A youthful, rather well-built, slightly unshaven man with medium-length dark hair which obscures the majority of his blue eyes; atop his head Jaz wears a safari hat, aiding in the obscuring of his eyes. His usual clothing consists of a light-colored, collared shirt, an open black jacket, short, black lace-up boots, gray socks and light colored shorts. He is never seen wearing military affiliated gear in order to aid on investigations and dealing with nosy informants.

A light hearted man to be sure, Jaz sees the world with an unbiased view. Lazy to a fault, he works under the guise of Slovenly Justice. He prefers to stay off the field when he can help it, and is quite perturbed when heโs forced into doing so. He enjoys playing with a knife.

Raised by scoundrels, it was a surprise he wished to take up a role in cleaning the streets. Knowing full well his ancestry is riddled with scum it took years to leave his home and join the fight. After dealing with several races as a boy in the past, Jaz soon found himself prejudice/intreged by the other nonhuman races
