With his team lending him chakra, Akaboshi can slam his hand onto the ground and cause lightning to spread from his hand to underneath the opponent. Flies through all nearby and willing shinobi that have trained in Korabo with the user, prior to spreading out from the user's hand. Gains an extra rank of chakra and power for every extra shinobi that it passes through before returning to the user.

Charging electrical Chakra throughout the entire body, the Shinobi makes his or her skin light up brightly. With an additional five Chakra, the user can control this bright glow to make the light flicker, using it as a code or a signal. An additional five Chakra allows the user to create a flicker so bright it can blind anyone who looks directly at him or her for a post.
▰ Lightning Clone [ Raikou Bunshin no Jutsu ] | Rank E
A typical clone, formed from lightning. One can easily touch and hold this clone like it was in fact an actual person, however when it is attacked it quickly disperses into a burst of electricity. It is also able to attack using Taijutsu; however, its ability to attack is around 1/10 the user’s. In return for this weakness, its attacks deliver shocks of electricity to the opponent's body.
▰ Static Strings [ Seidenki Ito no Jutsu ] | Rank E
This skill allows the user to create strings of electricity that can either act physically as strings, or as a medium that can send small shocks to an opponent. When the strings are placed around an area, they are often fairly difficult to see, and unnoticed by the quick eye. The strings can then be used to detect movement: the static strings form into a string of electricity, but with such a weak current that it is rarely noticed by Shinobi who accidentally walks through the strings. When this happens, the user will immediately feel a small shock where the strings make contact with the body.
▰ Electrical Resistance Training [ Teikou no Kuntou ] | Rank E Passive
A passive skill that prevents the user from being harmed inadvertently from the creation of the Raiton Chakra used in his or her own techniques. A person who doesn't learn this skill will generally feel pain when performing their own Raiton techniques, whereas one who learns this ability tends to notice that minor shocks generally do not hurt them as badly.

The user vents electric Chakra from his or her entire body, causing anyone that touches or attacks him or her to receive minor electrical shocks and burns. The Shinobi cannot move while in this state.
▰ Cloud Wisp [ Ichijou no Kumo no Jutsu ] | Rank D
By forming Raiton Chakra into his or her hands, the user creates a cloud that is infused with Chakra. The formation process takes a post, and after the cloud is complete the user transfers all of his or her consciousness to the cloud to take control of it. While controlling the cloud, the user can see and hear from the perspective of the cloud. Destroying the cloud is very easy: physical attacks, Ninjutsu, almost anything can dispel the technique, returning the user to consciousness, but if one were to use Genjutsu on the cloud it would immediately dispel and the user would be afflicted with the Genjutsu that was used without even knowing it.

A simple technique in concept and execution, in which the user performs the necessary hand seals and then emits a short bolt of lightning from his or her hand. This is a simple bolt, akin to a fireball, as opposed to being a continuous stream. On impact, the target will suffer minor electric shocks and numbness in the area it strikes.
▰ Lightning Transformation [ Raikou Henge no Jutsu ] | Rank D
When performing this skill, the user transforms into an extremely quick 'strand' of lightning. In this quick state, nothing is done slowly - everything is in a rush for the user. However, this strand of lightning is incapable of changing directions on its own. It can only change directions by bouncing off another object, such as a tree or a boulder, but the user is capable of bouncing off in any angle they wish to. The transformation automatically dissipates when the user makes contact with a living target: being in a state similar to lightning, the user plunges completely into their target, and ends up in their physical state on the other side of their opponent. In addition to giving the target a painful electrical shock, this skill may cause temporary paralysis [lasting one post]. Because of the fast speeds associated with this skill, the user will feel dizzy, confused, and often nauseous for some time afterward. This technique can be used in conjunction with other Jutsu, such as the Call of Lightning Technique, or the Lightning Clone Technique, to confuse the opponent. However, no skills can be used in this state. The user can dispel the technique at any time.
▰ Current Transfer Technique [ Nagare Tensou no Jutsu ] | Rank D
The user creates an electrical current in his or her hand; this current can then be transferred onto any weapon he or she happens to be holding at that moment, be it a Kunai, Senbon, Shuriken, or even a sword. The next physical attack he or she performs is charged with this electrical current; if he or she blocks a weapon attack with a weapon, the current transfers over shocking the attacker. If by chance the user is not carrying a weapon, he or she can transfer the current into the opponent's weapon or can directly hit him with this current to shock the target.

Jibashiri is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. After soaking her opponent with a Suiton, Fuuka will unleash an electric current which will run along the ground towards her opponent. After forming the needed hand seals, the user will unleash an electric current that will follow a trail of water until it hits something. If there is no water, the electric current will only move in a single direction. The current has a strong enough shock that it can cause temporary paralysis [lasting one post] and minor burns.
▰ Wave of Inspiration [ Kangekiha ] | Rank C-S
Kangekiha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. Darui will first create a protective wall of water using his or her Suijinheki Jutsu. He will then form the needed hand seal and emit a bolt of electricity into the water which will increase its defensive effectiveness and stun any targets who attempt to pass through. After forming the needed hand seal, the user will shoot a bolt of electricity in to a small body of water or Suiton technique, permeating it with electricity. The electricity is strong enough to stun anyone that comes in to contact with the water. Further clarification: Going through a well known conductor will negate the elemental weakness.

The user takes one post to channel a large amount of electricity into a limb, making the Chakra visible. Upon contact with the opponent, the electricity is shot into him or her and the target’s weight doubles, making it harder for the victim to move.

An off-shoot of the Electric Overdose Technique, after the user channels a large amount of electricity in to his or her hand, making the Chakra visible, the user can attack a specific body area of his or her opponent and fire electricity into it once. Whatever area is struck the muscles immediately begin to constrict and twitch in extreme pain and causes the limb to be unable to move.

An upgraded version of Lightning Bolt, this Jutsu works the same way except now it is a continuous blast of electricity. The blast can be ended prematurely by the user. A target hit by this technique will experience quite painful electric shocks, however they are still relatively minor. Requires knowing Raikurai no Jutsu [Lightning Bolt Technique to learn. Learning this technique takes up the same slot as the standard form, but either version can be used, for different costs.
▰ Control Loss [ Seishuu Sonshitsu ] | Rank C
After forming electricity into the dominant hand, the user delivers a palm strike to the target’s body. The voltage of this particular technique is high enough that the target loses control of the bowels and bladder, causing a rather distracting mess in the undergarments.
▰ Blade Technique [ Yaiba no Jutsu ] | Rank C
The user charges Raiton Chakra in the palm. The Chakra eventually works up to the fingers, where a blade of electricity is formed between the index and middle finger. The blade is very thin, and depending on the user's Chakra, anywhere from 8 inches to a foot long. It is around 2 to 3 inches wide, and it lacks a hilt. The blade is held between the fingers, and as soon as it is let go, the blade vanishes into thin air. The strength of this blade isn't as strong as a normal blade, as it is nowhere as dense or as heavy, but because the blade is very thin, it is capable of doing major damage if used properly. However, this blade can also hurt the user anywhere except for the fingers where the blade is held. The blade can be held continuously for half the original cost in chakra per post.
▰ Swarm of Hummingbirds [ Hachidori no Mure ] | Rank C
After activation, the technique causes various sparks of lightning to appear in the air. Within moments they transform into humming birds, giving off a loud humming sound. The humming birds will then rush the opponent, and can spread out to hit multiple targets. They can cause minor electrical shocks and numbness at the point of contact. Creates between 5 and 10 birds.

After creating the needed hand seals, the user causes all Lightning Clones that are under his or her control to explode in a burst of electricity, shocking anyone that happens to be near them and inflicting tremendous pain.

The attack from Lightning Blast has been upgraded further, making it into a beam twice as wide as before( five meters in width ), and much more damaging. Targets hit head-on with this Jutsu will experience a fantastic amount of pain and be stunned for one [1] post after the Jutsu ends. Also, nearly missing with this Jutsu also has some effect. Because of the high amount of voltage, small lightning bolts can arc from the beam to someone standing within two feet of it, causing shocks a little bit more damaging than those of Lightning Bolt technique. This Jutsu can be ended prematurely by the user. Requires knowing Raikou Hitofuki no Jutsu [Lightning Blast Technique] to learn. This is an upgrade for Raikou Hitofuki no Jutsu, and takes its place once learned.

After flashing a series of hand seals, the Shinobi uses Chakra to condense the air immediately in front of him or her into a thick, Chakra-embedded barrier made of cloud-like lightning. This barrier blocks weapon attacks and projectile Ninjutsu C-Ranked or lower. Can be used continuously for half the original cost per post.
▰ Electric Needle Spread [ Dendou Hari Fukyuu ] | Rank C
The user begins to grow needles of electricity all over the front area of his or her body. Anyone using a Taijutsu on the user at this point from the front side will get a slight sting. Once the needles have grown for two posts, the user then forms one hand seal and all the electric needles launch themselves in a front spreading maneuver in a forward direction. Anyone who is hit by the needles receives a nasty shock and slight numbness to the afflicted part.

B-Rank Techniques ▰ Thunder Binding [ Kaminari Shibari ] | Rank B
Kaminari Shibari is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. After launching his staff into the air, Kitane will form the needed hand seals and cause the staff to break into three equal pieces along its shaft. This trio of smaller rods will then implant into the ground in a triangular shape around his opponent. These Raiton infused pieces will then create electrified fields between themselves to form a triangular shaped prison. The field can be penetrated by a more powerful Wind Element infused weapon. This weapon can then be used to cut through one of Kitane's staff pieces, which ends the Jutsu. The user plants three rods in to the ground around a target, and then channels Raiton Chakra in to each by activating this technique. A barrier forms between the rods, trapping those contained within the technique. The technique ends if any one of the rods is broken.
▰ Sparking Electric Needle [ Hiraishin ] | Rank B
Hiraishin is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. After coming into physical contact with her opponent, Fuuka will raise her arm into the air. She will then generate a bolt of electricity which will travel through her body into the body of her opponent. While in direct contact with someone, the user will release a large amount of electricity in to the other person. The wave of energy is strong enough to cause unconsciousness or temporary paralysis [lasting two posts], as well as burns.
▰ Electric Snake [ Dendou Hebi ] | Rank B
After forming the necessary hand seals, the Shinobi brings electric Chakra into his or her hands, shoves his or her fingers into the ground, and fires electricity through the ground toward an opponent. The target can see this technique coming as small bolts of Lightning dance across the ground toward them; later, if they have done nothing to avoid this technique, a chain of lightning bursts out of the ground and wraps itself around the ankles of the target. As long as the user his or her fingers buried in the ground, the target is ensnared. While ensnared, the target is unable to move his or her legs but is still able to use his or her arms and hands; however, for every post the user has been ensnared he or she receives an electric shock.
▰ Pure Lightning Kunai [ Junsei Raikou Kunai ] | Rank B
As the user flashes a number of hand seals he or she begins to develop 4 kunai between his or her fingers that can be thrown at his or her opponent. Many people often see elemental techniques that take the form of throwing weapons as low grade techniques, and as such enemy Shinobi often scoff when they see this technique occur. However this technique is not the same as any traditional element technique. The kunai that are developed are made of pure, concentrated lightning, heated to the point that with the amount of power that they are thrown at it could go through most forms of metal and still do some damage.
▰ Rising Storm [ Shinkou Arashi ] | Rank B
A defensive technique that covers the immediate area of the user from a large degree of angles. Collecting electricity through his or her entire body, the user immediately pushes all of it into the ground. Almost instantaneously, bolts of lightning begin rising from the ground in a rhythmic fashion covering his or her front, back, and side, leaving the top uncovered. Most forms of projectiles (i.e. Shuriken, Senbon, Kunai) are deflected in the process but strong Ninjutsu can drive though this technique. Also, while one is performing this move he or she must keep his or her hands on the ground.
▰ Electric Gyroscope [ Dendou Kaitengi ] | Rank B
The user forms the necessary hand seals and, by focusing his or her Chakra, creates a pair of rings of electricity centered on the body that spin about like a gyroscope, maintaining a constant electric field throughout its radius, which is half a meter from the user. If anything from outside attempts to enter this radius, the rings will shoot a blast of electricity potent enough to knock back a person and completely deflect any projectile. An attacker using a strong Taijutsu will be able to enter the radius of the gyroscope, but will still suffer an electric shock as he enters. The user is able to move around while the shield is active, but at a slightly reduced speed.
▰ Call of Lightning [ Raikou no Yobigoe ] | Rank B
An uncontrollable technique. After forming the necessary hand seals, the Shinobi begins to collect mist in his or her immediate area much like Kirigakure no Jutsu; however, it begins to rise and form into a thunder cloud instead of lying dormant like mist does. Now powered by Chakra the cloud will begin to strike random Shinobi with lightning; this lightning has the ability to cause massive third-degree burns, majorly constricted breathing, and possible fibrillation. This technique lasts for 10 posts. Use the random number generator on the post to determine who the lightning strikes. Assign a number to each person, including the user, when the jutsu is used. The user can be hit with their own technique, but knowing Teikou no Kuntou [Electrical Resistance Training] will prevent them from taking serious damage from it.
▰ Electric Fog [ Dendou Enmu ] | Rank B
A two-part technique that can cover a large amount of area or hit one person specifically. After performing a few hand seals, the Shinobi blankets the area in a natural, cloudy fog ending his or her first post. The fog in itself is not very thick; one could see through it and very much fight as if they were not in fog at all. Once this fog has been summoned, the user is able to send an electrical current through the droplets of condensed water that composes this fog, essentially creating a series of small, but powerful, electrical shocks. These shocks can cause physical debilitation and at the worst unconsciousness. This technique can be used with pre-existing fog.
▰ Spherical Shield [ Marui Tate ] | Rank B
After circulating Raiton Chakra around the hands, the user is able to form an electric sphere of defense that covers all angles around them. Anyone who comes in to contact with the electricity will be given a shock that can cause fainting and numbness. The downside of this is that the user is unable to make hand seals while the shield is active. This jutsu lasts until the user moves or is moved from inside the shield, and can be maintained for half the original cost per post.
▰ Manipulated Lightning Technique [ Ayatsuri Raikou ] | Rank B
Creates several long strands of electricity from each of the user’s fingers. The strands move as the user commands, and can render an opponent wrapped by them unconscious. In addition to this, the strands function like regular wires and have the ability to bind objects and people, although they are very hot and can burn through wood. Technique lasts for five posts.
▰ Lightning Strike Armor [ Raigeki no Yoroi ] | Rank B Variable
Raigeki no Yoroi is a Ninjutsu technique used by Kurosuki Raiga. One of Raiga's many lightning based jutsu, this technique is used in conjunction with his two swords. Drawing his two swords together, Raiga spin the blades to generate a disk of lightning which will then pour down to cover his body and his swords. This electricity will envelope his body in a protective armor which will harm anyone who dares strike him directly. Swords not required. Ranks increase the overall damage striking will deal to the aggressors. The damage is equal to two ranks lower than the rank of chakra put in, to a minimum of E-rank. Only deals damage when the user is hit, not when they hit an opponent. This technique lasts three [3] posts, before an upkeep of half the original rank can be applied to maintain it.
▰ Lightning Ball [ Raikyuu ] | Rank B Variable
Raikyuu is a Ninjutsu technique used by Kurosuki Raiga. One of Raiga's many lightning based jutsu, this technique is used in conjunction with his two swords. Drawing his two swords together, Raiga will form a ball of electricity which he can hurl at his opponent. Swords not required. Rank of the technique determines overall speed and damage of the attack, though the speed of the attack is always considered one [1] rank faster due to the nature of Ball Lightning.
▰ Lightning Dragon Tornado [ Rairyuu no Tatsumaki ] | Rank B
Rairyuu no Tatsumaki is a Ninjutsu technique used by Kurosuki Raiga. One of Raiga's many lightning based jutsu, this technique is used in conjunction with his two swords. Drawing his two swords together, Raiga will raise them into the air and draw lightning down upon his body. The current will be contained within and around Raiga's form. He will then begin to spin in place forming a whirling vortex of wind and electricity. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon and strike out against his opponent. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target. Swords not required. User must remain stationary for duration of technique. Technique can be maintained for an upkeep of half the original cost.
▰ False Darkness [ Gian ] | Rank B
Gian is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. After releasing his or her black Lightning elemental from his or her body, Kakuzu will use the spirit to release a strong bolt of electricity from its mouth. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri. The user forms a hand seal and launches a powerful bolt of electricity toward a target. The bolt is strong enough to cook a Shinobi’s body outright if it hits directly, and can slice through thick trees without significantly slowing. Technique's strength is increased to A-rank if used in conjunction with Jiongu abilities.

A-Rank Techniques ▰ Lightning Wolf [ Raiton Okami ] | Rank A
This Ninjutsu technique utilizes the Lightning Element. After creating Raiton in the hand, the user will send out a wolf made of lightning to attack their target. Lightning will run from their hand to the wolf itself, extending their range and can cause third degree burns. The wolf cannot go farther than 20 meters from the user.
▰ Shadow Clone - Lightning [ Raiton Kage Bunshin ] | Rank A Augment
Raiton Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes lightning to create a Kage Bunshin clone. Because it is a Kage Bunshin, the Raiton version shares the ability to interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. If the Raiton Kage Bunshin is injured, the clone will revert into its natural lightning state. Like in other Lightning Element attacks, should the target come into contact with the electricity, they will be momentarily stunned. Requires a minimum of an A-ranked amount of Chakra. S-ranked becomes a coma-inducing amount, while S+ becomes lethal & highly explosive. Requires knowing Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique]. Learning this technique takes up the same slot as the standard form, but either version can be used, for different costs.
▰ Thousand Birds [ Chidori ] | Rank A
Chidori (a.k.a. Raikiri) is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Hatake Kakashi utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows him to cut through any foe. Later, Uchiha Sasuke used his Sharingan and the training of Kakashi to also learn the technique. It was given the nickname Raikiri after it was said Kakashi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus Chakra to the hand, Kakashi and Sasuke's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their Chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack.
After concentrating all the Chakra into the arm, Kakashi and Sasuke use their quickness and the power of the thrust from the Chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Because their opponent can easily counter the attack, Sharingan helps augment the technique. The Sharingan will allow them to predict any moves their opponent decides to make and send their strike home into the target. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name. Because of the great amount of Chakra needed to utilize the technique, the technique can only be used so many times during the day. Shinobi with at least 6 DR in Reflex are able to maneuver normally.
▰ Thousand Birds Current [ Chidori Nagashi ] | Rank A
Chidori Nagashi is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke out of the original Chidori technique. Instead of merely focusing the electrical force to his or her body, Sasuke is able to extend it outside of his or her body and through objects which he is holding. This allows him to create a protective zone around his or her person. This zone of electricity can shock and immobilize his or her foes, presumably by attacking their nervous system.
Used in conjunction with his or her Kusanagi sword, the blade becomes almost unstoppable. It takes on Chidori's natural ability to cut through anything which stands in its path, allowing the sword to strike its target with ease. Should the sword strike a human, the charge will cause the target to go numb, lessening their ability to further counter his or her attacks.

Chidori Senbon is a Lightning Element technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke. Sasuke is able to shape the Lightning Element to form senbon. Though unstated, these needles probably take on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through most anything which stands in its path.
▰ Thousand Birds Sharp Spear [ Chidori Eisou ] | Rank A
Chidori Eisou is a Lightning Element technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke. Sasuke is able to shape the Lightning Element to form an extending spear of lightning. Though unstated, this spear probably takes on Chidori's characteristics, including its ability to cut through anything which stands in its path, allowing the sword to strike its target with ease. This attack may also be similar to Chidori Nagashi, causing the target to go numb from the electrical charge.
▰ Chain Lightning [ Rensa Raikou ] | Rank A
A useful technique generally used in an attempt to take out a group of enemies by surprise. Forming electricity into both hands, the user launches a continuous stream of Lightning at one opponent, if the technique hits one person it immediately launches itself at the next non-friendly person in range. The lightning chain specifically targets water that is found in the body, so Bunshin are generally left untouched unless it's a Water Bunshin. The number of targets this Jutsu can hit is three.
▰ Static Disruption [ Seidenki no Chacha ] | Rank A
Using a small connection of threads from the opponent's body to the user's body, the user may send pulses of electricity into the opponent to disrupt various bodily functions. This ranges from loss of control or numbness, to even loss of consciousness or inability to hold one's fluids. The thread must be attached to the part of the body being disrupted, and requires physical contact to attach the thread. The threads are not visible by any means other than sensory Jutsu.
▰ Clap of Lightning [ Inadzuma ] | Rank A
The user claps their hands together generating a tiny amount of lightning in his or her hands which is extremely hot. Once used on a fallen foe, the body of the foe is completely burnt beyond recovery, destroying any information hidden within that body. Requires physical contact with the target.
▰ Thunderous Applause [ Ikadzuchi ] | Rank A
The user claps once or twice, generating a thunderous sound which, if heard, sends shocks throughout the body of the opponent which will cause strange things to happen. For example: mixed signals from the brain to body parts, extreme sickness, loss of balance, etc. Only one effect will occur but the user can state which. Lasts seven [7] turns. The thunderous sound reaches out in the form of jagged lightning, doing no damage upon striking, but instead causing one of the listed effects.
▰ Static Connection [ Seidenki no Myakuryaku ] | Rank A
A small thread attached from the user to the opponents brain causing no damage at all but can be used to find out any information needed. If the opponent uses a custom technique, the user can gain enough information to learn that technique (as long as element or type allows). The threads are not visible by any means other than sensory Jutsu.
▰ Thunder Saber [ Sandaaseibaa ] | Rank A
Thunder Saber is a technique which, canonly, uses the power of the Gelel stone to harness lightning. Ranke will generate lightning in her hand and then strike her target causing an explosive impact. Presence of a Gelel stone gives the user the ability to use this technique without the Raiton element. It retains the same strengths and weakness of Raiton, and is beaten by a technique of equal strength.

Tornado Lightning is a technique which, canonly, uses the power of the Gelel stone to harness lightning. Using some form of hand seals, Ranke can generate lightning from her palms which she can whip around to destroy her surroundings. Presence of a Gelel stone gives the user the ability to use this technique without the Raiton element. S-Rank Techniques ▰ Four Pillar Binding [ Shichuu Shibari ] | Rank S
Shichuu Shibari is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. To utilize this technique, the ANBU member will form the needed hand seal. Four large earthen pillars will rise to surround the target summon. Lightning will then be unleashed to stun the target. This will be the second attack in an elemental trio used by the ANBU. First will be Fuuton • Kazekiri to cut and immobilize the target. Then Shichuu Shibari is used. Finally Doton • Otoshi Buta to imprison the summon in a gigantic sealed pot. Requires knowing or accompanying someone who knows Kazekiri and Otoshi Buta for the full effects of this jutsu.
▰ Hell Thrust [ Jigokuzuki ] | Rank C-S Variable
Jigokuzuki is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Lightning Element. Regarded as Sandaime Raikage's strongest Ninjutsu, Jigokuzuki is a Raiton straight thrust. After charging his body with his Raiton chakra, Raikage will focus his chakra and all of his power into the tip of his extended fingers. When used in conjunction with his Raiton enhanced speed and natural power, his extended hand and fingers can pierce and cut through almost anything. The straight thrust functions similar to Chidori or Raikiri. The amount of power behind the attack is proportional to how many fingers are extended on his hand. The fewer the fingers, the higher the power. Yonhon Nukite - Four Finger Penetrating Hand: After extending four fingers, Sandaime Raikage can pierce through strong defensive barriers like Banri Doryuuheki. Sanbon Nukite - Three Finger Penetrating Hand: After extending three fingers, Sandaime Raikage can pierce through flexible defensive barriers like Gomuheki and cut through oncoming foes with ease. Ippon Nukite - One Finger Penetrating Hand: After extending one finger, Sandaime Raikage is capable of cutting off all the Hachibi tails at once and piercing his own highly regarded Raiton Armor known as his strongest shield. Retains the weaknesses of Chidori in that speed is mostly needed for this jutsu, but still retains the deadly effects if a change in direction is needed. Four fingers for the C-rank strength, three fingers for the B-rank strength, two fingers for A-rank strength, and one finger for the full S-rank strength. Usable for a 5 post duration. At S-rank, there is a 5 post cooldown. A-rank is a 4 post cooldown, B-rank, 3, and C-rank, 2.
▰ Holy Creature [ Kirin ] | Rank S
Kirin is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke out of the original Chidori technique. Sasuke will first launch fireballs into the sky above using his or her Gouryuuka Jutsu. These fireballs will warm the atmosphere and create a powerful rising air current, which in turn generates thunderclouds. Sasuke will then form Chidori and raise his arm to the heavens. This will allow him to channel the lightning down upon his or her target. Because he is merely channeling the naturally created lightning, he is able to utilize a power greater than what a Ninja could create with their own elemental Chakra. Because this is also natural lightning, it will travel more quickly than any Ninja could dodge. Upon calling down the lightning, it will create a powerful impact with a large amount of destruction. Thunderclouds must be present or generated using the effects of a different jutsu. If in the presence of thunder clouds, the user sends a beacon of Raiton Chakra up in to the atmosphere, generating the Kirin. After three of the user’s posts, the lightning finishes forming the beast, after which it may be launched. The destructive force of the technique is enough to demolish large buildings.

This essentially the powered-up version of Chidori. Chidori (a.k.a. Raikiri) is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Hatake Kakashi utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows him to cut through any foe. Later, Uchiha Sasuke used his Sharingan and the training of Kakashi to also learn the technique. It was given the nickname Raikiri after it was said Kakashi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus Chakra to the hand, Kakashi and Sasuke's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their Chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack.
After concentrating all the Chakra into the arm, Kakashi and Sasuke use their quickness and the power of the thrust from the Chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Because their opponent can easily counter the attack, it requires a Sharingan user to make the technique worthwhile. The Sharingan will allow them to predict any moves their opponent decides to make and send their strike home into the target. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name. Because of the great amount of Chakra needed to utilize the technique, the technique can only be used so many times during the day. Generates a larger, more powerful version of the Chidori, and takes up the same slot as Chidori, but either version can be used, for different costs. Requires that Chidori is already known.
▰ Hands of Torture [ Goumon no Te ] | Rank S
Considered by most to be more of a torture technique than an actual attack. The user lays his or her hands on his or her opponent and sends several thousands of volts of electricity into the target. How many times a user has hit the opponent with this will determine what happens. One time being hit by this technique causes minor burns, chest constrictions, blurred vision, and pain all over the body. An additional time being hit by this any other time during a short period of time will cause on-site second-degree burns, partial blindness, and an inability to breathe for two posts. A third case of exposure will cause a third degree burn on the spot that the hands touched and will cause major hemorrhaging of the orifices caused by internal bleeding, and unconsciousness. The fourth exposure causes death, and leaves the area smelling like burnt flesh.
▰ Lightning Bolt Fang [ Ikadzuchi no Kiba ] | Rank S Variable
Ikadzuchi no Kiba is a Ninjutsu technique used by Kurosuki Raiga. Drawing together his dual short swords, electrical energy will begin to crackle. A plume of of an electrified Chakra-like essence will rise into the clouds above to activate the lightning to come crashing down on Raiga's target. Swords not required. Requires two posts of useage, with the first post spent targeting one opponent per rank of the technique. On the second post Lightning will fall from the sky and strike at the targeted opponents. The bolt of lightning will release a burst of electricity hitting everyone within five [5] yards of the target for two [2] ranks less in damage.
▰ Lightning Bolt Feast [ Ikadzuchi no Utage ] | Rank S Variable
Ikadzuchi no Utage is a Ninjutsu technique used by Kurosuki Raiga. Drawing together his dual short swords, electrical energy will begin to crackle. He will then implant his swords into the ground to send an electric current racing through the earth. When the current approaches its target, it can split into multiple tendrils to attack each target individually. Swords not required, but user must make contact with the ground using both hands without them. Each rank of chakra invested increases the number of targets that can be targeted by one [1]. These tendrils seek out the targeted opponents and ignore invisibility by tracking the metals the opponent wears.
▰ Descent of Shina [ Shina no Kourin ] | Rank S
A technique used generally to remove a huge group of Shinobi or to breach heavily guarded defenses. After fully charging all Chakra and then doing nothing but hand seals, the user is able to open the skies from above a sphere of clouds about 14 feet in diameter slowly descends from the sky. Once it touches the ground, everything in a 90 foot radius of where the ball dropped is attacked by huge bolts of lightning causing large amounts of damage. This technique takes two [2] posts, one to summon the orb and one to launch the actual attack. The user may not move during the first post.

Concentrating enough Chakra to just the hand, one could place it on the opponent and regulate the heart to beat slower than the human body needs to survive. At first the target doesn't even notice that such a technique has even happened and continues moving like it's nothing; however, after five posts, the target begins to falter about and then collapses as he feels his or her entire body coursing with pain and exhaustion, unable to get back up. Two posts later, the victim falls into a coma and may die without immediate attention. Although it has never been performed since the days Shina herself was alive, one claims all one needs to do to survive such a slow and painful death is to have a technique performed on the target that returns the heartbeat to normal. Requires physical touch with the target to activate, and can be dispelled by the user at any point to return the target's heart rate to normal.

Often considered to be a great Shinobi's trademark technique the few who have ever seen it have gazed in awe at the complete output of Chakra one would have to use in order to perform such a move as this. Placing but one single hand on the opponent the Shinobi delivers a huge debilitating shock to his or her target, forcing the target to his or her knees. The Shinobi then generates an excessively huge amount of Raiton Chakra that turns the target's body to ash and crumbles away. Some who have claimed to have seen the move in action say that a human-sized flying snake can be seen wrapped around the Shinobi.

A technique often used for the sake of demolitions purposes, the user flashes a number of seals and finally ends the series with an odd looking seal that auspiciously looks like the seal that the Yamanaka use for their own techniques. The user of this technique now must keep his or her eyes set on one specific object that he can see through this seal for the next two posts; if the user moves or does anything else but aim during this period the technique is canceled. After this, the skies suddenly open up, and a huge beam of white lightning strikes where the user was aiming, decimating the target and causing powerful shock waves to affect the area 500 feet from the point of impact, most likely decimating anything with a foundation. One can generally tell that this technique is occurring by the fact that the skies turn black, thunder begins sounding, and it starts to rain during the time of preparation as well as a sudden increase of heat.

After performing a number of seals, the user launches a large spinning tube of lightning out of his or her body; it then speeds away in the direction that the user was facing. Going at a particularly high speed, this tube begins to tear up all pieces of land it touches and bores large holes through almost anything that has the horrible chance of being in front of it before exploding in a huge burst of electricity, electrocuting anyone within close proximity of the explosion. This technique travels approximately twenty [20] meters before dissipating.

Raiton no Yoroi in a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Lightning Element. After surrounding and infusing their body with the Lightning Element, the users nervous system is supercharged providing increased physical abilities.
At S-ranked the user gains moderately increased Speed and Reflexes. At S+ranked the user gains Moderately increased Strength and Fortitude. In addition, at S+ the user may choose to distribute the DR values between all four stats at (3) or condense them to two stats of their choice at (6). You may redistribute DR as a supplemental activation, but must pay an S-rank cost, and it does not refresh duration. Lasts 6 total posts. An S-rank or two A-rank collisions will cause the jutsu to dissipate.Raiton

S+ Rank Techniques ▰ Limelight [ Raimuraito ] | Rank S+
Limelight is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. Regarded as one of the ultimate Raiton Jutsu, Limelight is created through the simultaneous Raiton usage of Kitane, Nauma, Seito and Tou'u. To begin, each Ninja will take their place in one of the four cardinal directions. The Ninja will then activate the Jutsu, sending Lightning from their location over the center of the target. When all four Lightning arcs converge, they combine to rain down massive destruction on the area directly underneath. The Jutsu is powerful enough to totally turn a village below into ash. The Jutsu requires all four Ninja to activate, if one of the users is taken out, the technique will fail.
