus with much stronger power and potency.
Even though some countries and nations may be or have been allied with Amegakure, Ryuzu prowess formerly enlisted him in each nation’s bingo book and even had him issued flee-on-sight orders were given to enemy shinobi should they ever see him. Despite his ranking, his power and skill has him compared to that of even a Kage.

XXXXXRyuzu grew up under his aunt and uncle due to his parents being KIA as shinobi. Under the tutelage of his uncle, he learned the ways of the clan in their techniques and jutsu before Ryuzu set out on being a shinobi himself. Ryuzu wasn’t known to be a prodigy, just a regular guy who worked hard to develop his skill set to earn what he currently has. However, Ryuzu suffers from an unknown illness that was discovered around the age of 7. An illness that threatens to take away his life if gone without treatment. Bringing the issue up to the former Amekage who was in office at the time along with several connections between him and other villages, Ryuzu became a test subject where being involved with the likes of Senju DNA. Despite other subjects wounding up being failures, the DNA managed to place the illness on an definitive halt so it wouldn’t spread across his body. Thankful for the DNA, Ryuzu took this as his way a second chance of life. Of course, being its from the famed Senju clan, came with some perks. The most known perk, extra chakra reserves.
Enrolling in the academy, Ryuzu outclassed and moved on up to being a genin in the next set of months, being the youngest genin to exist in Amegakure history, and also the only genin to become Chūnin in only a matter of months thanks to his discipline, handwork, and dedication to being a shinobi. From the rank of Chūnin, Amegakure had consistently tested Ryuzu as a leader alongside his abilities already in secrets of him becoming an elite ninja. As a chūnin to jōnin is where Ryuzu took on many of his missions. It’s also during that time where he took on missions where even the clients had personally recommended him on fulfilling. Only a year after when he finally officially achieved the rank of jōnin while he remained in the village.
Of course, being from Amegakure, Ryuzu had to face many times of struggles being in between Great Nations and having to endure their at times meaningless squabbles. Because of their influence, Ryuzu developed a more cold nature and desire to learn as much as he can in hopes to one day establish Amegakure as a nation that isn’t to be taken lightly. Time has passed on from that personal declaration where Ryuzu had to assist Amegakure in leading their own set of troops in the midst of the war between two other nations. It was there where things had changed for Ryuzu. Coming into contact with both opposing nation troops and launching themselves into battle, almost every member in each troop had lost their lives….all but three. Ryuzu, being one of them. It was this battle where Ryuzu prowess and his moniker scattered over the shinobi world.
After his battle that cemented his fame and he had to report back to Amegakure, Ryuzu couldn’t help but think of the two he had faced, and the gap in knowledge of jutsu he felt he had with them. There was more he needed to learn and he couldn’t do that staying here at home. Thus influenced him to leave his village and set out throughout the shinobi world and study many cultures and their jutsus, while training to hopefully challenge those two again and this time overcome them both. Though, as that personal goal remains, being on his travels gave Ryuzu a chance to truly be at peace with himself. Keeping in contact with his home, if ever there was a case where the village would need him, Ryuzu would easily come back and assist from the shadows. Otherwise, he assists them from outside the village borders alongside assisting himself in getting stronger than ever. With always on honing his skills and wandering around learning new things, his overall power trusted his name in the same conversations as other Kages; whether he is either relative to them in power or even exceeding them.
