We'll look into that problem. Sounds like it might have been a bug, not sure.

We don't have the license for this game anymore, but we are working towards bringing new games to Gaia as we speak!

Hey there! There are alot of user recolor items that are ridiculously expensive, and I know the rules state that the recolored items can be released in the CS at any time.
I was wondering if we can make a new sticky forum or something to suggest items for re-release in the CS?
The only one we have so far is for Rococo, and many of my item suggestions don't go through because they are user-made items. I know that many people want certain ones, for example Bats a Lash, etc.
I think this would be a great idea to implement and would help out many users 3nodding

The team had been testing and adjusting the winning rate from what I know. I'll check with them and make sure that if there's been any problems we'll be issuing refunds to make things right

The sales team did determine that it was okay to give out more bonus cash, and I think that does help with keeping marketplace prices lower with more item availability. It's something I need to spend more time looking into.

I was wondering when the Gaia Staff was going to get around to doing this? Is there a specific date you guys are aiming for or is it a future project you guys would like to tackle at some point?

It would definitely be a future project that I'd like to have done sometime this year. Right now our focus is building up the moderator team, building up other members of the moderator team (such as our Global moderators), and working through our ticket backlog, ticket submission flow, and Help Center updates to make that process a lot more stream lined.

Would it be possible to take aquarium and housing items out of the daily chance until those games don't use flash any more? can't even open mine to add fish or items, so the daily chance items just keep adding up...

Wondering why the MP is not updated to shows whats available and how much the cost is. It shows items available when none are, show the cost of the items (if its there) at a much much much lower price than is being offered, frustrating when I think "hurray" they have some and there's none there.

There's a timed job that scans the marketplace to produce the front page results. I'll check and see if there are any problems that might be causing a lag.

What I've been working on (The inventory manager) is almost done. Final testing should be this week, released soon after. The next parts, avatar dress up and shopping will go much faster, because I've made a bunch of parts. Stay tuned!
please make sure to put in an item search for vending, plus a back arrow to instantly get to the last page of your inventory! pressing that forward arrow so many times is a huge battery killer!
and with that, i have to go walk a dog.

You will have boxes to put things in. One of the advantages is that fewer items will need to load each time. This makes things go faster.

It might take a while for more furniture items to appear as we'll need to convert features such as Gaia Home to HTML5. We still have features such as fishing and towns first... sweatdrop

I guess it's amusing for you, but I'm just wondering why you are in the AtS if you haven't answered a single user question in the entire thread? I checked your post history and you've just posted memes instead of helping other users.
Consider that my question to the staff in general, I guess.
Jak Bauer's job is morale.
But a lot of users feel like their questions are being passed over for the sake of him being able to post memes, and not just him, but other staff who have conversations with each other in these threads without answering user questions. I thought this was "ask the staff" not "staff talk to each other and post nonsense"
I don't see that this helps the site be any more transparent or accountable to its users like it's supposed to when it's being derailed constantly.
As far as I can tell, you and Lanzer are the only two who consistently provide answers to user concerns.
The rest makes us feel like we're ignored and I don't see how that's good for morale. confused
I understand, but there is a lot going on behind the scenes as well. Especially when there are things in their area of customer service that come up that can not be discussed in public.
So what I normally do in ATS is scan for questions I know the answer to. I think the others do the same. If no one knows the answer it tends to fall by the wayside. Usually, these are art questions.
It is not that we don't care, or that we want to ignore anyone. We do our best. smile

I come to Ask the Staff to talk to users, as that's what a good amount of people use the thread for. In terms of questions, I can't answer many, but when there's Project Recolor questions I do try to chime in where I can!
