Hadrian possesses a will that is remarkably strong for a human, he is not easily intimidated nor will he bend easily to pressure.

Strengths:
✦ Hadrian has participated in several skirmishes already, and while he is far from being a master in the art of war, he is certainly no pushover either.
✦ Thanks to the guidance of his father Hadrian has grown into a tough nut, politically speaking, and is savvy enough to hold his own when visiting with other important persons.
Weaknesses:
✦ He has a notoriously short temper when it comes to dealing with vampires or, heavens forbid, deamons, and isn't shy about giving them a piece of his mind.

Bio:
Family has lived out of an old castle that distant ancestors occupied after it was left abandoned at the time of the necromancer empire's collapse.
At first they were little more than a collection of runaways, refugees, or disgraced house guards of former high born necromancer families.
Eventually the motley group decided to form their own little kingdom and thus the house of Renaud was born, complete with "royal court", knights, etc.
A short while after the new kingdom's founding a couple of witches heard of the upstarts and decided to throw their lot in with them. (This is why witches are generally accepted in the kingdom)
Over time more and more humans flocked to fledgling city-state, new industries started up, artisans, builders, farmers, etc took up residence in small towns around the castle.
Renaud's first formal standing army is formed with volunteers from the new villages, they are lead by the knights in aggressive patrols that help keep the kingdom's borders secure.
Hadrian is born, he grows up in this environment, learns the ropes from his father, his father dies, his mother dies, he ascends to the throne and becomes the king of the small human kingdom.
Personality:
A man who understands when he needs to be stern and/or harsh, and when he needs to be kind and/or merciful. He's not much of a romantic but understands he can't die without leaving an heir so he's trying... not the greatest but you know... Anywho, like I said before he can get rather worked up when he's around anyone/thing he thinks might be, or is, a threat to his people or kingdom.
