Wow, this whole patrolling thing was such a bore. Like, she totally understood that there'd be some major downtimes in patrolling or whatever, but this felt completely ridiculous. Chrysoprase just spent the last half hour walking around the waterfront part of Destiny City and found no one. Which was super weird, she thought, since the weather was finally turning great and people really liked that sort of stuff. But when she learned at the end of her long stint that the waterfront got closed down due to pollution warnings, she realized she just wasted all that time for nothing.
Now she was probably radioactive, and her legs were tired, and she was in a super bad mood because how did she miss the sign blocking the area off in the first place? She knew she could be kinda ditzy, but not that ditzy.
Now her patrols took her way off course from the cool waterfront to the shady park areas, where kids actually played and parents actually watched their kids. There was certainly activity here, and since most people just mistook her for a JROTC girl she didn't need to worry about hiding in plain sight. She just had to do a good deed here or there, like hand off a dropped dump truck toy to a crying child or escort some lost girl back to her parents or whatever to make it look like she wasn't a threat. Then she could, like, go find some teenagers in the more woodsy part of the park and drain them like nobody's business.
But as she entered the park, she was starting to feel the creeping presence of one of those White Mooners. It definitely set her on edge, and kinda tasted like cotton candy in her mouth. The weird kind that felt like dissolving hair, at least. So instead of playing with the kids like she expected to, Chrysie made a beeline for the Looner Mooner to get this b***h out of the way. Wherever they were, Chrysie would find them. And then she would beat them down and shove her cat toy in their mouth and leave them trussed and tied while she actually got her job done. Without interruptions.

Today was actually a nice day. Sailor Dubhe had powered for the sake of getting some practice patrolling done, and maybe even try to help people. She hadn't tried, but she was FAIRLY sure her magic could only help people, and the newer senshi was all too happyto use her magic for that -- because while she was 90% sure she ought to bne out fighting 'bad guys', she really didn't feel up to looking for trouble as a rule, and in fairness, thaqt was just fine by her -- it meant observing and learning her skills, so she could meet Laodica again sometime to share their experiences and trade tips -- even if they were supposed to fight. That didn't make fightiung right and not fighting felt much better. Sailor Dubhe stretched, stopping when the feeling of a chaos aura made her give pause and actively think, blinking as she cocked her head, and looked around. She didn't know who it was, but she wasn't going to run, instead meandering to see if it was Laodica. If not, ah, well. Maybe they'd at least talk. She could hope, right?

There. Over past some of the trees, standing around like she had nothing better to do. Like she didn't have assignments hanging over her head or family to take care of or some quota of energy to gather or whatever. Like she could just lounge around outside and enjoy the sun in her fuku and not be totally bothered by the fact that she was sending out an aura that literally anybody could feel if they were also powered.
There she was! As Chrysoprase jogged around a forested bend, she spotted the Disney Princess just standing around. Maybe she'd trip on her giant dress thing and fall on her face if Chrysoprase harassed her enough about being here. Or she'd get super flustered and use some weird, awful magic on the lieutenant. But whatever, she could tell Ms. Rey about that and maybe get extra credit in history if she batted her eyes enough.
"Hey!" Chrysoprase called from her position in the underbrush. She stood, summoned her weapon to hand, and readied it for launch. "This is my part of town, and I'm gonna teach you a lesson for tresspassing!"
Sure, it sounded kinda fake, and super movie-esque, but this b***h looked like she fell straight out of a kid's show so she was probably into that sort of thing. Chrysie wound back her arm and chucked the bagged cat toy at the girl, hoping to peg her right in the pretty, perfect face. Or at least give her enough of a start that she'd fall in the mud.

Hey, the weird was getting closer, and Dubhe was about to speak-- and got nailed in her face buy a cat toy[/9].
Her reaction was, sadly, not to stumble or fall, or even trip. Instead, the senshi blinked, looking down at her attacker's weapon after a moment before raising a brow. Had..
Had that magic someone thrown some toy at her? The senshi bent to pick the toy up in confusion, studying it a moment before looking up to Chrysoprase with a surprised look for all of a moment before remembering. Right. She and Laodica were an exception. Maybe? Maybe this was an exception? Oh, who knew.
"Escuse me." Sailor Dubhe spoke up finally, holding the toy out calmly. "But I thinkyou hit me in the face with your cat's toy."
She wasn't alarmed, but she also didn't particulkarly want to fight. Not unless there was no other option, really, but if it came to it, she would. Might as well [itry.

Chrysie stomped up to the stupidly calm girl with all the not-calm that her enemy should've had. With one arm stiff by her side, balled up into a fist, and the other curved like a claw, she swiped the cat toy from the girl's outstretched hand.
"Duh," she spat, like that observation was the easiest thing in the world. "We're enemies. Like, you guys better go find someplace else to camp out because this is Negaverse territory. And we're not gonna let some random senshi stand around here like she owns the place!" Her grip tightened on her weapon.
How could this b***h be so calm about it? It was like she wanted to be out here singing kumbayah to the birds or something and pretend like she wasn't doing anybody any harm. And maybe she wasn't — it was whatever — but Chrysoprase wasn't gonna stand around draining energy while some Order signature breathed down her neck. It totally unnerved her. And if she was unnerved about that, then there was no way she could concentrate enough to drain energy in the first place.
Which meant, obviously, that this b***h had to go. But she wasn't moving.
"I said," Chrysie wound her leg back, "get outta here!" She aimed a kick at her opponent's knee, hoping to knock her down or convince her to find someplace else to hover around.

"Well if you really want to go down that route." Sailor Dubhe drawled. Still, the attack as not at all something she was braced for, and the initial punch sent Dubhe staggering back, rubbing her cheek as she raised a brow. Well, this wasn't going peacefully, much to her dismay. Dubhe moved with the practice of one used to a kick when the next blow came, though it clipped her shin very viciously, and the senshi sighed. A pity, really. She didn't enjoy fighting personally, but... Well, she knew there was a war. It wasn't her idea to join in, but she wasn't going to stand taking abuse for no reason, either. Right. Her first move had to be calcuylated. This wasn't a hunting trip or fishing trip her cousin dragged her on -- this was a fight, and Dubhe stretched quickly, expression falling to a calm look bordering on cool. "I have a right to be here just as much as you do. But if you're going to try starting tyrouble, that's fine." And the senbshi suddenly snapped into a combat styance, hands forming into fists as she moved, assessing the lieutenant's sance. It wasn't easy to read -- but she did decide to avoid any unplanned lashed, and Dubhe lunged, trying to combine the motion with an uppercut. If she could run her off, great. As long as nobody was dead, Dubhe was perfectly happy, but, she had no plan whatsoever to take attack lightly.

What was this girl's problem? Did she like getting hit? Chrysie was starting to think she did when she not only took a cat toy to the face, but also a punch and a kick. Like, who did that? People who liked pain, probably, and she didn't want to think about where that went. She just wanted a clear park so she could get her draining done and move on, but this b***h wasn't budging and Chrysoprase was running out of ways to make her move.
Because, really, when someone didn't react to her punch much, it left her feeling pretty awkward about it. Talk about demoralizing!
"You're a gross senshi from outer space! Go back to your own planet, okay? I've got a quota to fill, and I don't need you ho—" She yelped, cutting herself off, as this senshi b***h uppercut her and jarred her teeth together. What the hell! First she didn't attack, and now she was trying to make Chrysie bite her tongue off! She stumbled back, a** hitting the trunk of a tree, and her head flooded with slow-moving pain. She was pretty sure she tasted blood, too. As much as fighting wasn't her thing, she had to do it. That quota wasn't going to fill itself, and she didn't want to make herself or Ms. Rey look bad.
"This. Is. Ridiculous." She spoke around the pressure in her face, which made her sound a little nasal. Whatever, no one was going to win any beauty awards around here (though she was pretty convinced she looked better than Goldilocks). For strike three, she closed the distance and spun in for an elbow to the chest.
Maybe that'd send her back to whatever cold space rock she got off of.

"Sorry, born on this rock, dying on thjis rocvk." Sailor Dubhe was fairly sure the lieutenant was confuised -- but most people didn't really expect the eldest of a soldier to favor the peaceful approach first -- except that she knew he'd seen combat in the Middle East and as respectful and understanding he was about his child's preference to make friends, he'd made syre she understood it wasn't always an option... And thaqt she was prepared. The Senshi wasn't going to give in entirely to anger, but she was more than unhappy, and her expression was one of dry annoyance. Try as she might -- she just looked like a fluffy kitten even at her worst. The senshi moved as she watched the lieutenant come back to aim for the chesyt, and one hand shot to catch it, using the momentum to pull up on her leg with a blank expression, staring hard at Chrysie patiently. "Y'know, I really didn't want to fight, but you didn't really leave me many options now did you?" One brow rose idly, almost analytically. She wasn't having some agent driving her out easily, and right now, she even felt a bit numb. She was definately going to need chocolate after this.

"That's just what you want me to think!" Chrysie shot back stubbornly. Who would believe their lies, anyway? Ms. Rey already warned her that a senshi would say anything to mess with her head, so she just needed to tune them out. This gaudy-looking blonde girl could say whatever she wanted, Chrysie wasn't listening.
"Let me go!" Captain Stellerite was going to hear a few things about this particularly annoying senshi.
But headgames aside, Chrysoprase squeaked when her kick was caught and pulled high. Hopping forward on one foot only did so much — while she stayed upright, she looked like a damn fool doing it. Like she had no class whatsoever and never took a cheerleading lesson in her life. She couldn't do anything about it though, not unless she wanted to lose her balance. Her hands just had to stick out at the sides airplane stile while this b***h held onto her leg.
Wait, Her leg — they were touching. Couldn't she just drain this senshi's energy instead? Chrysoprase gave it a shot. She concentrated hard on winding this girl's energy through her own body and directly into her hand. Maybe it'd work.

Strickenized I give you a sticker, Dubhe nearly never gets this angry. THIS WARRENTS A SHINY STICKER LOL Dubhe didn't react at first. In a way, she was still frustrated -- numb. Words weren't working, and she hated fighting like this. The idea always bothered her -- when her father came home from deployment she'd seen the pain in his eyes, the unsaid stories far more warning to try communicating even as he'd said it had to be done. Her uncle had a similar philosophy of the time overseas -- of handling enemies in a messy comflict she'd only hoped could have been resolved by words, not blood. But the exposure to soimebody unrelenting -- whom only responded to violence... Well, getting no say learning to protcxt herself was a boon, even if she chose not to get as hostile as she could or likely ought to be, and her expression was blank several moments in thought before she registered a rather unsettling feeling -- much like something was draining, and the senshi snapped back to focusing on her opponent. She had no idea what was going on but it seemed like a magic attack -- and the sernshi felt her temper finally flare before her normally happy expression became ruthless, cold, and enraged -- and using her grip on the lieutenant, she shoved, very hard, very rapidly to break contact with a snarl as herr tone sounded very unlike hert. "Get your magic to yourself you filthy inhuman [i[beast." The senshi hissed, looking every inch the disgusted cat -- and blue eyes flashed with pure, raw anger. "Unless you desperately want to see what I'll do to you."

Chrysie stumbled backward, smug, with the energy still cradled in the palm of her hand. "Inhuman beast, huh?" She responded with a smirk. "I'm as human as can be, and I just got my quota, so —" She stuck her tongue out plaintively.
"Have fun out here hugging the trees, senshi!" She called in a singsong voice as she traipsed back toward the swell of the park. It wasn't too far, really, and if this blonde bonehead was dumb enough to get drained, then she could sit back and take a nap for a while. Chrysie had other things to do with her day than try to entertain some braindead senshi who thought she was taking the high road or whatever. Didn't she know that one saying? What was it, 'nice guys finish last'? Same thing went for magical people from outer space!
So the lieutenant smiled to herself with both problems solved. To her, at least.novacracker yas stickers. while she's leaving, she is interruptible

Strickenized -SALUTE- -Gives more stickers- I did not expect Cinnamon Roll to be quite this capable of ferocity. Dubhe wasn't done, unlike the agent. She was well aware something very unpleasant happened and as hard as she tried to be peaceful, now was a point for hostility -- she wasn't entirely sure of what was going on, then this was rather negative, and the senshi wasn't letting up until she was sure it was handled. This wasn't like meeting Laodica -- this was a genuine enemy, and Dubnhe lunged at full speed, fist swinging for the lieutenant's bad rapidly. Forget fighting fair -- now was a time to be a huntress, and take down the pbeast.

"Oof!" One of her energy orbs popped into this weird gold glitter dust, losing its usual violet. She kept the other, however, even as she hit the grassy ground. That one was quickly tucked away into subspace before she lost everything from this dumb little activity. She never should've bothered with this senshi and just drained around her.
Lessons learned, she guessed.
But her back hurt like the worst period cramps she ever had, and it took Chrysoprase a minute to scramble back onto her feet. "Look, you psycho b***h, I said I was leaving so cool it! You're getting what you asked for!" Did she have to summon her weapon again and brain the girl with it until she went unconscious? Was that what this was about? Chrysie didn't think she had it in her to go that far.

Dubhe was more than pleased to see the lieutenant lose part of her stash -- even if it didn't return, the senshi was running more on adrenaline than anything else. Adrenaline.. And, to a degree, conversations from school; half recalled discussionsabout 'what if'. What if, what if... Evidently, wrath wrought similar to her cousin, even if hers took provoking, and the senshi was moving, eyes locked on Crysie with the expression of one prepared. "Leave, yes. But not with what doesn't belong to you, animal." And with that, the senshi lunged again, grinning faintly as she swung to punch the other, humming -- and decidedly less there than previously.

"Tough s**t for you, sweetheart! Nobody's getting that back." Unless this girl found some way to break into subspace? Her energy was safe as safe could be. No matter what happened, Chrysoprase was leaving with something in her pockets — even if she needed to stop at some other park to top up after this b***h so rudely crashed into her.
This time, Chrysie spotted the lunge and prepped for it. She caught the move with her hand and it smarted like hell. Who even liked fighting for all the pain it caused, anyway? She didn't want to break her hand off doing stupid stuff like fighting a senshi in a park over nothing.
Especially when she had what she needed. Breathing ragged, the lieutenant grit her teeth at her psychopathic blonde opponent. "Fine. You know what?" Chrysoprase reached with her free hand toward the girl's chest. She'd never done it before, never tried — but this one begged for it. This animal needed shutting down.
