 -----The morning came with a BANG for Rasui.
Having literally jumped out of his bed, the young Kumiho fidgeted and wiggled around a lot in his seat during his classes. He'd learned to not blurt things out during class, but he wanted to bad to talk to someone about the dream he'd had. It was almost maddening, being told to 'shush' the moment he leaned over to try and talk to someone, and by the time classes were over, no one seemed to be around to talk to.
Yes, talking to his little foxy plushie was...alright, but he wanted someone to be amazed as he was! Still, without anyone around, he took to ranting at the plushie, currently seated on a bench while he sat on the ground talking to it. [131]

 Rosline spent most of her classes scribbling in the margins of her notebook and occasionally taking a actual note. They went past quickly and she had some homework but not a lot, she had to finish reading a chapter in the book they were talking about in class. She gathered her books and supplies, putting them in her backpack and headed out. She stopped, hearing a voice and followed it on a whim. She was curious and they sounded so passionate about something. She walked out from around a corner and bee lined towards the bench, sitting down and grinned at the kumiho. “What you talking about? It sounded intersting.” And it really did! SHe wanted to know. (wc 118 )

-----By the nine his prayers had been answered!
Turning around quickly, his ears perked up and his tails wagged happily, excitedly! Quickly his plushie and woes were forgotten as he started to immediately babble!
"Okay okay, so, listen. I had this dream? Where, okay, it was just this biiiiiiiiiig-" He spread his arms out to try and convey just how big he meant "-Open field! But I was scared to move for a bit, but then I did start walking cuz I thought I saw something in the distance! And, and you will NEVER guess what happened then!" By now, after having been excited all day, then regaling the tale to his plushie, the poor boy seemed to be running out of breath. [123]

They were really, really cute! Rosline giggled at the excited babble, listening carefully and nodding along to the story. Dreams were weird, she had some really odd ones every so often. Not ones with a giant open field though, usually her dreams had towers and sparkly things and paths that she walked, surrounded by flowers. “Then what happened? I don’t know where to begin to guess!” She said, excited. “Was it a prince? Or a dragon? Or your family?” She questioned, curious. How was this going to end! It was so exciting, like a story and she waved her tail. (wc 100 )

-----"Nope, nope, nope!" Each guess only seemed to excite him more! Those were such good guesses, but not nearly as awesome as what he had dreamed!
"No, okay, so listen to this." His voice actually got a bit lower, almost reverent. "I started walking and the field disappeared! BUt, like, it didn't go away! It turned into a lot of stars! and when i walked, like, you know how grass moves? The stars moved! And I could touch them! But it went on forever, I dunno how long I walked, but the stars were forever! and ever and ever. I walked a lot. I really walked a lot!"
Yep, he was running out of energy, finally.
"But I finally saw what I had seen when I started walking! It-- wait, do you wanna guess again?!" [135]

“Stars! That would be so pretty,”Rosline squealed and cooed at the thought. A field of stars and you could touch them like they were physically there. So, so pretty! How long was forever though. “Like walk a lot like walking from one end of the school to the other? Or like when they make you run around the playground in gym?” She asked, considering. “Ooh, umm I want to guess and the moon?” She questioned thinking. “The planets? I like them a lot.” She pouted, considering. “Did they turn from stars to water?” Rosline really like water it was soothing to relax in. (wc 104 )

----So many good guesses, Rasui certainly had to try and dream something similar, they all sounded so awesome together.
"Nuh-uh! You won't believe what it was!" He had to think though. How long DID he walk in the dream? It seemed like he walked further than he'd ever walked before, but in the dream he didn't get tired at all. "So, um, after I walked even farther than either of those! I stopped and saw the MOST amazing thing!"
Eyes went wide as he paused and stared for dramatic effect.
"It was. The biggest. Hugest. Mostest bestest bowl of ice cream. It was taller than the school! It was taller than three schools on top of each other! And there was a little spoon sitting there, just for me! And, and, the ice cream was really sparkly! And it was all the flavors ever! And I ate and ate and ate, and I didn't' get full, and the ice cream never went away, but it turned different flavors and sometimes i got a spoonful!! And it was a spoon full of stars!" [182]

“Ooh! That is so far! Maybe as far as I walk to when I am to meet up with my parents and go home,” Rosline replied, clapping her hands. This story was so exciting! She couldn’t wait to here the great surprise at the end. What could it be! “What was it!” She said, at the pause, exciting. What could it possibly be! She wanted to know. He had to tell her! “Oooh, Icecream! It is like my umm.. Third favorite dessert,” she said thinking over it. Yeah, third favorite after gummies and cake. Those two came first. “That would be sooo cute! Spoon full of stars! What do stars taste like?” (wc 112 )

Finally, he ran out of dream explaination. There was nothing else to talk about, he'd just spewed out the entirety of the amazing dream he'd had. But, he'd at least had someone to tell, and it was at least a little validation! And they were just as excited!
"Um! The stars tasted like...like...I don't know! Um, they tasted like a lotta different things, but it was soooo yummy. I don't think I can explain, but they tasted like stars should taste!" Man, if only he'd been able to figure out the taste...
"Maybe I'll draw it someday...OH! Um, I'm sorry, I talked a lot, but, my name is Rasui! Maybe you'll have an ice cream and stars dream too one day!" [147]

The dream sounded so good and now she was hungry. Rosline giggled, swinging her feet as she listened. “Oooh! Like dirt pie? Where they do gummy worms and oreos?” That was so really good and maybe she could get her parents to make her that for dessert tonight? “I would like to have a star dream, or least get to eat stars in dream. I think they would taste tingly. And maybe a bit sweet,” she said and giggled, before holing out her hand. “I’m Rosline! It is nice to meet you Rasui… but I probably should get going soon!” Her moms were probably waiting for her to meet them. “Maybe we can meet again? And talk dreams?” wc 118

----"Tingly! Yeah, tingly! It was like that, too!" That was a great word for it!
Oh, but, right, the day was ending and everyone had to go home. As sad as he was that his storytelling had to come to a close so soon, he was also exceptionally happy that he'd been able to tell someone a story. Even if it was just his dream, he was just able to do something he'd wanted for so long!
"Oh, yes! Can we, please?! Um, I stay after school before I have to go back home, but! I wanna talk about dreams too! Yours next time! And I hope you have a good one tonight!" He was practically bouncing in place, he was so happy and so excited! "But okay! Be safe going home!" [132]

“I’ll try to see you again soon!” Rosline promised, nodding to assure the other freshling. “That sounds like so much fun! And I would like that a lot, Rasui!” She paused and leaned in to give the other freshling a quick hug before pulling back with a giggle. “Till later Rasui! Hopefully tomorrow we can talk dreams.” She slid down and grabbed her backpack, hurrying to meet up with her parents. “Byeee!” wc 72
