The tower was something very new to Lunaria, though she couldn't say she was well accustomed to Destiny City enough to say it wasn't....like...well built. or something. Like worked into the city when she wasn't around. IT WAS A BIG CITY TO BE HONEST.
Lunaria moved in pretty close to the tower, looking around. Not really a evil...thing going on.
She could feel like dimmed out presences around though, one in particular, uh.......one of the...knight? things? Like Tanais?
"Hellllllllloooooooooooooooo." Lunaria called out, "Just visiting a mysterious tower in the mysterious time of night doing mysterious things."

Weird things liked to happen in Destiny City left and right - something that Solomon had found particularly appealing. Sometimes you got stalked by a hook carved out of stone, sometimes giant towers appeared out of nowhere. He hadn't been inclined to pretend it didn't exist, but ever since the... other him had awoken - an ancestor? Him from another time? He wasn't sure what it was - getting into curious messes had simply compounded into a daily activity. There was no avoiding it, and honestly, he wasn't interested in avoiding it. Nor, did it seem like, many others did either. There were odd feelings of energy all about - though only truly noticeable when he wrapped himself in Aïr. There was something more appealing about that form than his old self - perhaps how light he felt all the time. With enough luck, he probably could have flown. He at least understood enough to know the energy he felt were others - though exactly what was up to interpretation - so when a voice he'd never( well, maybe it was familiars, but was it?) heard before called out to him, he wasn't surprised. "Am I not being mysterious enough?" Aïr asked, pulling his hood down over his eyes and putting on his best frown, "Am I doing this whole thing wrong? Is that what you're telling me?"

Oho! A rival in the ways of mysterious beings. The hood did shadow his face and she could really only see dark skin, a goatee and a frown. It wasn't like the place was completely lit and there was enough moonlight to be mysterious in her own way too.
She cleared her throat.
"I am the senshi of the moonlight, protector of the...um...innocent. A veil of strength...and maybe wisdom." She did a small pose.
"You're pretty okay!"

Oh, well this one was fairly important, no? So many grand things and titles and he.... Aïr looked down at the hook in his hand, then up at Lunaria, expression deadpan for what could be seen of his face. "I'm Captain Hook."

Lunaria looked down at his hand as well....then back up to the most deadpan expression.
The fall to the ground was probably a bit dramatic, but she always felt a little dramatic as Lunaria. The shaking in her body was well....the bubbling of laughter, her arms coming around her stomach to hold it in together.
"Okay Captain." She brought her knees to her chest, controlling the laughs and brushing her veil away.
"You got me. That was quite mysterious. I'm Lunaria." She breathed in, "You're a knight, aren't you?" she stuck a thumb at the tower.
"You know what this big bad mystery is about?"

He managed to keep the neutral expression on his face as Lunaria tumbled to the ground in laughter, proudly placing his hands on his hip even as she managed to recollect - and properly introduce herself. "Page Aïr," he introduced in turn, before turning to look at the obelisk with a thoughtful thrum. Yes, that was an awfully tall and obtrusive thing to have suddenly appeared in the middle of their city. But there was one thought that kept coming back into his mind. "I have no idea what - but I can feel it. It's prickly....and I really want to climb it."

She rested her chin on her knees.
"Aïr huh? Do you have the power of air?" She was super curious but..."I'm sorry, did you just say the tower feels prickly and you want to...."
She looked over at the big thing, "Climb it?" She stood back up and started walking closer.
"how are you gonna climb it?" She really hoped not with the hook.

"I have the power of uh..." well, he certainly couldn't fly, but he felt extra lifty, so maybe if he put his mind to it he could. "I have the power of being incredibly handsome." And ever so humble. "Yes. To both things. I'm going to climb it." Aïr threw his hood back as he approached the obelisk, hook in hand. However, at first contact the hook stuck to the Obelisk....and then he couldn't pull it away. A small frown formed over his face. "This..this complicates things."

"Uh...huh." Lunaria wasn't sure if she should go back to laughing or actually be a bit worried. His comment was delivered pretty seriously, but she also thought it was charming in its own way. In a sense, It kind of reminded her of Solomon. Even the whole thing with the climbing.
They didn't look alike though, so she wasn't really even sure if Solomon was a knight. Plus just because she was all powered, didn't mean that all her friends were....right?
He certainly had the same flair for dramatic, as they neared closer to the tower. It turned color, shining brightly but not blindingly so since the moon was not quite at the peak. As his weapon struck at the tower, she watched a bit for him to struggle with pulling it back.
"Don't think that's gonna work Captain Hook, power of Handsome." She grinned a bit as she came over, resting her hand on his and trying to tug as well.
"Um, I don't think this tower wants you climbing it...." She waited, "Or going anywhere. I think you're far to handsome for it to comprehend." Was she flirting?
Of course. She always flirted. It wasn't like her and Solomon were exclusively dating or...or anything. THEY HAD ONE DATE. Though she thought of him since then.
Anyways......the...uh hook....thing.
"I could try my magic?"

"Maybe if I try really hard I can just...slide it up the side while I hold onto it," he considered this, trying to make the hook shimmy up the side of the obelisk - but it didn't budge, leaving him pulling with all of his might with an almost comical frown on his face. This wasn't how he'd wanted this to work out at all. The slyly delivered line just caused him to pause, both feet on the Obelisk and his weight more or less supported by his hands on the unmoving hook attached to it. He looked at the Obelisk with some consideration, then back to Lunaria. "Unfortunately it isn't my type," he hemmed and hawed. "I mean, you probably are, but this thing? Definitely not." Still, he released the hook and landed square on his back with a THUMP after another minute of futilely trying to reclaim his hook, laying there sprawled out with another frown. "Magic? To get my hook back or just in general for the fun of it? Because both of those sound hella fun."

"I really don't think it wants to go anywhere." Lunaria was still highly amused, and also confused because it wasn't like the tower was metal and his hook was metal and they were magnetically attracting to each other. She touched at the white moon surface, and swore that it was getting brighter as the night went on.
She was honestly rubbing her chin in thought, so her gaze, when it met his while he was tugging on his hook like a comically funny cartoon moment, his delivered line really made her eyes widened.
"Wow, That's the smoothest response to a low key line I've ever had." She came over to him, bending down, as her veil like thing and hair pooled at her feet, reaching over to pat his head. "There there. We'll get your hook back Captain, can hardly be a captain hook with no hook."
She smiled at him, standing up now and calling forth to the magic like Wendell taught her. If the tower wouldn't give the hook back, maybe she could knock it off or something.
"Lunarian Crescent Coin*" She said, summoning a small seed and touching it to her lips. It glowed, and grew until it was a small disc shape, hardly bigger then a salad plate and flung it at the tower. As the magic disc hit, it was well...in the best words Lunaria could say, absorbed and then immediately shot back at her, hitting her square in the chest and knocking her onto her back, where she laid next to Aïr.
"Um I don't think magic will work either." she rubbed the pain away.

"I'm about as smooth as a fall down the stairs," Solomon replied, clearly not complimenting himself on purpose. "The monument is the crocodile that ate my hand, clearly," he pulled one hand into his sleeve and shook the bundled up nub towards the monument theatrically as he got up to his feet. As Lunaria used her own magic on the tower, he tilted his head slightly at the very lackluster response to it. "Well. I guess it just owns my hook now," and after it had tried oh so hard to get his attention. Sorry little buddy he thought, though he was certain his hook couldn't hear him.

"What should we do about it? Don't you knights need your weapons?" She took a deep breath, "I don't want you to get like...in trouble or something?"
She smiled, "A fall down the stairs can be graceful, I think." She took a deep breath.

"I could..." Aïr seemed to think it over for a moment. "I actually don't know! If I power down will it...come back to me?" He rubbed at his facial hair in consideration of this idea. "Of course, if I do that I'll have to leave you as to not reveal my dashing and secret identity."
