Sylvite wasn't usually one to be out this late, but she'd kinda been procrastinating on her quota. Oops. It wasn't going so bad, though. She'd found a cute little strip mall and was literally bouncing around from person to person, bumping them or occasionally almost full on crashing into them with a chorus of oh nos and sorrys. She was sweet. She was clumsy. She was totally swimming in energy.

Suddenly, there was an aura, but it was Chaos, so that was okay. Perking up and rushing outside, Sylvite was starting to get the feeling that it wasn't just any Negaverse aura but an Eternal Senshi. It could be Chrysocolla, or Ochre! She did not waste any time in full on sprinting towards it.

Breaking through the edge of the crowd, she saw somebody else. It took a couple seconds for her to process- That was really really nice and pretty white hair, and those cool bat wings, definitely an Eternal, yep. And that, that was a unmistakable sea captian's hat.

"Sedna!" she called out, her eyes even wider than usual as she practically skipped over to the other girl. "Sedna! You did it, you did it! You're here!" She grinned, bouncing up and down on her toes.

Sylvite blinked. Her bouncing slowed down. Then, she nodded. "The memory thing," she said. "Right." She'd heard all about it with Chrys and everything but this was the first time she'd seen someone on both sides of it.

"It's maybe for the best, I might've called you a space pirate?" She smirked at the memory, but her cheeks tinged pink, which getting called cute didn't help. "Plus Stillwaterite's really clever, like, still water? Yeah. So, it's nice to, I guess, meet you like this. My name's Sylvite." She gave a nod and offered a handshake.

The last question gave her a bit more pause, considering how their conversations had gone in the past. "Um, you were kinda misguided. We were enemies, not like, enemies enemies, but you didn't wanna believe that Order was wrong and stuff, which is understandable, I guess." Sylvite paused and smiled again. "But I knew from the start that you'd be like, so awesome as one of our senshi! And you are! You've got the cool hair, the wings, plus now we can be friends!" She brought her hands together in front of her chest, all excitement.

Then she almost got serious. "I mean, if you want."

With the immediate excitement fading some, Sylvite could see that Stillwaterite was different from Sedna in a couple ways, not just the name, but also that wasn't a bad thing. She was so graceful, so strong. She just couldn't stop staring at her. Also, she did want to be friends! Sylvite couldn't help but give a little happy squeak at that.

Something still seemed off, though, and it took her a good five seconds of sucking her cheeks in while thinking to figure out what. "Hey, um, this," she waved a hand at the few feet between them and their stiff poses. "Like handshakes and introductions and stuff- it's fine but it feels like I'm here to be like, hey Miss Eternal, have you seen my missing General, Umber, like, business, y'know?"

She took a step forwards. "I mean if you have I wanna know, but the point is, you don't have to be like that." Her brow scrunched for a moment and then she spoke not quite quietly, but softly. "Like, you can be way more than a robot soldier. Not that you are," she corrected, "Just my other friend who was Order has some issues with that, so I just wanna make sure you know you can have a real life and a good life." Her eyes shone and her fists were clenched at her sides. She did not want anyone feeling lost or worthless on her watch. "Frozen yogurt?" she then asked. "We could start with frozen yogurt, there's a place right over there." She nodded towards the mall. That was a friend thing to do, right?

That just left Still's question. "Let's see. I like pizza, I like candy, I like crafts, I like jumping off stuff for fun." She took a few steps towards the line of stores. "What about you?"

Sylvite gave Still a quick, solemn nod. "Yeah, okay, you sound like you're figuring stuff out," she said. She then dove headfirst into the more populated area of the shopping center, swerving around a pair of overdressed middle aged women and then almost tripping over a small child. Most people were giving her a bit of space, though, and she was hopefully forging a good path for her senshi friend.

"Oooh, pizza is sooo good!" she said over her shoulder, already back to a full grin. Yeah, she was totally hungry. A few more steps and she looked back again, this time quirking an eyebrow. "Wait, do you remember food and stuff? Or do you gotta try it all out again?"

She considered for a moment. "That'd be okay. There's lots of fun food," she said. On cue, she looked up, and yep, there was a bright electric sign announcing the frozen yogurt place. Sylvite stopped now and fully spun around. "Ooh, or movies? Star Wars? That one would be fun with no spoilers!"

Her mind was now spinning with possibilities.

Sylvite nodded. "Okay. Okay. Well, I promise frozen yogurt's really good, so you don't have to worry about that. Movies, uh," she trailed off and squinted. She wasn't much of a movie person but she wanted to be helpful. "There's some about pirates that are pretty popular if that's something you're into, like, besides just the clothes."

She glanced through the glass doors. Two guys were just on their way out. She backed up a few steps just as they were coming out, straight into one of them with an "Oh no! Oops!" They walked away, annoyed. Sylvite turned to Still with a wink and opened her fist to reveal a little ball of energy. It wasn't the biggest, but still. "You're not getting in my way!" she said. "Plus this is way more fun. Like, patrolling's super important and everything but it can still be fun."

She tucked that away and held open the door. "And yep, we're here," she said. It was a pretty typical frozen yogurt place, with a bright color scheme, little tables with cool swivel chairs, a row of yogurt machines in the back and the best part, the table piled up with all the toppings you could possibly want and even the ones you didn't know existed, was right up in the front.

"The trick's just being nice," Sylvite explained as Still walked through the door. "As long as you smile they usually don't care." That philosophy actually applied to a lot of situations, she'd found, but it was definitely handy when she was draining. She started to head over to the frozen yogurt machines. "It should be even easier for you as an Eternal."

The money flourish was enough to get her to look away from the sweets for a second, though. Her eyes went big. "Woah, you got money?" Any shadier implications went straight over her head. She was just glad she wouldn't have to spend the remnants of her Christmas funds on this. She grinned. "Now that's what I call totally magical!"

That taken care of, she grabbed a bowl and filled it with the most colorful flavor she could find, something called Tropical Kick. She then frowned at the toppings bar because there was so much, how was she supposed to decide. She ended up trying a teeny-tiny bit of almost everything topped with a slightly obscene amount of gummy worms before moving onto the cashier. He was a tired looking young man and he was just staring at them.

Sylvite enjoyed the attention from the cashier as Still figured out the money. Like, yeah, maybe he looked more nervous than impressed, possibly because of all the "terrorist" rumors, but she'd take what she could get. Afterwards, she followed to older girl over to a booth, where she immediately curled up in the bench and stuck her first spoonful of froyo straight into her mouth.

The explosion of flavor that followed probably wouldn't have fallen into the category of good by fancy chef standards, but it was made almost entirely out of processed sugars and how could you possibly get better than that? To Sylvite, it was super great. Also, free! Negaverse perks!

However, she might have had a mouthful of gummy worms when Still started talking again, which she took a second to swallow before answering, "Uh... a couple years?" She squinted at the ceiling and then nodded. "Yeah, I was a freshman, so like almost three years now. Wow." It hadn't felt like that long.

"What about you? I guess it's been awhile since I saw you, so is the Negaverse thing super new or has it been a little bit?" She resisted the urge to continue gulping down her food so that she could actually speak.
